I just recently went to Henris looking for a dress for a pageant, and the service was not good, I came all the from Illinois with high hopes. I was treated like I was lowerclass. and poor selections for being the nations largest store.

I went here once. The staff was very friendly. However, the store was pretty small, didn't have the best selection and was kinda messy.

Our consultant Marisa was kind, sweet, and very helpful! She picked out amazing dresses that flattered my sister so well! We found the dress after only 8 dresses Henri's had a wide selection to choose from. We had such a great time for such an important day in my sister's life. (This is not the dress but was definitely a close second)

I found my beautiful dress here but the seamstress there messed my belt up the customer service was terrible. I came to get my dress and they leave you 40 minutes only to say it was never touched and give you another date to pick up only to charge $200 to add a belt that would fall off white putting it on and then sewing it on in 15 minutes wrong. My seamstress had to fix it completely! Terrible service. Only care about the prom dress customers!

I came into my bridal appointment after finding my dress in another store the day before, because of the cancellation policy and not wanting to be charged an additional $150. Marisa was my consultant and she was absolutely AMAZING and we were able to use our appointment to look at dresses for my future mother in-law and flower girls. When it was time to leave we asked the receptionist to take a photo of us in front of their balloon wall, he said "Really?

That's weird right? I mean you found your dress somewhere else, so that doesn't seem inappropriate." I was so disgusted by his behavior, especially since we were about to spend $1,000 in other dresses. I couldn't cancel my appointment due to their cancellation policy and me not wanting to be charged $200. I was initially impressed by them being flexible and letting us try on other dresses for my wedding party.

After the receptionist behavior I will NEVER return and will actively tell people to stay AWAY! All I can say is treat people with respect. In Response to Owner: I understand the cancellation fee and that is why my family and I came into the shop anyway and it is also why I was VERY UPFRONT with the consultant. We didn't want to be charged, but we also didn't want the consultant to loose any potential commission.

We came looking to have a great time and Marisa did an excellent job helping us look at dresses. The issue that I don't think you get is that we just wanted to take a picture saying hey we found dresses from the groom's mother and flower girls, BUT YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS BEYOND RUDE and because of him you lost my business. I will continue to tell all the brides around me, everyone I work with and anyone who will listen of my bridal shopping experience. We understand your policy and I choose to shop there any way knowing there was a risk that I could find a dress before hand, but I didn't chose to be mistreated.

Purchased a very expensive prom dress 4 weeks ago, have called multiple times, no answer. Left voicemails, have never gotten a call back. Will have to drive 75 minutes in person and hope that it's ready. Poor customer service.

I want to say what an amazing experience my daughter and I had today prom dress shopping at Henri's in Columbus. My daughter was concerned that they wouldn't have anything in her size and nervously asked the gentleman at the front desk as soon as we walked in the building. The man nearly stopped her during her question and told her "we got you". I almost saw the tears well up in her eyes as he led us around the LONG line of people to the back and directly to the dresses and a waiting dressing room. He, and the lady who ultimately assisted my daughter, made her feel like a queen working with her till she found a gorgeous ballroom gown.

I am beyond happy and will recommend Henri's to anyone who asks. It's not everyday that people in the fashion industry, treat us big girls with dignity and respect. Thank you Henri's for making my kid feel comfortable in her own skin.

I had a great experience. Went wedding dress shopping there in Dec. Needed a dress for March. Worked with Taylor who was awesome. Since the wedding was in 3 months I had to choose an off the rack dress. Dress was altered and ready by beginning of Feb. I loved the private dressing rooms for trying on dresses instead of having to parade out into the show room floor like at other places. Loved the fact that they helped me into and out of each dress and were patient.

No high pressure sales or upselling. Their customer service was top notch. If I had to list a complaint it's that the phone isn't always answered but if you call back you'll get someone when they are less busy. Definitely recommend

I came here with bridesmaids hoping to find some dresses for the wedding. The associates were less than friendly, the place was in shambles.think forever 21.and the dresses on the floor were all snagged up and gross! It's was cringy. Idk how else to describe it. We had one girl "helping" us, who we saw when we first walked in and then to check us out.

Nothing in between. No "hi how ya doin", no "can I help you XYZ". nothin. It was very unprofessional and for a wedding experience, I was very disheartened. Better off heading to Saks. Positive note, they have a range of sizes they can order. They however keep minimal sizing in store.

I am definitely not a typical 'bride to be' and wasn't exactly excited to be trying on dresses. It's out of my comfort zone, my physical health has been rocky with worries of surgery interfering with my wedding planning and dress, and I haven't had many reasons to be in bridal/dress shops in the past. My experience began with a sincere call before the appointment to truly understand what I was looking for, my sizing, and price expectations.

When we got there, the separate dressing room had a large viewing area, comfortable seating and accommodation for my future sister-in-law's baby, and plenty of space. Maddy was wonderful and truly listened to details I liked, and found a great selection of dresses that were actually in my size range. This experience is night and day with my experience at David's Bridal in the hours before. Skip the chaos and pressure, cramped fitting rooms, and lack of genuine care put into such an important decision and purchase. Find a place like Henri's where you can relax and truly decide what you want.

Henri's was the third bridal store I went to searching for my mother of the bride dress. They had the largest selection and the prices were very reasonable. My stylist, Taylor was incredible! There were a lot of criteria my dress had to meet, per my daughter. Taylor found me exactly what I needed. She even offered suggestions and dresses I didn't even know I wanted. With her help (and my daughter's approval) I found the perfect dress for me. I would highly recommend Henri's. I was over the top satisfied with everything about them.

I ordered a dress online with a ship date of the first week of Jan. When that came and passed I called them to find out the status. They were unsure when it was going to ship. As they are in the business of getting dresses for special events, at this point they weren't sure the dress was going to arrive in time. When I called MULTIPLE times with promises of calls back, which never happened I finally go to to someone named Meg.

She claimed she was "just a manager" and that the internet sales department said they WILL NOT refund the dress until I took a negative review down. I have NEVER posted a negative review and NEVER was threatened to keep my money for a dress that has not shipped nor could they tell me when it was going to ship (miraculously after the bad review they said it "should" ship this week, I'm not holding my breath). I later find out that Meg is actually the owner of the store and threatening to hold money for bad reviews. I would warn others to ever do business with this store.

Finally found my daughters dream dress. The dress needed some stitching fixed and I was promised it would be mended to the original shape. We scheduled a day to pick up the dress. I called numerous times and sent a message to make sure it was ready because the store is 45 minutes away. I never received a response. Went to pick up the dress and was told it was not ready.

It was not entered into the system properly. Due to the distance, they offered to drive the dress to my house. This would have been an acceptable resolution, however they did not call before dropping it off. We had to leave for an appointment so there was not time to try the dress on. It looked okay on the hanger but when she put it on later that night, there were numerous areas that were not stitched properly or were missing gems. For $500 I expect much more!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in Feb 2021. The dresses never came in until the end of July. I tried for 3 weeks to talk to someone to see where the were and no one would return my calls. When they did come I. The dresses didn't fit at all. Was told they could be altered to fit bit the style of the 2 junior brides maid would not have looked the same. They have refused to give the deposit back on the dresses when they did not do the measurements correctly Will NEVER shop here again. staff was nice but NO sympathy or care.

So disappointed in the experience after the order for my daughter's wedding dress was placed. The process of picking out the dress was fun and exciting. From there - everything went down hill. At this point, seems like the dress won't be here for the wedding. We ordered the dress months ahead of time and paid the rush cut fee just to be sure and still NO wedding dress.

Have already missed the first scheduled fitting date. We don't get call backs, managers are ALWAYS in a meeting. No way to speak to corporate to the issue resolved. My daughter was actually told to call the design house herself to track down the dress. Unless you want to be a stressed out bride - you might want to think twice before you order your dress from here.

Xavier was absolutely amazing! He got us in same day, without any hesitations! He was so helpful in starting with the exact dress my sister had her eye on! We tried a few others, but the first one, was THE ONE! We can't thank Xavier enough for being so gracious and patient! We WILL recommend everyone to him! Cheers!

I do not recommend Henri's at all. To start off, I did have a wonderful experience finding my dress. but after that has been pure chaos. I picked my dress up in late January (arrived earlier than expect.yay!). But when I went to pick up my dress they were more worried about helping people that were there looking for prom dresses, rather than helping me get my dress.

Once I got my dress everything looked fine (minus being too big, as I expected it would be). After I left I realized that they never gave me my veil. So I tried to call and the rep that answered the phone told me I would have to make an appointment, then realizing I just left from an appointment there and told me I needed to come back because everyone was busy.

I went back and they told me that my veil had shipped and that they would notify me when it arrived and they would ship it to me free of charge since I no longer live close to there. About 1 week after getting my dress I found a seamstress to take a look at my dress and fix it. When she was looking at my dress she told me how the designer had messed up the under lining; which is now causing me more money to fix it. Needless to say. I'm not happy and hopefully my seamstress works a miracle!

Some people don't have that extra money to pay to get a designers mistakes fixed. Although this isn't henris fault, they are still selling a dress with these issues. Fast forward 4 weeks and I realize that I never got a call about my veil. I call the store and they said, "I'm not sure where your veil is. The manager will have to call the manufacturer and then we'll call and let you know." 7 days after calling them about my veil, they still had not returned my call.

When I called back 1 week later to get an update they told me that they have 5 business days to call people back and that they do not call anyone on the weekends. Absolutely ridiculous! I then got a call a week or so later saying that my veil was in. I finally have it. yay! Needless to say, I would not recommend henris to anyone looking for a dress that doesn't want to stress out over it!

I have now heard from multiple friends how bad henris has treated them as well. Honestly, I feel they care more for their Prom clients than they do bridal. But which one is actually more important? & they do not have a seamstress for bridal (ridiculous if you ask me). but they do prom. Doesn't make sense. Save the stress and go somewhere else!

We had a 3:00 appointment for bridal and were not taken back until almost 25 minutes later after asking. Consultant was very nice. After some questions she brought a few dresses to try. Then she said she had to go do measurements and was gone at least 15 minutes. In meantime my daughter and I went and picked out 2 more dresses to try. Couldn't find consultant and had to have someone find her.

After we tried the other 2 on, we were done and disgusted. In all a 90 minute appointment turned into about 40 minutes. Evidently all girls coming in for prom dresses and they were short staffed. I understand, but they put the prom dresses ahead of a bridal appointment. We were no happy and felt very slighted. Not a good experience at all.

Although they have a beautiful venue full of gorgeous dresses, I will not return to this business nor will I recommend it to others after a recent experience. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding this summer, and was invited to an appointment to try on two specific styles of bridesmaid dresses that the bride was considering purchasing from Henri's, and getting them altered there.

When we arrived we were treated as if we weren't allowed to try them on, and made the bride feel very uncomfortable. She told us "we don't service customers that aren't ordering from Henris". which we were. The bride had set all of this up in advanced and called of make sure they had the samples to try on. She hardly assisted us once we were back in the fitting rooms, didn't make small talk or even talk to the bride about her wedding or seem interested in facilitating a sale with our party.

She admitted that she didn't even know who the bride was. It was SO bizarre. I would be surprised if the bride decides to order the gowns through Henris after they experience. I NEVER post one star reviews but this experience was embarrassing and the staff should be ashamed of how they treated my friend and her party as they prepared for the big day.

I was very disappointed by my experience here. My bridesmaids and myself came in to try on two styles of bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. I had narrowed it down to two dresses and wanted to see which one I liked better. The consultant was not really listening to what I was saying, and lead me back to the room filled with bridesmaids dresses and told us to look around.

I then explained to her again that I already knew which styles I wanted them to try out by a specific designer. Once I grabbed the two dresses off the rack, she asked me, in a very rude manner, if I understood how long these took to come in. I explained to her that on the designers website it said anywhere between 5 to 7 weeks. She rudely corrected me with four months which would still be within my time frame for my wedding.

She then proceeded to rudely tell us that if we were not going to purchase the dress from Henris that she would not be able to service us. My question for Henri's would be so if a bride came in to try on wedding dresses you wouldn't give her a proper appointment unless she guaranteed she was going to purchase from you? While my bridesmaids did get to try on the two dresses, I will not be purchasing any gown from this establishment and neither will my bridesmaids.

I have never been treated so rudely by a consultant Who is supposed to be in the business of selling gowns to brides and bridal parties and helping to make a memorable experiences.

So I was super impressed with this place and mind you u had looked for 9 months for my wedding dress and I finally found the one here. Which I ordered in February. I was informed that it would be July by the time I'd receive it. So Covid happened. Ok. So this store is only trying to look "on the bright side" of things and not have a conversation about what is going to be done if my wedding dress is not here in time for my wedding or even better if it gets here so late that I have to do the run around to get it altered and purchase accessories.

I get that Covid is pushing everyone back but the fact that the girl running this store have zero idea if my dress is even made is a problem. The only time they know anything is if it's in a wearhouse in NYC. But before that the information on a dress doesn't exist to them. Which with how much a bride can and will spend on a dress there should be way more details on what's going on with a dress. Hopefully it will get here with enough time. But in all honesty I'm very upset with the fact that this company is not willing to talk to me on what their going to do if it doesn't get here.

The store is nice in theory but not reality. They do have a wide selection of dresses, but many are outdated and damaged. My daughters "consultant" completely disregarded what she was looking for and kept bringing her dresses that were quite frankly ugly, unflattering and not even her size. They had so many people running around the store it was dizzying.

Please be wary when it comes to jewelry prices-$100+ for small earrings. I won't give one star bc the bathroom at least was clean. Wouldn't recommend. Save your time and tears and go to Gowntastic.
