Robyn helped make our wedding day perfect! We live out of town, but she made the whole process seamless and worked around our limited travel schedule to the area. She worked with our vendors to ensure timelines/deliveries were met, and ultimately the design turned out great. We also had a lot of last minute changes with our guest list and reception room arrangement and she was able to roll with everything and kept the stress off of us. We highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

After all the excitement of getting engaged to the love of my life, I wondered. NOW WHAT? Where do I even start? Well, the answer is pretty simple. Find a great wedding planner. She was absolutely amazing from our very first meeting to even now. In our first meeting she walked us step by step through everything we needed to know and how it would be carried out. We walked out of there excited, confident and with a lot of our questions answered. Robyn took care of absolutely EVERYTHING from that moment on! She took our "dream wedding" Pinterest board and turned it into our reality!

She made planning a wedding joyful and exciting instead of stressful at all. Robyn made us feel completely confident from the very beginning everything would go smoothly and without a hitch. And boy, she did just that! She is organized, connected with every single vendor in the industry/community, creative, professional, kind and sweet. She is absolutely incredible to work with and a bride-to-be's dream come true.

Jessica English is a gem! She provided us with fabulous recommendations of vendors and provided her expertise in the logistics of our wedding rehearsal and perfect wedding day. She listened to our thoughts and brought everything to fruition. Our wedding was beyond expectations. My daughters wedding was at Schweitzer Mountain and was in an "off the path" location. Jessica and her team made it a flawless event which we will all remember.

Jessica English was our planner, and she was so thoughtful to match our ideas and preferences with particular vendors, reassuring as we had over two million questions and sometimes COVID related concerns, and personal in getting to really know us individually and as a couple. Red Letter Event Planning made all of my wedding dreams come to life! We are a couple from Mississippi and had a destination wedding in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. Robyn took care of it all, and it was more perfect than I could have ever imagined! From keeping me hydrated to rolling with all of the punches the last few weeks up to the wedding! I could not possibly say enough great things about Robyn and Red Letter Event Planning, she is INCREDIBLE!

Robyn was our wedding coordinator for our July 2020 wedding. If we were getting married again we would hire Robyn in a second. From the very beginning she fit with our personalities- laid back and no drama. We talked with several coordinators and Robyn was the obvious choice to us. We absolutely loved every single vendor she set us up with. If we were looking on our own we would have gone crazy and not ended up with such a stellar roster of vendors (and probably would have spent more money doing it).

She was incredibly flexible and creative in helping us continually adapt from the wedding we initially planned to our COVID wedding. Plans kept changing and Robyn was always calm and helpful in figuring out how to safely have our wedding. It was such bliss to not worry about any of the details during the wedding day and everything ran smoothly. Bride's mom AND groom's mom both gave her incredibly good reviews and were so impressed with how she was on top of everything all day. We can't say enough good things. Thanks, Robyn!

Robyn is the BEST! Given all the changes and uncertainty that the pandemic brought the world this year, Robyn was our rock and support through it all. She went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding, several times over. Though our micro wedding was different from what we imagined, it was still perfect and we could not have done it without Robyn's help. Robyn is timely, dedicated and truly passionate about her work. highly recommend!

Robyn was such a great teammate to plan our wedding with! She understood our vision perfectly and helped execute our Fiesta- California vibe/ North Idaho fusion wedding. All of her vendor recommendations were amazing, and saved us a lot of time. On top of all of that, Robyn helped us navigate planning our wedding during a pandemic and it went off without a hitch! We will miss her, but so thankful to have worked with her and would recommend to anyone planning a North Idaho wedding.

We just got married 7/13/2019 and we could not have done this with out Robyn. We live out in Scottsdale, AZ and got married at the Hagadone Event Center in CDA. She made it feel like we lived there, she handled everything and took everything off our plate. We didnt have any problems come up during the planning process or during the reception or ceremony.
