My wedding was July 17, 2010. You can read my original review of Jason below which is also posted on his website. I loved having Jason on my wedding day and I trusted him. however, it has been two years and he has not followed through with our contract. We have not received the photo book we paid for, we have not received the prints we paid to have retouched, and we have not received the prints we paid for.
I am hurt and disappointed in Jason's lack of professionalism. I feel that he has taken our money and doesn't care about me as a customer or as a person. We didn't have a lot of money for a wedding; we chose Jason and put our faith in him, and he took advantage of us. A wedding day doesn't finalize a contract with a vendor. We paid for a product we didn't receive. Jason has failed to respond to me many, many times through phone calls, text messages, e-mails, and even Facebook.
When he did respond, he made empty promises and then I wouldn't hear from him again until I tried contacting him over and over for months. I am thankful he didn't ruin our wedding day, but he has caused a lot of stress! I originally gave Jason 5 stars with this review... I RETRACT this review!
