Services
No single expenditure at your event will be more of an outward representation of you than your DJ. At VCI Audio Entertainment, you may reserve your specific DJ if you like (extra charge may apply). Or you can let us match one of our professionals with you based on our criteria of your music tastes, type of event, complexity of the show, and others. Either way, we suggest you meet with your DJ before you sign a contract.
He meets with most of our clients and taps his vast experience to help you plan your event. He is also a registered Minister and can officiate for your ceremony. James prides himself on customer service and customer satisfaction. He performs most any event with pride and enthusiasm, but truly excels as Master of Ceremonies, Coordination and DJ'ing Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions. Always upbeat and professional in appearance and actions, James is a true asset and will ensure your event is everything you dreamed it would be.
With over 100,000 songs in our library, our music covers many genres: Big Band Era, Blues, Disco, Rock, Country, Hip Hop, R&B, Oldies, Crooners, and more! We are continually updating our library with the newest hits! For an example of our songs, go to our Music List and check it out. If you are interested in a song that does not appear in the database, we may still have it. Just ask beforehand and we'll make sure we have it at your event.
VCI Audio Entertainment uses nothing but professional 'State Of The Art' sound and lighting equipment. We will determine the appropriate equipment necessary to satisfy the needs of your specific occasion. We help you determine the proper DJ location, speaker placement, lights, microphones, volume, etc.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was completely out of contact with me even though I tried to contact multiple times. Waited till the day of my wedding, 3 hours before- saying they wouldn't do outdoor ceremony ( me walking down the aisle) on the patio of the venue, even though we previously agreed. Saying it would be a large cost (close to $400) for "extra" even though we agreed previously.
Not to mention I asked for day of coordination and never received it so my family had to step in. I specifically asked for an unplugged ceremony asking to announce it and found out later they said "well if you ABSOLUTELY want to, you can-" when I specifically asked not to. I also asked for certain song for ceremony and played the wrong one, 30 sec.
On repeat. I gave them a list of songs I would've loved to play throughout the night but instead played it in the order I sent so I didn't get to actually listen to them. I previously sent my timeline for the night but completely tried to change it until I had no other choice but to be completely stern with them. They Didn't have us keep track of schedule at all, so I didn't get my photographer for our cake cutting or exit (I previously planned to since we had a tighter schedule)There was other small things I wish would've been better.
I was so excited over reviews and said they knew what they were doing but was super let down. I could go in and on about how my expectations weren't met and more. The whole night people asked me over and over why I hired them and that was the talk of the night. It genuinely took away from my day because I was stressed the entire time due to their unprofessionalism and aloofness. I wouldn't recommend them for anything but a child's birthday party.

I would highly recommend VCI to entertain your next event! Vince really went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. He is so flexible and easy going which made the process seemingly stress free. They really catered to our music taste and the dance floor was definitely the hotspot of the night! Thank you so so much for being apart of our special day!

I loved working with Vince at a recent wedding. He brought the hype, and kept people on the dance floor all night! He was an excellent communicator during the wedding (I'm a wedding photographer, and having an emcee that checks in is incredible!) He kept the timeline rolling smoothly, and was all-around just a nice guy!

We cannot even begin to say how amazing Vince and VCI is! Vince was so great to work with - he helped us coordinate our timeline, had great ideas, and made choosing songs easy. He did a great job about keeping the party going, and even with a last minute change with set up, he did not disappoint! He was engaged with our guests, and always checking in to see how we were doing. We highly recommend VCI - you will not be disappointed!

Vince from VCI entertainment left a dark cloud on our special day. We are nice people and it was crazy how he became such a nightmare in an otherwise wonderful day. He even showed up with a Prima Donna attitude to the event. It was his show. He actually physically pushed a couple of guests out of his way during the first dance. It was like he drank too much caffeine and was just spun up, pushy and anxious.
We found him to be aggressive, unwilling to work with our needs and downright unprofessional. He didn't provide all the services he offered at the initial meeting. He demanded extra $$ on top of his paid rate right in front of other guests and family. He verbally assaulted the Mother of the Groom when she didn't pay him extra and finished up by threatening to sue the Mother of the Bride over $65 in services that we didn't ask him to provide.
His only redemption is that he sent an apology the next day. Don't do it. It's your day, not his. Find a relaxed, fun DJ that works for you and makes it your special day.
