Don't go, save yourself a frustrating experience and poor professional skills. I took a dress in for my son's wedding. After first missing her at the shop during normal business hours, the second trip she pinned dress to floor length wearing the same shoes I wore at the wedding and had me prepay. When I picked it up on my way into town my dog was in the hot car so I didn't try on the dress.

Big mistake! She left the hem at least 3 too long! I was totally embarrassed by the extra long length at each step, especially the mother and son dance and photos of me looking like I had on a hot air balloon. When I called her, she said she'd redo hem at no charge. After trying on the dress for her to re pin, she said there'd be a charge as she didn't know what length I wanted. BS!

I had told her I was walking off a lake dock and on the beach and needed it floor length so as not to trip, dance, enjoy the wedding! Did not thanks to her. and then further humiliation as she said it was the length I wanted. I did not give her a chance to ruin the dress with another incorrect hem, when she insisted to charge the full $75. Her attitude was unprofessional and she lied to me. She could have apologized, negotiated, but no, blamed all on me! DO NOT STRESS yourself with her unprofessionalism, stay away!

This place needs to be shut down. She is the WORST at running a business. I will never return and neither should other people. I brought my dress to her to be altered and it took her 3 weeks to get it done. Not only that, when I went to go get it back she was not there at the time and she was supposed to be there by 10am, so I called. No answer. I called serval times and there was no response.

When she finally got there it was at 4pm! I asked her for the dress and she said she didn't have time to get it done yet when it's been weeks for her to get it done! I was so mad I took it and left. I will never return. No one should.

I asked the owner if she did suits and she said she use to make them. I took my suit in to be altered. She measured and said about 2 weeks.well, 2 months later I am asking her about my suit which I had prepaid, of course, and she said she has been busy, doing suits next week and other excuses. I waited another 2 weeks before I sent my son to pick no matter done or not. How do people do business like this?.there must be more reputable business'?
