My wedding was Sept. 2010 and I am STILL waiting for my keepsake!!!! They had no problems meeting my father right away to get my fresh flowers and take his $100, but it took me 4 Weeks to get a return phone call to talk to someone about scheduling a visit to plan what I wanted to do with my flowers!! I finally got my appointment made and when I showed up 25 min early the shop wasn't even open yet, so I waited utnil my appointment time, still no one there, so I called and no one answered the phones either. Had no messages on my phone from them about rescheduling or cancelling.
After waiting 40 min after my scheduled appointment time I left ( it was a 45 min drive for me to just get to this place, plus pay for meter parking)!!! Halfway home I received a phonecall that she had a dr. appointment that afternoon and thought it wouldn't take so long. So we rescheduled the appointment and no problems that time, gave my deposit for my keepsake and was told 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later no phone call, I reached them and they said they are backed up. Called again 2 months later and their phone was disconnected so I had to call the Delmont office, and finally 2 weeks later got a phone call that they are still behind.
This is still an on-going theme with them, wait 2 weeks for a phone call and they are still "behind". Now that they have money they tell me they are backed up, they knew up front but didn't disclose this information, and now 1 YEAR later am Still trying to find out the status of my keepsake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
