My sister chose her wedding dress here today, and the whole experience was AMAZING! The staff were so helpful and happy. The dresses were unique and beautiful. Tonya was great to work with and everything went so smoothly. Thank you!

Tressa is an absolute, great consultant. She has patience with those of us that doubt ourselves in what we try on and shares many creative ideas to dress up or take away items on what you try on. The consultants there work as a team. I highly recommend this place. I know I will be comfortable and classy for my sons wedding in August.

Ria was absolutely wonderful! She showed me so many different kinds of dresses and with her help I found the exact dress I was looking for! Incredibly impressed with the customer service from all of the staff. Everyone who went with me had such a good time!

Wow! From the moment I stepped in the door I felt like a princess, they ladies welcomed me and showered me with compliments! I went in without knowing the style I liked at all and they helped me try on a lot of gowns to solidify what I liked most. I found my dress there and I couldn't be happier! They are so kind, every staff member was sweet, smiling, and helpful! I'd highly recommend this place!

My daughter went there looking for a prom dress and had such a wonderful experience! Great selection and the owner, Jefferi, is a true gem! She even donated some older dresses to our theater program as they were clearing things out for their upcoming move while we were there! Tracy at the White Orchid was absolutely wonderful! I went in not knowing what I wanted but hoped to start browsing dresses and narrow down styles I liked. Tracy helped me try on a number of different dresses, and was genuine during the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time, and truly wanted me to find a dress that I felt beautiful in.

Towards the end, she picked out a dress that took my breath away - and even added a veil to complete the look. She even encouraged me at the end to look at some other places and enjoy the dress shopping process, but I think she helped me find "the one"! I would recommend anyone work with Tracy in the future for a positive and fun dress shopping experience! :

I went to the white orchid to search for a bridal gown and OHHHH MY GOSH! Tracy and the staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They made me feel like a queen, I wouldn't of wanted anything but what I experienced! There selection of wedding dresses were everything I pictured. I picked 5 dresses and loved them ALL. The one I chose wasn't available right away and the other lady (who wasn't even helping me try on dresses) went out of her way to search for it so I could get it sooner. After a lot of patience and guidance from Tracy I was able to SAY YES TO A DRESS! Thank you lady's you made my wedding dress experience something I'll never forget!

I went to White Orchid to look for my wedding dress, and everyone there was so friendly and helpful! They have so many beautiful gowns in different price ranges. While I didn't end up getting my gown there, I never felt pressured and the staff didn't try to push a sale. They left the decision up to me in the end, which I really appreciated! Overall, I had a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at the White Orchid, and I felt I needed to write a review about how great the staff was to work with, specifically my consultant Tracy. Even though I never said yes to a wedding dress from the White Orchid, they were kind enough to hold a dress I loved for a week (it was on the rack of discontinued dresses so it was a "buy and take" and I didn't want to lose the possibility of having it.) I just wanted my mom to see it first, as she was unable to attend when I first went. Tracy was so wonderful to work with, she was sweet, patient, and not pushy. She listened to what I liked and suggested dresses that I loved. If you are searching for a wedding dress, or prom dress, please go to White Orchid!

Staff was very friendly and professional. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. Best selection of prom dresses that we found in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a prom dress.

Tracey was absolutely fantastic! She pulled dresses I loved, stayed in my budget and was all around such a wonderful person and helped make the experience as fun as can be! I had such a wonderful time and highly recommend!

I went bridal dress shopping here and was treated like a QUEEN. They have a wonderful selection of bridal gowns as well as bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses. One stop shop for me. I found my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, and my mom picked out her dress. I highly recommend this store to any bride. The owner, Jefferi, is so sweet and so helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. It was an amazing day.

WOW! This store and it's owners were just fantastic. I walked in with a request for a dress in my size, as I was getting married in a month. I also live in Michigan, so I only had the one day to choose and buy. Not only did they have an ample selection in size 16 (size 12 clothes), they brought me dresses that I would have never picked off the rack. and I bought one of those!

After visiting several stores, I asked to come back to buy it, and they met me after-hours to accommodate me. What customer service! The dress is incredible, and I got SO MANY compliments at my Vegas wedding!

Found my dream dress here! I'm in love with all Maggie Sottero's dresses, and saw online, that White Orchid has all of her styles that I was looking at! My MOH, mom and Bridesmaid went with me. We didn't know that we had to make an appointment, but that didn't matter to them at all. They still treated us like we had one scheduled, and made my dress shopping experience so special.

I felt so good in all of their dresses, and they were so helpful in picking them out, and helping me try them on. They definitely know how to make saying "yes to the dress", a very special day!

Be prepared to get stuck with the dress that wasn't ordered. We ordered extra length for the dress at the suggestion of the woman taking the measurements and apparently she didn't enter it in the computer so we were told "sorry" and to wear flat shoes with the dress! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my wedding dress at the White Orchid last year and had such a positive experience. The sales associates were more than willing to help and listen to what I wanted in a dress. They definitely shared in such a special time for my mom and I. My mom ended up getting her mother of the bride dress there as well. The seamstress was wonderful. My dress needed hemmed what seemed like 6 inches.

There was beautiful lace detail at the bottom of the dress and at the waist - the seamstress hemmed the dress from the waist, underneath the lace, so that none of the detailing was lost. It was overall a great experience and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their dress!

The store is very small and parking is difficult if there are more than a few people. Upon getting my dress originally, we had to actually ask the lady to be measured. A few weeks later I was sized at a different location for a different dress, and given a smaller size, and I ended up needing almost no alterations. Upon going back to get my dress altered here, I realized that the sizing had been all wrong and I needed way more alterations for a dress that was just too big.

The next size down fit perfectly, and if I hadn't gotten a second dress fitted at a different location I would of never of known. Talked to the owner, who blamed me for signing off on it when I was just going on what I was told, and wasn't polite at all. Then she proceeded to say I obviously must of lost weight when I hadn't. The dress also took way longer to come in than expected. If you do decide to go here, bring your own measurements.

The place did a great job helping me find a dress. My low rating is for recommending me to use them for alterations. They said their seamstress would be great for the alterations I needed to have done on the dress. I had to go back 4 times and have the dress altered a total of 5 times until they got it right. 5 days before my wedding, I still could barely fit my arms into the dress, and I'm a size 0. They never even offered a discount. Very poor experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at White Orchid and purchased my dress there- I intend to also have my alterations done there by their seamstress. I had the first appointment on a Saturday morning so my mom, fmil, and moh had the store to ourselves which was magnificent. My attendant Patti could not have been any sweeter- I teared up when she hugged me at the end of the appointment.

They picked lovely dresses for me and it was an overall great experience. I left the store without purchasing and came back later (even though I had found the same dress at another shop, I wanted to give this shop my business because of the experience I had there). I came back and everyone was saying how Patti had told them it was my dress and she was hoping I would come back- such a great experience dress shopping here I could go on forever!

I had a lovely experience with them and their selection. Attendants were very helpful and professional, and the seamstress is a gem. I felt very happy and pampered there.

I visited the White Orchid in June 2013. For my first visit to a bridal salon, I was thoroughly impressed. I scheduled an appointment and was graciously helped by Amy. She was beyond patient helping me find my desired style and really listened to what I was looking for. The owner was also around the salon while I was trying on dresses and gave her input throughout my appointment, which was nice!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. After visiting a few other salons in the area, I would say the White Orchid gave the most attention to my needs and overall made it a fun appointment.

The saleswoman who helped me picked the perfect dress for me immediately. I bought the first dress she put me in. She was also very accommodating picking out numerous other dresses until I was sure (I am just annoying like that when shopping). The seamstress did a fantastic job and charged a reasonable rate. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!
