I have to say that We really got some great Service when we walked through the Door @ Ed Smith Flowers & Gift Shop. The Hospitality was great and the Lady was so Hospitable and showed Us some nice Floral Arrangements and we were able to get just what we needed for my Aunt's Spread and the 2 side Floral Stands. We very much Appreciated the Services there. In times like this U can always use good People with Hospitality and Respect for what ur going through.

A great local flower shop. The staff are super friendly. They had a good amount of flowers. I got 6 red roses and they were priced decently. They also had 6 different colors of roses. Overall a great place if you want flowers.

These were ordered for me as a gift. I was told it was supposed to come with 12 tulips and a ribbon. The person who ordered it called the shop and they sent the other small bouquet. There is no ribbon. The arrangements are not great. Seem to look nicer in the photo I took. There is browning on the leaves.

I love Ed Smiths. They have provided the flowers for a lot of our family funerals and they always do a great job. Recently I took in a picture from another florist and they had no problem making an arrangement and even told me up front that they didn't have the exact same flowers but they would make it beautiful. It was beautiful Actually better than the picture!

The customer service is outstanding. The flowers I sent were gorgeous! Unique design, beautiful colors, and fresh. Top notch business.

Ive recently had the unfortunate need to have flowers for two funerals. Ed Smith did the floral arrangements for my grandmothers service last year and delivered an incredible experience. They truly impacted our family last year with an overwhelmingly amazing first impression. And in the last two experiences this month, yet again we have been completely moved by them.

Their kindness and willingness to meet all of our needs wad truly immeasurable. They even hunted down a vase that we saw elsewhere and made sure we had it. they didnt do this for an extra charge, they did this because they grieved with us and wanted to help provide for us. Quality. Caring. Kindness. Reasonable. With heart. I highly recommend Ed Smith to meet your floral needs. They take pride in their work and show honor in all they do. Thank you all for honoring our family.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. Although they were not stocked with the flowers I had ordered online, the employee ( could have been the owner idk ) called me first thing in the morning of the delivery date to inform me. He never tried to sell me anything but gave me opinions on what he could do and even offered advice if I went somewhere else. I decided to put it in his hands and told him to whip something up for me. HE NAILED IT! My wife was beyond satisfied of the product they delivered. Very professional.

Their online link had great cheap deals on flower arraingments. Roses for 30 to 40 bucks. And delivery available.

I ordered a floral arrangement through a third party agency. Ed Smith Flowers and Gifts picked up the order and took it upon themselves to deliver a very small, messy arrangement in place of what was actually ordered and paid for. When the arrangement was delivered, I received a voicemail from the delivery driver stating that no one was home and he left the flowers on a bench outside.

At no point did they take the time to call me and ask if there was a substitution preference, considering that they didn't have the majority of what they needed to complete the order properly. I notified Ed Smith Flowers and gifts to try and find a resolution and I was quickly blown off by an exceptionally rude woman. She essentially told me that it was my fault because if I had specified that substitutions weren't a preference, they never would have picked the order up because they didn't have what they needed to complete it.

I ordered the arrangement that I did, because that's what I wanted delivered. Needless to say, the third party company refunded my money and is investigating the way I was treated. It was terribly unprofessional on the florists behalf to find no interest in helping me resolve my issues. It was equally as unprofessional to not reach and notify me that they didn't have what was needed to complete the order. I would not recommend this florist.
