Ashley's is absolutely THE BEST! Theresa created the wedding cake of my dreams. It was even more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be, and our guests raved about its flavor. I could not recommend Ashley's more highly. Thank you, Theresa!

The ladies here are super friendly and helpful. I ordered gluten-free cupcakes for a shower and they were awesome! They don't stock gluten-free goods, rather make them to ordered, so call a few days before you want your goodies. Also, it's a cash/venmo only establishment (no credit cards).

This bakery is the best bakery near and far. We especially love the gluten free options. The white gluten free bread is the absolute best.

Love local owned places! Great pastries, cookies and cupcakes. Trying something new each visit!

Stopped by Ashley's while visiting family this weekend. Picked up an assortment of pastries for breakfast. All were delicious, especially the Yum-Yums. That little kiss of nutmeg is just perfect!

We bought Bengals themed cookies the past few weeks at Ashleys and they were so delicious and festive! Huge hit at our Super Bowl party.

Ashley's is wonderful! Not only are their baked goods amazing, their service is equally great! I'm from the area, but live out of state now. we always make sure to visit whenever we are in town. Yesterday, I needed an 'emergency' birthday cake delivered to my mom and was absolutely amazed that they were able to do this on such short notice! They are THE BEST!

Ashley's is the absolute best when it comes to amazing pastries and the most friendly staff around. Theresa is a gem in this community and goes above and beyond every day. I am also so grateful for her kindness to our kids when they visit at lunchtime.

I had only a couple days till i needed cupcakes for a event, and they were able to have them ready in a day and they tasted homemade and the looked so cute.

We got our game day treats from Ashley's! While we were so thankful to find a little Who Dey in Dayton, they weren't my favorite. Loved the design, but the taste was more like Pillsbury than the homemade/local taste I was expecting.

Amazing cake. I was so impressed and they really took me by surprise. Everyone said the cake was 11/10. I felt like a ate so much because it was that good! I got vanilla, with villa frosting and strawberries in the middle. I was looking everywhere for (vegan cakes) and this pastry shop was able to come thru! Was very happy

First time visiting and they had an AMAZING selection of cookies, tarts, cupcakes, macarons, cakes and so many other treats it was difficult to choose just a few! The staff was friendly and accommodating - making a custom cookie sandwich for my wife because she doesn't like sprinkles. And the treats DELISH! I highly recommend you try it! We'll be back!

Found this place on accident but fell in love I love the sugar cookies for birthday gifts and I knew I wanted my birthday from Ashley's. Highly recommend for a sweet tooth!

The shop was cute and offered a variety of different treats! They also had gf options as well. The gf treats were super yummy! The customer service was wonderful and friendly!

Yep they are that good. Gluten free cookies you actually crave good, that's how good. Small, local, friendly, and expert. An absolute gem.

I'm not from the Dayton area but I recently ordered some custom cupcakes for a corporate event from Ashley's Pastry Shop and I am so pleased with the result! I worked directly with Theresa to place my order. She was lovely and helpful, and the process could not have been any easier. Being from out of town, I was able to e-mail her a picture of the logo we wanted to use and schedule a delivery seamlessly.

The cupcakes were adorable, arrived right on time, and were a huge hit with our team! I ordered an assortment of flavors, all of which were delicious. Our team loved the cupcakes and would definitely use Ashley's again in the future.

Went with my friend, both our first time here. I got a bear claw, pecan sticky roll, and glazed croissant. My friend got a cheese and cherry danish. My friend said hers was dry. And for my purchases, the pecan roll was straight sugar in my mouth, not like other rolls I've had other places where I could appreciate the toffee and pecan flavors. The croissant was over cooked and had a burnt flavor, if it wasn't I think the concept and flavors would've been really good.

Ashley's pastry is a wonderful place! With less than 24 hour notice they made a custom beehive cake for my Queen Bee. The cake was beautiful creative and delicious! The baguettes were perfect also! I highly recommend for a quick treat or the fanciest occasion!

We needed special treats for our three Administrative Professionals. Not only did Theresa provide outstanding customer service, the boxes of treats exceeded our expectations and thrilled our assistants! This turned out to be an exquisite experience during the pandemic! Thank you for the smiles and the gourmet delight! Heading back there soon!

Wonderful neighborhood pastry shop with all your classic favorites. Light flaky elephant ears, delicious homemade strudels and danishes, and cute designer cookies and cakes. You can tell that the staff really love pastries and their customers. Support local businesses!

How have I lived in Dayton all my life and have never stopped in? I'd heard my mother rave about a Polish packzi so when I saw Ashley's post saying they'd made some I knew I had to get her some of these Limited time only pastries. She tried the one packed full of apples with a cream cheese (?) just-sweet-enough icing on top. I tried the famous "cronut" and without a doubt, give it two thumbs up. Addicting from bite one!

The cronut is a flaky croissant/glazed donut hybrid. The texture was soft, flaky and chewy with a hint of slightly toasted flavor along with the sugary glaze. Thank goodness I don't live within walking distance of this bakery! The only thing that was a bummer is no credit or debit cards. I didn't have any cash or check so had to trek up the street to the atm. Almost wanted to give four stars because of the inconvenience but nah, the treats were worth it.

Who would ever think I would be able to walk to a fine bakery from my house and get the most delectable cronut or glazed croissant ever? Theresa is simply the best proprietor of baked goods in Dayton! And, she is community minded and gives and gives! Drop in and take something heavenly home.

Breads, cookies, and coffee cakes are delicious. Usually love their cakes, but the last two I've ordered for special events were only so-so. while they looked lovely, the cakes simply were not fresh. The last one was quite stale, actually. Hoping that's no longer the case because I love everything else, and often take cookies when I travel elsewhere so folks outside of Dayton can try them!

Everything here is so fancy and good! My favorite treat is the world's best cookie - not sure of the name but they're butterscotch with merange on top. I always promise myself to get home before I indulge, but even as I'm thinking it I'm into the bag and shoving one into my mouth while steering with one hand. I don't even share these.

I buy another treat for Bob. The Heritage House (RIP) introduced me to this cookie with my all time dessert favorite butterscotch pudding (who knew pudding could be that good?) And I've been eating them ever since, tho I try to limit how often cause I have no control with a dozen of them. Also, Pine Club fans who love those salt sticks.this is where they get them. And they freeze very well. Cash only so fill your wallet before hitting the door. Expensive but so worth it!

OMG this was so good I can't believe I just found it. I went to the taste of Kettering festival at Fraze Pavilion in Kettering. And I tried everything they had on the table and it was all great. Will definitely be giving them some of my business what a awesome find.

Ashely's provided a beautiful cake for my parents surprise 75th birthday. I worked with Theresa on my parents favorite things & provided a work of art with OSU logo, Frischs logo, St. Francis, euchre cards, TV, KofC, Daytonian & friends & family are important. Everyone loved the 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 white cake with strawberries. Thank you Theresa & Ashley's Pastries
