Beautiful desserts, and excellent presentation for our daughter's engagement party. Over 60 guests enjoyed a colorful assortment of delicious, fancy treats. Todd was great, very professional. We would use use Marie's Bakery again for our party needs.

Fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised with the service and cake from Marisa here at Marie's Gourmet Bakery. We couldn't decide on the filling so I ordered a verity of cupcakes with different cake and filling options from Marisa. We then narrowed it down to the cake and filling and she went off a photo I got from the internet to show her the drip style cake and she did it perfectly!

My wife liked the combo of white cake with bavarian cream and strawberries but asked if they could do the fill more like a pudding consistency and Marisa did it. Everyone who had the cake loved it and I already referred a few people to them. Excellent job and I will be back

I'm so impressed with this bakery! They make my wedding cake and not only was it AMZING, but it was also the best cake I've ever had. They were so communicative and worked well with me. Will come back when I'm in town.

I've ordered two birthday cakes in the past month, and both were absolutely amazing! They taste every bit as wonderful as they look. Marissa is an artist. I wish I had a photo of my baby shower cake that she made many years ago. It was a tea pot cake with uneven layers and tea spewing (hardened brown sugar) from the teapot from the top layer, it was absolutely exquisite. I know my cake was featured in the newspaper at some point. Love this place!

Mr. Philbrook baked Christmas cookies for his son's class. They were so well-made - fresh, delicious, & pretty, with good ingredients. Best that I've had. Thank you. Mrs. Bachman

So Todd is a patient of mine at abbey dental and we did some work for him, he said he was going to bring a cake and guess what he did the hole office went nuts this cake like a work of art my goodness, wow wow wow talk about decadent. And mouth watering it was a chocolate moose cake with 6 layers the cake was cold the moose was perfect creamy not to sweet!

I can vouch for the hole office this guy is a master chef. so if your looking to impress anyone order from Todd you can not go wrong worth every dollar hands down. thank you so much Todd this cake was the best I have ever had! You are the best! Decently recommend his cakes

I worked with Todd and Marissa for 3 years, They provided all of our desserts for our special events and catering dept. Our parties were up to 4000ppl, which required up to 12000 -15k pieces of pastries, They're desserts were always consistent, fun, whimsical, and always received compliments from our guests. Maries Gourmet Bakery team does an extraordinary work and are always on time.

They also have baked cakes for my family that were memorable and delicious. The Chef team can make anything to your needs: as a professional chef, I highly recommend this bakery as a business partner, catering dept and just to make cakes or pastries for your small family birthday party. Thx, JB

Todd Philbrook has been my awesome Baker/Catering to go to person for many years. He did an amazing job on my daughters wedding cake, has made many Birthday cakes for me and has catered parties for me. Todd is known for his fabulous chicken salad. Love everything he does. The staff is 5 star.

Mr. Philbrook is awesome! He makes the best pasta salad! My mouth waters just thinking about it! I will have to go get some soon.

I've heard good things about this bakery/restaurant. Many of our legal staff order weekly from Marie's. Ordered a BLT at 1:30. To go. With pasta salad. Salad was good. BLT down right gross. Bacon looked like it was dredged up from garbage or other sandwiches. Litterly had to rip it apart. Skinny slices of tomato, avacado with black spots. For $9.00 I expected more. Great little spot a block up the street The Coffee Pub give it a try or across the street Palace Station.

So good! They had a tiny selection since the shopping center is under construction, but this is mm, delicious. Im gonna have to save some for my love.

Ordered a beautiful 6 cake with Marisa for my husbands birthday! The chocolate cake was moist with a light vanilla cream and strawberry filling, delicious! The cake was as beautiful as it was tasty! Will definitely order a special occasion cake from here again!

News Report. They have Roaches. stopped in 1 early morning satisfying my sweet tooth. I ordered 2 cupcakes So I was waiting for the cashier to complete my order as I was waiting I saw a German Roach Crawling on the Wall. I was like OMG. I still made the purchase only because I didn't want to be Rude. but u didnt eat the cupcakes I gave them away. Lol. but I never returned. If there's 1 Roach there's a Zillion of them. No Thanks. I will Pass on the RoachCakes.

This is my go to spot for whenever I have a craving for something sweet. Some of my regular purchases here are their canolis, eclairs, pistachio cheesecake, and tiramisu. My only grip with this place is that they don't always have the previously mentioned items available for purchase. So with my most recent visit here I was stuck with just getting their ice cream sandwich. Now, I did say stuck, but not because I had to settle for a inferior purchase, it was the only thing I have had in the past that I knew I liked.

The sandwich was just as good as the last time I had one. A big mound of ice cream in between two cookies, and coated in chocolate chips. Not one part of the sandwich out shined another. The two cookies were soft and had a good amount of chocolate chips in them, and tasted delicious on their own. Hopefully the next time I come back, the items I normally like will be available. If not, there are plenty of other delectable items to choose from to satisfy my sweet tooth.

This is the bakery I get all of my real buttercream birthday cakes from! I am always last minute when it comes to ordering a cake, they never let me down. My favorite is the traditional "buttery" buttercream frosting, they have two types, a true butter and a sweeter shortening type buttercream so be specific. ok so the real buttercream frosting with marble cake, and a vanilla bavarian creme filling. MMMMM YUMMY! I have a picture of that cake in my photo album.

Looks like Marie does a lot of fancy cakes. She has photos of many special cakes for various occasions in her photo album. I got a chance to taste the dark chocolate dipped strawberry with white and milk chocolate shavings. It was very good. I will definitely come back for more.
