To obtain your marriage license, both parties must appear in person before a Clerk at a Clark County Marriage Bureau location. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and no nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-blood, and not having a husband or wife living.

Did my research for the perfect wedding venue, since we had to postpone our wedding in April 2020 due to COVID. Found Shalimar and spoke with George long distance to complete our agenda. All very simple and affordable. We new Vegas in June would be VERY HOT, planned and dressed accordingly. So when the travel ban was briefly lifted, we flew there for our ceremony.
The outdoors gazebo at sunset was beautiful; temperature cooled down a little. Our camera phone on a tripod with Zoom, allowed our family to attend. George officiating was spiritual and memorable. He was so perfect and with presence, that we had him officiate at our actual wedding ceremony in Vegas at the Paris Hotel and Casino, August 14, 2021. Another very hot time in Vegas. Two perfect weddings, coordinated by my husband and I; lots of work but worth it. Family and friends raved about George and the wedding; also the reception at Mon Ami Gabi.

While our actual ceremony was nice, the events leading up to it were unacceptable and disappointing. We chose the Valley of Fire wedding package, knowing it would be hot. But as the date approached and the temperatures were even higher than normal, I began to worry. I called the chapel on 2 separate occasions(about one month prior and again about 2 weeks prior to our wedding).
I told them I was getting very concerned about the heat and was thinking maybe we should change the venue. I was told that if we wanted the Valley of Fire wedding, we would be disappointed if we changed the venue. I agree, the venue was beyond beautiful and all we had imagined. This is where things went wrong- I was ASSURED that the AC in the limo was more than sufficient, that the limo was brand new and the AC worked very well.
I was also told that when they picked us and our guests up, there would be ice and water provided for us in the limo. Well, the AC in the limo worked dismally and we were provided with 5 small 8 oz water bottles. They knew they were picking up 11 people, in the heat! I would have brought my own water for our guests(that was my original plan!)if I had thought even for a moment they would give us 5 waters for 11 people!
Due to the lack of AC on the ride, one of our guests became very ill. By the time we arrived at Valley of Fire, they jumped out of the limo and were vomiting all over. The limo driver(who, btw, was also our minister) argued with us that the AC worked fine and we should have expected it not to work as well since we has 11 people. But they KNEW we had 11 people when we were told it would be sufficient.
The limo driver/minister actually told one of my guests to walk back to Vegas if we weren't happy. After all the drama, we had our ceremony, which was beautiful, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed to be lied to and treated this way on our wedding day, and mostly mad that our friend got ill because of it.

My wife and I visited Vegas in Sept 2019 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and renew our vows. What a great experience. Beautiful Chapel. Top notch Service. Picked us up at our hotel in a new white stretch limo. Very accommodating. Both my wife and I would highly recommend. Our officiator Ken Ripply (AKA ELVIS) was the best. Joe the photographer was the best. The Limo driver (don't remember his name) was the best.

My Wedding was amazing! 5/13/2017 Had great communication With Joe sense the beginning till the day of my wedding, from e-mails to phone calls. I did my hair and makeup with Mitra and all I can say is, I looked beautifully gorgeous. She was so nice and made me feel relaxed, she definitely knows what she's doing. And my pictures came out so beautiful. Great customer service experience over all.
