Client or client representative must present their Photo ID and sign the rental contract at the time of pick up. If you wish to have our staff load for you, a loading/unloading fee will be applied to your order and you must set an appointment pick up. This service may not be available for same day requests. All food/product orders must be prepaid at the time the order is placed.

Completely dishonest. We rented a double barrel daiquiri machine and two tables from them for our daughters 21st birthday. The very next morning the table that was holding the machine all night collapsed sending the machine to the floor. I knew looking at it that it was indeed damaged, the plastic handle and drip tray insert were broken. I knew we would have to pay for the damages.
We returned everything and the owner took the machine to the back for about ten minutes and then came back to us and told us that it was damaged beyond all repair and we would have to pay full retail of 2588.00$ Well, it happened on our watch so we agreed that we would pay them. We came out of pocket the 588$ and our homeowners insurance paid the other 2000$.
We brought our useless, broken beyond all repair daiquiri machine home and decided to plug it in. Low and Behold! WE HAVE DAIQUIRI'S! The machine works perfectly. We called Mobile Popcorn right away and were told we bought it and they don't want it back, then we were hung up on. I do not support any business that is in the habit of committing insurance fraud or taking advantage of hard working, honest people.

Mobile Popcorn helped me and my wife have our dream wedding reception. This is a family-operated business that treats its customers just like that: family. Would highly recommend to anyone. They've also had amazing specials during the COVID-19 pandemic while also encouraging safe social distancing practices. Passion is what makes businesses great, and they have it!

For first time in years Mobile Popcorn has refused to make order and first time they don't want our check. Can't even say if they would even have anything also didn't want my order because of no cell phone. So unhappy for our kids in neighborhood. Over 20 years with them if we can get anything tomorrow will be lucky. Hope for the best tomorrow. No lights or water here after Strom last night. Still waiting.

Mobile Popcorn is one of my absolute favorite rental companies in Mobile and has always impressed me! My past job ordered from them almost weekly and we were never disappointed! Always clean, on time and fairly priced. They've been hit hard by Covid-19 (as well as everyone in the wedding industry) with so many abrupt cancelations giving them a lot of uncertainty about the future. I wish everyone would understand how this pandemic affects EVERYONE when demanding nonrefundable deposits from small businesses leaving them with what money to survive?

Extremely disappointed to hear the following "My Rehearsal dinner could not happen due to covid-19. This company would not refund us in full stating they don't refund pre-paid rental equipment. Nothing was brought to the venue, only service provided was a drawing of the layout. They provided no explanation of why they are glad to keep my money for doing nothing." - Ben Cooksey We were supposed to be guests at the Courtney/Cooksey wedding and unfortunately due to the pandemic were not allowed to host gatherings of 10 or more. Our friends had to cancel their dream wedding and rehearsal dinner. Mobile Popcorn please do the right thing and make this right!

Mobile Popcorn & Party Rentals is a terrible company. Pandemic hit mid wedding week and we had to cancel our rehearsal dinner due to government mandated social gathering restrictions. We cancelled prior to them even delivering any rentals. They will not give us our money back and have been extremely rude. I just want to let everyone know so when other people are getting married this year and the second wave hits and they have to postpone/cancel their special weekend, that they don't have to worry about these people taking advantage of them as well.

First to say the popcorn is absolutely amazing that's a 5 star. Very disappointed in customer service. Rented a Daiquiri machine from them for a shower and 30 minutes before guest was to arrive the barrel of the machine falls apart and waste all over table and floor. Things happen. I get it. Upon returning the machine, I tell this to check-in person and immediately get's change in attitude.
Understanding I signed paperwork saying if anything happens call them but nothing was conveyed verbally to me at anytime about calling them just in case anything happens. Speak with the manager and over again I am told nothing they can done about a refund had you called me when it happened. OK understand but not once did anyone APOLOGIZE for the faulty equipment I rented or the inconvenience or concern for my event. SOMETIMES IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
