At Miller's Grand Events, we have always and will continue to clean all equipment to the highest standards. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use. We use commercial dishwashers and washing machines, which are serviced regularly with an Auto-Chlor System. In regards to scheduled events, we are happy to move any event to a future date, along with the deposit paid.As for outright cancellation of an event, our standard industry terms are 50% non-refundable deposit for any event. Please be patient on refunds, we are making adjustments in our immediate expenses & staff required.

Just spent 2 hours patching their dirty tent for my friends wedding. They argued that none of the holes were bigger than pin holes, but my ruler clearly says its a 3 inch tear in the roof so idk who to believe. They also managed to hit a water line and blamed us. Then they took the heaters. It was a fun time. Edit is a response to reply from Miller: The argument being referred to was not on the phone, but rather the set up crew.
The tent was purposely set up incorrectly to cover a foot long slash in the door. This created another problem in the form of a funnel of water in the corner that soaked some decorations. The heaters were brought BACK on site after one got in their car and chased the crew down to correct their mistake. As to them fixing these mistakes we will see and i will edit again when i am no longer waiting for them.
I hope i can add more stars, but from the response to my review Im not sure that will be happening Or that they care if i do. 3rd Edition: They did not show up. 10/10 would not recommended.

Miller's Events was a life saver for our wedding! We just got married this past Saturday at the Bragg Mitchell Mansion and the weather was all over the place all week and we needed to solidify a rain plan but had the hardest time finding a tent. My mother reached out to Miller's and worked with Carrie and she said Carrie made everything happen! And went completely above and beyond. Thank you all so much! We highly recommend you all!

Bridal magazines, online websites, television shows, friends' advice - Bride was a bit overwhelmed by the time we went to Miller's Grand Events. They sat down with her and helped her plan out everything she needed for a memorable day. We made several changes as the plans evolved, and they were gracious through it all. They knew the other vendors we planned to use, and worked with them seamlessly.
I was quite surprised at the variety of items they offer. The only thing they were not able to supply was an amp for one of the musicians, and they readily recommended a source for that. They made us feel that ours was the only event on their schedule. Everything was delivered perfectly as planned, and there were absolutely no problems. Definitely the place to begin any event.

This company is as good as it gets! If you are throwing a wedding or event and starting from scratch, this is the place to begin. They offer just about everything you need other than the bride and groom. Sabrina and Shannon were extremely professional and will sit down with you and map out the wedding of your dreams. They know a lot of the other vendors in the area and can give great recommendations on caterers, etc.
We had a last minute issue with the tents and they sent someone over right away to remedy the situation. They are also easy to get in touch with and respond quickly to questions. I highly recommend them.
