You can order from 1800 flowers for better customer service- oh and they actually deliver! I ordered some flowers for my mother. The only reason I went here was because I knew the original owner, and since new ownership this place has been ran into the ground. I called upset because the delivery driver treated my mother as an inconvenience. Suggesting even though I paid $8 for delivery and $80 for the flowers, you can just pick them up if you want. yet they of course would still charge me that fee.
I called to have them be aware and spoke with the new owner which just argued with me. I didn't call to fight with them, I called to let them know and to be aware of the situation. This is the last time I will do business with this place.

I was disappointed to read the negative comments left about this business. My family has been going here for many years and we've never experienced any of the mistreatment spoken of in these reviews. The ladies who have assisted me went above and beyond to make the floral arrangement I ordered to be exactly how I asked. Great place, great people.

I am so disappointed! I will never buy anything from this florist again. I bought a dozen roses on a Friday, they were wilted & dead 3 days later--they were not looking good the day after I bought them. I've had roses last a long time--I have never had this happen! What a shame to spend all that money for it to just be flushed down the toilet! Yes, I guess I just donated my hard earned money to this florist, because they ripped me off.
