Who we are: Bucky's Rentals is a full service event planning and rental service company. Family owned and operated for more than 20 years, we are conveniently located at 2182 Highway MM between Oregon and Madison, WI. We service the Madison and southern Wisconsin area and beyond with quality event rental equipment and personal service.
Your on-site office space is pretty important. Let us set you up and take care of that worry with one of our many mobile office trailers. We provide delivery to your site complete with installation, including: set up, leveling, blocking, pick-up, and as always - clean and professional service. We rent and sell statewide and to surrounding states.
But there's also a significant amount of planning that goes into pulling off a successful celebration. For your convenience and planning, we have included a sample of some typical set-ups used at events. The chart gives an indication of the normal number of persons expected to be accommodated by a typical sized tent and expected number of tables. The diagrams illustrate sample set-ups to assist with your planning.
Tents can be put up just about anywhere. Outside or inside another structure. A special consideration is choosing a tent for your preferred surface-pavement, grass, sand and so on. Whether you're going for casual or formal, our tents come in all shapes, sizes and materials. Depending on your site, we will help you choose the style that fits your vision and needs. These cost-effective, versatile tents have mountain-like peaks in the center plus one or two rows of interior poles, creating that lofted shape.

We rented a tent, tables, a dance floor and a few other odds and ends from Bucky's Rentals for our October 6th wedding. Everything seemed to be in good condition and we were happy with the rentals. Maddie was great to work with and patient with us as we figured out the details of our tent layout. Our equipment was delivered & picked up on time!

Complete beauty workers. Tightest tent I have ever seen. Whom ever cleaned my chairs has amazing attention to detail. I could see the hours of work put into the chairs. No spots of dirt the be seen. Tables where in mint condition. Tent was up so fast. Crew members were unconditionally friendly. Overall amazing experience with this company. I would recommend Buckys rentals to any person looking for an amazing wedding or graduation party.

The delivery team we had last year for our largest fundraising event were an amazing crew of gentlemen. I'm sure most of that staff probably turns over seasonally. I wanted to pass along kudos to the crew & give them an extra thank you for all their help last year! We're happy to be re-booking with the fantastic sales team at Bucky's Rentals in September 2019!

We have worked with Bucky's for a few years now and have done many events with them. They have the best prices for good quality rentals. They always have the same core employees which means we don't have to monitor their work. They always have good communication about set up and tear down. Mitch is willing to work with special requests we have from time to time.
The owner has always made himself available to us. We are always relieved when we know Bucky's is coming out because they are consistent, reliable and easy to work with. We highly recommend Bucky's.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Bucky's Rentals. I had booked there services for an outdoor event expecting about 75 people. They provided a podium for speaking, chairs, cocktail tables, banquet tables, and linens. Unlike some other local rental suppliers, Bucky's provided the service of setting up and taking down all of the equipment - which saved me a lot of time and sweat.
The gentleman that arrived was quick and polite. All of the equipment worked well, and I was especially pleased with the podium/sound system. They had provided me with the best one I've used for events. IT was extremely simple to use, ran on a batter and did not require to be plugged in, and also offered the ability to play music through an iPhone or iPad. The staff I organized the event with was extremely responsive and quick to address all of my needs. I will be coming back for future event needs in the area!

We used Bucky's for our wedding, and would encourage you to look at alternative options if you want a stress-free dealing. Our catering company accidentally took some linens that belonged to Bucky's after the event, yet we've left the experience thrilled with them and their willingness to rectify the situation, whereas Bucky's seems to only want to send us additional bills. Spending part of our honeymoon on the phone with them was not a good experience.

We used Bucky's for our wedding rental, and they will do the bare minimum for you, and no more. Our biggest source of frustration came with them after the ceremony. Our catering company accidentally took Bucky's linens from our event, and we put them in touch to get them returned. Our catering company was at fault, yet was absolutely great to work with in rectifying the situation. Bucky's on the other hand only seemed interested in sending us more bills, and refused to talk directly with the catering company. If you'd like to be nickel-and-dimed, this is the company for you.

I Had spent over $900 on a tent, lights and dance floor for my daughters graduation party. Delivery and set up were great.quick and easy! Expected pick up on Sunday, but didn't get here until Thursday. In the meantime, plenty of rain and storms come through. To my surprise, I get a call stating they are charging us an additional $25. OMG, did we break something? Did we put a hole in the tent? NOPE.being charged $25 because one of the sides of the tent had mud on it! WHAT? Got a call back from Rich (Owner?), to whom I explained that had they picked it up on time there wouldn't have had mud on it. "Time is money!" was his response.
I mentioned that it wasn't the $25 (we had tipped the guys $20 when set up), it was that we were being "nickel and dimed" after already spending over $900. Enjoy the $25 Rich, it is the last you will ever see from me. We will be going elsewhere for my other daughters grad party!

We decided to rent a few tables and chairs from them for an outdoor party. They recorded the date wrong, tried to deliver a day early, and then called us angrily when nobody was there to receive the items. Tried to charge us $85 for a "return fee" for returning with the items on the actual order date. Then, when we called again, they admitted that it was their employees fault (but only when WE called THEM to inquire!).
The next day they showed up early in the morning without calling. Someone wrote my phone # down wrong, even though I had just talked to them on the phone the day before (it was literally scribbled on a sticky note). The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the delivery guys were kind once they arrived, and were willing to pass the items through the window, due to narrow hallways. Will NOT work with them again!

This company deserves less than the one star I am able to give it. I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Bucky's Rental when my husband and I were planning our wedding. Customer service was terrible and inconsistent, phone calls were not returned in a reasonable amount of time, and we were given several different prices when we would call for tent quotes, each of them a little more than the last.
We were planning on sharing the venue with a few other couples getting married on our weekend - Bucky's was unwilling to provide us the smaller tent we asked for, so we had to use a tent twice get size we needed. Worse was that Bucky's charged us the full amount for the large tent - again, not what we needed or had requested. Unfortunately, Bucky's was the only rental company that served the venue we chose, and I felt that because of this, we were taken advantage of. I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend Bucky's to anyone.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Terrible product, and even more terrible service. The Event Coordinator went so far as to argue and yell at my wife over the phone! The tables and chairs looked nothing like they show online, so don't go based off of that. They were almost broken and very rusty (we rented for our wedding!). Additionally, I called to tell them that we are not home until 1pm during the week, so delivery/ pick-up would have to be after.
I went so far as to tell the delivery driver and call again to remind them. They said no worries, they pick-up at their convenience. However, then they sent us a bill for $105, saying they tried to pick-up before 1pm during the work wk 3 times. First, the math is not correct (trying to overcharge yet again!), secondly, they left zero documentation that they tried to pick-up!
The Event Coordinator went so far as to say, either pay this bill or I'll take you to collections. It's disgusting. Beware if you use this company. The product and service has been my worst to date. Good luck!

We used Bucky's Rentals for tables and chairs for our recent wedding. The equipment was in good condition but the customer service was very poor. They did not deliver our items until 7-8 pm which meant we could not be on site for delivery since we were hosting friends and family at our rehearsal dinner. When I called to inquire about the delivery time I was informed very rudely by the owner Rich that he couldn't give me a time other than "before midnight." Bucky's was planned to pick up on the Monday after our event (per our rental agreement, in writing) but did not pick up until Wednesday afternoon which we learned about via email while on our honeymoon.
Once the items were finally picked up we were billed an additional $300 for "2nd floor delivery/pick up & re-bagging of chairs". We referenced back to our rental agreement but there was no mention of potential charges after the fact. We paid in full 10 days before our event as was required via the Agreement.all of this could have been resolved with better communication before our event and during the delivery/pick up service. We would not recommend this vendor for wedding rentals!
