I absolutely LOVED my experience at Bridal Image! I was referred to them by a couple family members who also had great experiences with their wedding dress there. They have great selection of beautiful dresses with a variety of prices to fit most, if not all budgets! I had the sweetest woman help me find dresses and did an incredible job with the alterations that I requested! I had a vision for my dress and they followed through!

All the reps were so friendly and sweet. I found my dress day of my appointment. The reps made sure I felt amazing and beautiful. They all made my experience effortless and as less stressful as could be. Hands down most amazing experience. Even the appointment to get my dress altered was so awesome! Highly recommend.

Bridal Image is amazing! The staff was so kind and informative. I had a unfortunate experience with my previous dress shop and the gown I ordered for my wedding in April. I went to Bridal Image and they had a gown, and a seamstress that can alter my dress in the time crunch I have. Would recommend them to anyone for an easy and fun dress fitting experience.

I had an amazing experience! I came in as a walk in on a day they don't normally take walk ins. They were super busy but they still let me try on a few dresses that I was interested in. They were all so sweet and nice. I recommend Bridal Image to any bride looking to have an amazing dress shopping experience!

The ladies were so nice and helpful! They answered all my questions and got me all the dresses I was hoping to try on. I found and loved my dress here at bridal image. Absolutely beautiful dress. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Absolutely amazing experience! I believe it was Sarah who helped me pick out dresses-she was great! Honestly, everyone at Bridal Image was so supportive and excited for me as I was trying on dresses. And the dresses are gorgeous! Would 10/10 recommend this place:

We did not have an appointment but were on a time crunch. The ladies happily got us in. Helped us with dresses, catered to every want and style of the bride. Never made her feel rushed. We're happy to help. I would recommend this location. After going to 5 others we went back and ended up buying g our top fav here. They have great big mirrors to view dresses and can accommodate several brides at once and do it amazingly.

Bridal Image is at the top of my list for wedding dress shopping. I went to about 10 different places and their customer service was by far the best. Peggy was the lady I worked with and who helped me. She was the nicest lady and she was so invested in me and making sure I got my perfect dress. She spent so much time showing me different ways we could add just what I wanted to make it perfect. I would recommend Bridal Image to anybody and everybody. Me and my guests were so impressed in every aspect.

I went to five bridal stores and Bridal Image was the best! They're staff was friendly and patient! They had a wide variety of dresses too! The prices of their gowns and alterations are very reasonable.

We have had nothing but success at this store! Both of my sisters found the dress of their dreams here. And 7 years apart! It's very quaint and small and so maybe not a store you would think has much. BUT YES! They are amazing! Such a varied selection and unique dresses! Plus, the workers have been there forever and really know the business and treat you like family! I highly recommend trying out Bridal Image.

This place deserves 5 stars! We went in 30 minutes before closing and the owner was so sweet and helpful! The dresses were beautiful and the service was perfect. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all, and it was exactly the experience I wanted! I bought my dress here and found so many others that I loved almost as much. There's something for everybody here and I can't recommend it enough. 10/10! :

Bridal Image was the first store for my daughter's wedding gown. Peggy was So experienced with helping my daughter find a dress that she desired. We decided on one but wanted to explore other shops. After 3 more shops. We went back to Bridal Image and got "The Dress"! Unlike the other bridal stores. Bridal Image provides In House Alterations. AND they provide the materials from the same manufacturer as your dress!. The atmosphere is Quiet and Peaceful. You feel SPECIAL. I Would Always Recommend Bridal Image!

We had to make some custom bridesmaid dresses and they were horrible the measurements they took were incorrect each dress fit each person so extremely different and they were unwilling to make any changes.

This was the first place I went to try on dresses after driving in from out of state. I went with a small group and just wanted to try things on and get the "bridal experience" while I went through the stress of trying to find a dress. The consultant that helped me was extremely pushy; putting shoes on me, a veil, etc. all without my consent. She didn't even let my party answer my questions or give me opinions opting rather to have her input in my ear and talking over me constantly.

It was obvious she just wanted me to buy a dress, and fast. The first dress I put on she asked as I walked out the room "is this the one?" couldn't wait for me to even see it or let my mom see, even though it was the first wedding dress I'd tried on. My maid of honor had to get me in and out of the dresses, no one else helped. The shop is small, only one podium and several brides had to wait as one girl used it to show family and friends.

The owner was very nice. I did find my dress here but bought it elsewhere, especially as another bridal shop showed me how to get my dress altered cheaper from the manufacturer rather than pay the shop. Do not recommend if you want a fun and relaxing bridal experience.

Very disappointed at lack of customer service. Called to see if they carried mother of groom dresses and said they did. When I went into store not one acknowledgement from any staff. Granted they were busy but a simple "welcome" would have satisfied me. I looked at the few racks they had and still no acknowledgement. This is a very small store so kind of hard for them to not see me. Iwas hoping to look at catalogs but nothing out on tables. Definitely wont be going there when daughter plans wedding.

I don't know why this place got such a bad review. Their selection of modest and regular dresses was great and Katherine was super fun. They let us stay as long as we wanted (granted it was a Monday afternoon). Their prices were totally reasonable, and it was just the right size. If you want a more personal experience, and want to avoid the David's Bridal feel like we did, give this place a shot!
