Oh my goodness I LOVE Fantasy Bridal! I went in to this store last minute to look at dresses today. I was a little discouraged because I had been to other stores with no luck. Q helped me to make my dress dreams come true! I cannot rave about her enough. She is an absolute angel and to totally matched my vibe. She was exactly what I needed. She pulled the exact dress I was dreaming of!

Fantasy Bridal has been nothing but amazing to me. I got my wedding dress here in December and Q was absolutely amazing. She got to know me and when I went back for my reception dress she didn't even miss a beat. I will be back to make my first payment on my reception dress. 10/10 would recommend. If 10 wasn't a max then I'd give this place 20/10. You will find your dress here!

This place is great! I went to David's bridal before coming here and I hated the experience there and they didn't have anything. So we researched and found Fantasy Bridal. When I first walked in the atmosphere was so great! My helper who's name was Cayenne was amazing and knew exactly what I wasted and brought me out the best dresses! Then I fell in the with one of the dresses she pulled out for me! They kept in my price range and my style and made me feel so comfortable!

The customer service was awful and they were not attentive to my needs in regard to altering my dress. there was an issue with my original veil order and they didn't find an amicable solution and we're not honest when I tried to get it fixed. I was told I could come in and swap it for the original veil length that I wanted to order to begin with and they would set it aside for when I came in.

When I got there I was told that it was wasn't set aside, And when they finally did find it it was not the right length that I still asked to be swapped out for and finally come to find out that the length of the veil that I wanted isn't even able to be purchased in the length I wanted (which was cathedral length ) I purchased my dress in January from them so I should have been told then that the length I wanted originally for my Veil in that style wasn't available to be ordered. I'm very frustrated that the person who helped me she ordered the wrong length and I called before hand and explained the situation and they were willing to swap it out but when I came in I find out this.

My wedding is in three weeks so I had to settle with something else that I wouldn't have originally wanted but due to them altering my dress I wouldn't have been able to take my dress to find another veil that would go with it somewhere else. Then my original dress fitting date was put down for the wrong date and time than what I originally had scheduled for so I had to reschedule another dress fitting appointment then when I went to my fitting the lady that helped me was not very friendly she seemed very annoyed whenever I asked any questions or if I should do this or that to my dress being that I am not a seamstress and this is my very first wedding I have no idea what I'm doing.

So me asking questions wasn't me trying to be annoying but rather understand what I should do my dress or what I shouldn't do to my dress in their opinion. The lady that I worked with was just very unfriendly And not very bubbly whatsoever. Working at a place like this you should definitely have better customer service and more inviting atmosphere especially when you're dealing with brides who are going through an exciting period In their lives, for how much money I spent on my dress I would just expect a little bit better customer service and maybe a little bit more friendliness.

I really didn't like the feeling that I felt when I was in there asking questions the lady came off very annoyed like it was inconvenient for her to be helping me with something that I was literally paying for? (for example when I asked to take a picture of the veil that I finally decided to get she literally rolled her eyes and was like yeah let me go get it with just attitude that is just so unnecessary) I will just put it to this I will not be referring any more of my friends here. I'm very bummed because my sister bought a dress quite a few years back and she had a great experience here but mine was the complete opposite.

However the dress I actually purchased I love and the quality of it is beautiful, I would say my rating is based off of customer service. I do love the dress that I found here but Im very frustrated with how I was treated.

I went into Fantasy Bridal very nervous and not really knowing if I was going to find my wedding dress. But I did! Claire helped me and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to me. She picked out the most amazing dresses for me to try on with just a few examples of what I was envisioning. Then found the one. I couldn't be happier with my choice of going to Fantasy Bridal first and not other shops around me.

I love that they have plus sized dresses at their store that you can physically try on, it made this whole dress experience even better. I will definitely be recommending them when I'm asked for bridal shops. Thank you again Claire! You are the absolute best!

This was such a wonderful experience. Carol and her assistant Marissa gave us a very personalized fitting. Right off the bat I was so impressed with their ability to listen and find the perfect dresses to allow my daughter to shine as a bride to be. We purchased a dress that was incredible and my baby was so happy she was dancing in the store. Thanks to the incredible care that these two lovely women gave to her. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will every chance that I get.

This is definitely the place to go for your wedding dress. They have one of the largest selections of dresses in the state with caring prices, all of which are very fair. The staff is super kind and personable and has amazing taste. I worked with Q who is great and has a wonderful understanding of taste. They also have a great payment plan and wonderful ideas. I'll be sending all of my friends here.

Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress! My consultant took a risk and it paid off! She was very helpful and respectful of my budget. I still get compliments on my dress and I can't imagine getting married in a different dress. Thank you!

Q helped us out and she was fantastic. She knew what she was doing, made it feel personal, and even gave me some snacks because I had a bad headache. They have beautiful dresses. My dress didn't end up being there, but I saw at least two other girls find their dresses. Overall great experience, and Q was so helpful.

It was such an amazing experience getting my wedding gown from Fantasy Bridal! I went here by myself from the very first appointment until the last, and all the girls in FB, especially Claire & Alicia, made me feel comfortable and was so helpful enough to assist me in getting my dream gown. Ultimately, I donned my dream gown on my wedding day and I was getting compliments here and there!

I was a very indecisive bride and the staff was so helpful in working through options to help me find the dress if my dreams. They were not pushy at all, down to earth, and supported me finding the perfect dress. I found there to be a good variety of dresses, in both style and size. Also, dresses here are relatively inexpensive. Would recommend anyone getting married in salt lake to go here first.

I went to 5 different bridal shops across the valley and Fantasy Bridal was BY FAR my favorite. Q is the best stylist I have ever had. She hyped me up, found me my dream dress, and treated me like I was a person and not just a number. She was absolutely amazing, and she really made me feel like she cared about me and my wedding. I loved Fantasy Bridal and Q and I'm so glad I found my dress here so that I could support this business. I did not feel anywhere near as accommodated, beautiful, and taken care of at any of the other bridal shops that I went to. Thank you Q!

I didn't end up purchasing by dress here, but you should come here if your looking for a dress. Staff are super kind and focused on getting you in a dress that you'll be happy with. I had a pretty tight budget and my stylist - Q didn't put me in anything I couldn't afford and even offered to try to get the price cut back on dresses that were a bit over my budget.

Even after I found my dream dress at a different store Q wanted to see a picture of a dress and was happy that I found "exactly what I was looking for". So kind and sweet even though I found my dress elsewhere.

Ok, I did not expect it to be as great as it was. Everyone who is getting married knows dress shopping is horrifying and time sensitive, but fantasy bridal made it so much easier. They had a paper ready to go that you fill out with your vision and look you're going for and then they set you up with a consultant that lets you pick dresses and they also grab some too based on what you are looking for.

Super friendly and helpful and professional. I found the dress after only trying on 4! They got my vision and helped me nail it. My friends sister went there for her dress and then so did she and then I went because of them and it didn't disappoint.

It's been years since I've visited this business for my own dress. I came to support my sister in finding her dress. Overall their options weren't the greatest within the budget my family had. We showed them the photo of the dress my sister had in mind and the choices they brought out weren't similar at all and just kept getting worse and worse. My sister explained what she wanted it would go in one ear and out the other. The experience could've been better and more welcoming but it wasn't at all.

Fantasy Bridal is THE place to go! I highly recommend. I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress. They had SO many options and provide a easy going environment. I found a dress that was exactly what I wanted. They offered a discount and are doing my alterations. It was such a relief going to Fantasy Bridal. Highly recommend Sophia! She's the best! I went into fantasy bridal last week in search of a dress and was met with fabulous customer service in addition to a large variety of gorgeous dresses! Alitzah was the employee who helped me and she was AMAZING! She was very patient, made great recommendations, and was super helpful throughout the entire appointment. Not only did this place have beautiful gowns that were reasonably priced, they had great customer service. I highly recommend Fantasy Bridal and Aitzah as your consultant!

I had the most wonderful experience at Fantasy Bridal. Their selection of dresses is unmatched. Avery was my Bridal Consultant and she was so kind and patient with me. She chose dresses based on my preferences and vision and there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. I kept going back to one of dresses (the ONE!) in the shop and she was so patient with me as I went back and forth with it trying it on multiple times.

When we checked out we worked with Ashley and she was so efficient and sweet. She was able to order me a brand new version of the dress to pick up in plenty of time for my wedding. They were able to honor a promotion that was happening a few days after our appointment. Then today I came home to a lovely hand-written thank you note from Avery in my mailbox.

This shop truly knows the meaning of "above and beyond". I would recommend this shop to any bride and I can't wait to go back to Fantasy Bridal to pick up my dream dress!

I had such a wonderful experience here. Alitzah helped me find the perfect dress and was so sweet and not at all pushy! She hyped me up in all the gowns but was honest about what looked and fit me best. I'm so glad I had such a great experience buying my dream wedding gown. I would recommend Fantasy Bridal- specifically Alitzah- to any bride-to-be.

I only went to two bridal shops to look for a dress, one in Dallas (before I moved to SLC), and this one where I said yes to the dress! Fantasy Bridal has an awesome selection of varied, beautiful dresses. I like how the shop is set up to easily find dresses you might like based on your budget and style. Mimi was my consultant and she was great. She quickly learned what I liked and didn't like and was very patient with me (and my mom's strong opinions).

I never felt pressured and she respected my budget. We were stuck between two dresses and she had no problems helping me try on both dresses each a couple of times. She called over another consultant to give her opinion between the two dresses who was also Vietnamese. She shared her opinion with us in Vietnamese, which I think was a big plus for my mom, and we ended up buying the dress she liked better :) After we decided on the dress, Mimi had to tend to her next customers, but the manager of the store patiently helped us choose some accessories.

You get 20% off of the accessories if you buy them the same day you buy your dress, so I ended up buying my veil and headpiece there as well :) The manager (sorry I forgot her name!) found us many veils that were similar to the one I liked while trying on the dress, but way less money. So we got one for less than half the price of the original one! I'm super excited to see my dress with all my accessories in a few months! Thanks to all the ladies who helped me find my special dress! I'd definitely recommend Fantasy Bridal for other brides!

I do not know if I had already written a review but, I wanted to say how amazing so far my experience has been with Fantasy bridal has been. Angele (I hope I spelled that right) Is amazing and all of your consultants. I have worked with 2 of them and they all are so great. I never so far have felt any high pressure or nothing. I initially came in I would say end of may just to see what was out there. Came with my soon to be 12 yr old niece.

As I am planning a 10 yr vow renewal and I found and am so excited for my beautiful dress. I get goose bumps every time i see my dress and I can't wait for my fittings and to get it. I just had to call to talk about my payment due dates on my layaway and as they said in the store when I put my deposit down and I am realizing now. When they say they only ask for communication and such on these matters- they are super flexible. THEY ARE SO RIGHT! too bad they don't do bridal party business (like bridesmaids dresses etc.) I am so glad I came in. I also am tickled and love that they follow up with you after your appointments and send out thank you cards! makes me know and feel that they really care.

I loved this bridal shop! I went to five bridal boutiques in the SLC metro to find my dress; this one was a great experience. Alitzah was a great consultant to work with. She followed up after my appointment, too. This was the only shop I went to that gave you a slip to wear, it helped the dresses lay so nicely. They have a large selection of dresses and section them by coverage (LDS styles on one side, "contemporary" on the other; there's also a great "boho" section).

Their price range is approximately $900-2,000. They separate that out, too! A $1,000 and under section (including some beautiful as-is dresses for great prices), and then the $1,000+ side. This made it easy to search for what you want without budget temptations. Even though I've already picked my dress (from a different shop) I find myself missing this shop and wanting to go back- it was fun, and the dresses are really pretty!

Angele was amazing! I am a younger, more "hip" bride, and Angele fit my vibe perfectly. She was fun, listened to all of my needs and wants and helped me pick out some beautiful picks in addition to the ones I selected online. She was super aware of my budget and not once did I feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. I loved my entire experience and will recommend Fantasy to all of my friends. I found a beautiful dress and veil for not a ton of money. Thanks Angele!

Ashley is amazing! She was so patient and kind through out my dress shopping experience. I was a challenge for her with my indecisiveness but it was great to feel validated and supported. It's a huge deal to purchase a wedding dress and I appreciated her attentiveness. Ashley is genuine and so friendly! Can we like be friends?! Loved my experience, I would highly recommend shopping here!

Avoid this place. Yes, it is budget friendly, but no low price tag is worth a poor experience. Shopping for a wedding dress is supposed to be fun and exciting, and your consultant is a big part of making that happen! Mine was snippy and seemed to be offended by any of my honest opinions about gowns or shapes or suggestions. Attitudes aside, the place itself is a little crammed, especially because there were about 5 other brides with an appointment at the same time as mine.

Rather than just wearing a slip, they also gave me two other things to wear under my dresses, resulting in me feeling frumpy and thicker - two things not ideal for a wedding dress search.

DON'T GO HERE! Prepared to be treated like a number when you go here and be pressured to get a dress you don't love. The girl who was helping me will remain nameless, but she was the absolute worst! She was horrible from the start of our appointment. It was just me and my mom (who flew in from CA to help me look at dresses). The consultant asked my style and I gave her a bit of background.

Then we decided to pull dresses. She had major attitude and I felt like she was supposed to leave but managers asked her to stay for my appointment. The entire appointment was rushed and she's get pissed if I didn't like a dress she pulled. Finally, I tried on a bodysuit with beading and I was concerned that you could see the beading through the skirt.

She told me, "Don't worry just put a slip on and you won't even be able to tell!" So we went back to the dressing room and I put the slip on and yup, obviously you could still see the beading and I pointed it out to her. She said, "Well yeah, but it's not THAT bad." Not that bad?!? This is my wedding day! She leaned against the mirror the entire appointment a d seemed uninterested. Ignored questions my mom had and never fluffed my dress even though I saw other consultants doing that with their brides.

I asked my consultant if I could try on a veil (it was my first time trying them on, so I wasn't sure what I wanted). She tried two and I wasn't a fan of either. After I said I didn't like the second one she got pissed and said, "Why don't YOU just pick?!" Since when are consultants so defensive if you don't like something? They're not the designer!

Go here if you don't want to be taken care of and feel like a bride. Other consultants seemed cooler, but they all seemed to lack knowledge. A real disappointment. Go to The Bride Store in salt lake. They have dresses that are same price or cheaper and they treat you like royalty.

The consultants are involved, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We didn't get that at David's Bridal! I didn't see very many plain dresses, which is exactly what we don't want so that's good.

Not impressed. The majority of the staff are RUDE. The only semi positive thing-and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1- was the girl helping us did help to pick out the winning dress. When we first arrived and went through what style we were looking for the older woman first assigned to our group seemed annoyed, almost disgusted to even bother with us.

Thank god for fitting we got someone else. Check out was just the cherry on the cake from the fees right back to working with ms disgusted and rude herself all over again. Advice: take your money elsewhere for far better service. This should be a memorable and happy experience- not a feeling that you're an inconvenience.
