My husband and I were fortunate to have Jazmyn Pederson as our wedding coordinator~ and to say she helped create the most perfect wedding would be an understatement! She is an absolute sweetheart who put so much effort into every detail and who has a "get it done" personality. Jazmyn was there from the beginning of the planning process until the day of the wedding, and she never missed a beat in getting things taken care of.

We ended up having over 400 people attend our wedding, and Jazmyn took care of all the details that needed to be done. Leading up to the day, and the day of, I had such little responsibility on my plate thanks to everything she helped with and pulled off. She is not only talented, but she's experienced in coordinating so many different styles and sizes of weddings.

No matter the situation or obstacle, she brought such a calming and confident spirit to the planning meetings, the rehearsal and to the wedding day. Jazmyn is someone who truly cares about her clients and she does everything she can to bring wedding dreams to life. Not only did she pull off the perfect wedding for my husband and I, but I have been to countless other weddings that she has coordinated.

Even from the perspective of a wedding guest, they are always such flawless events! She has a heart of gold and I can't even begin to explain the times that she went the extra mile to make my wedding day more than I ever imagined. I cannot recommend her and Hustle & Bustle Events enough!

There aren't enough great things that we could say about Jazmyn. She made planning our wedding so easy and stress free. We have had multiple family members and friends come to us after the wedding commenting on how laid back and relaxed my wife and I were the day of the wedding. How we were able to just enjoy the day and soak it all in. We owe all of that to Jazmyn and all of her hard work and dedication.

She truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the wedding they have always dreamed of. When you look for a wedding/event planner, you really want someone who cares as much as you do, who you can trust, who will stick up for you and what you want from your vendors and venue, who is organized, calm, and knows what she is doing. When planning a wedding, you often don't know what you don't know. We are so glad we had Jazmyn and her expertise there, from starting to plan our ceremony, to leaving our reception. Something that we felt was really important, was that we wanted our day to feel like it was OUR day. She helped us craft a wedding that was unique to us, that still incorporated the best parts of popular wedding celebrations.

Wedding party, family, and guests all had a great time! She was personal and thoughtful every step of the way, touring venues with us, going over the same questions twice or sometimes three times because we had changed our mind on something, and standing in as a middle man with vendors in uncomfortable situations (my wife and I both have a hard time saying no when someone is standing right there trying to sell us something).

She is extremely detailed and thorough with small things, while also seeing the big picture. She did a wonderful job explaining every step of the way. We were never out of the loop, always knew what to expect, and our guests did too. We had multiple people congratulate us and then immediately ask about Jazmyn because they were so impressed. Our wedding day continues to be the best day of our lives and a large part of this is attributed to the coordinating efforts that Jazmyn was able to provide. Her attention to detail and insight was greatly valued and eased many of the stresses associated with planning this day and then the follow through was perfect. We had an 11 month engagement and she was there for us and keeping us on track from day 1.

She communicated with us greatly and was competent with everything about a wedding - catching many things that we would have never thought about! Throughout all the planning during the engagement up until we left for our honeymoon that night, Jazmyn was extremely supportive and ensured that we were happy and able to truly enjoy our most special day.

I've attended many events planned by Jazmyn from Hustle and Bustle Events. Everything flows so well. Jazmyn is a fantastic organizer and has always put her clients needs/desires above all else. I'd use Jazmyn to plan any event.

Jazmyn is seriously a GOD SEND! She puts 110% into making sure every need is met and every detail is fixed and ready to go! My husband and I would not have been able to enjoy our day as much as we did without her! We met with Jazmyn twice before the day of to nail down details and to share our vision of what we wanted everything to look like. Jazmyn was so on point with our vision and was super helpful in making arrangements with the venue for items we wanted to decorate as well as arriving at the venue the day before to help set everything up. Jazmyn's ability to share my vision and delegate tasks to others made my day totally stress free!

She did a FANTASTIC job at instructing the wedding party so that our rehearsal and wedding ceremony ran smoothly. On our wedding day, she arrived at the venue bright and early to make sure every little detail was attended to. She made sure to keep Cooper and I well fed and hydrated throughout the morning getting ready. Jazmyn was a HUGE help in corralling the family for photos.

She did a phenomenal job at pacing the reception so that we could get to all of our planned activities in a timely and organized manner. One thing I was so thankful for was Jazmyn made sure to wrap up each flavor of cupcake we had and our top cake tier for our enjoyment later. We are so thankful for her being so attentive, organized, and thoughtful. We appreciated her taking charge when we needed her to so that we wouldn't have to. Jazmyn is INCREDIBLE and I would highly recommend having her coordinate for you!

Jazmyn is a life saver. I never knew how hard planning a wedding could be. There are so many little details that I had no idea about. Fortunately, Jazmyn was with me every step of the way. I told Jazmyn bits and pieces of what I like and she took that information and ran with it. She created the most beautiful wedding from a few ideas in my brain and from Pinterest. Timing can be tricky when it comes to a wedding.

There are the pictures, dances, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc. that need to be timed. I was never really involved in weddings before so I went to Jazmyn, who was able to set the perfect schedule for the day to run smoothly. Jazmyn was great at directing the rehearsal, too. It did not go on for hours. It went straight to the point and everyone knew exactly what they were doing.

On the wedding day, everyone did great with her cues and reminders, as well! The timing for the ceremony and grand entrance were more than perfect. You could tell that a professional was leading it. Jazmyn is the most detail oriented person I know. And in my opinion, those small details are what made the wedding go from great to amazing. She is very knowledgeable so she was able to give ideas for how to make your wedding the best day of your life.

She is a great listener and will take all of the information you throw at her and turn it into something beautiful. Also, she's great to go to when you are super stressed out. She was literally my brain during this whole process. I could go on and on about how great she is, but you should just book her and find out yourself.

I wish Jazmyn was around for my wedding. Every wedding I've seen her organize has turned out to perfection. She has a tremendous attention to details, is very organized, and a wonderful person to work with.
