I was having trouble ordering flowers for my mom online, so I just gave up and found Little Green House and called them directly. I described what I wanted delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, my price range, and they delivered the most beautiful & perfect arrangement! I'm not going to bother ordering online ever again

It was on 01/28/2020 that my grandfather had passed away. So on 01/28/2022 I had the sudden urge to go visit where his resting place is. I rushed to get out of work and I'm forever GRATEFUL that Little Green House was able to make me a flower arrangement at such short notice. I loved how great it looked. Made it so easy and I'm forever grateful that they were so quick and accommodating at such a short notice. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it. I will add a picture and honestly such amazing great quality service over all!

Last minute stop for roses for a proposal. They did such an amazing job. Could not have asked for a more beautiful bouquet with perfect presentation. She said YES!

I ordered the 'Make A Wish' bouquet which promises "a summery mix of yellow daisy chrysanthemums, purple asters and red and orange carnations". The photo on the website was bright and colourful and it reflected the recipient's colourful and cheerful personality so seemed like the perfect choice. However, the bouquet that was sent was bland with only a few pale yellows and muted oranges. but mostly white daisies that dominated the arrangement at a cost of $55.

I was extremely disappointed and contacted the florist by email, but have not had the courtesy of a response. Very dissatisfied and would definitely not use again. Photos are of the advertised bouquet on the website and the arrangement that was sent.

We have been ordering from this place year after year. This year we paid slightly more than last year and received less flowers and more filler greens. The arrangement was for a center piece on a table and it really was too tall to have dinner conversation over. We ended up reaching out to Liz after the arrangement was delivered and she said she would re-make it and that she used a taller vase than last year because they were sold out of the shorter ones, I'm not sure why she couldn't have called to see if the extra height would bother us if we placed the order in person 30 days before it was delivered. Moving forward this is one of those traditions we will have to drop because of the lack of quality and increasing cost. We love Liz however it's hard to justify the cost of this luxury item with less quality. We were not impressed at all this year with the arrangement.

I called in advance to set up a flower arrangement for a birthday. The flowers didn't disappoint! The driver originally only dropped off one mini arrangement and so it was tedious to have to wait for the others to arrive so we could have the full plated brunch. But that's my lesson to learn, never trust deliveries.

I continue to be impressed by this florist. My husband again surprised me with flowers from Little Green House during our recent weekend trip to Big Bear. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful in every way. The color palate was spot on and the arrangement of the flowers was perfectly done. Incredible views from any angle and viewpoint. The flowers were super fresh, and I was able to enjoy them for awhile. Cannot say enough great things about this little florist in Big Bear. I wish they were located closer to me because I would be ordering all the time.

Liz from Little Green House florist made me the most beautiful bouquet for my wedding, I was absolutely blown away. I only had to send her an email with our color palette and some Pinterest bouquets I liked and she made it her own while sticking to the boho, foresty vibe I was going for and NAILED IT. I also asked her to provide us with a vase of extra matching flowers for us to decorate around our ceremony and airbnb with and she ended up sending over a HUGE tub of extra flowers! Her prices are very reasonable and she is super talented and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Since moving to Big Bear 8 years ago this is the only florist I've used. Was recommended by a friend. Also used by other friends and family sending us arrangements in our 50th anniversary. When my kids send us flowers they usE teleflorist and always request that they use Little Green House in BBL. Would highly recommend.

Thay made one of the best floral arrangements. I wish I would have taken picture before I gave it to our friend. Our friend is from Bolivia and the flag colors are yellow, red, and green. What a beautiful arrangement. I will definitely be coming back to this florist.

Liz created me the most beautiful bouquet! I didn't want a bouquet at first, but my mimi said i just needed to have one, she also wanted a pin on courage ( which also was BEAUTIFUL ), and i am so thankful she made me get one! Hahha! When i got home, i started to preserve the bouquet in resin, which turned out amazing!

I've been here a few times for indoor plants and both times have had the best service! My plants are still going strong. I also love to pick up eucalyptus every few weeks to place in my home for their delicious scent. This florist is wonderful and I'm so glad to have found this place.

Visited Big Bear this weekend, on what would have been my son's Prom Night. I surprised him and his girlfriend with a "Quarantine Prom". Little Green House took my order over the phone for a corsage and boutonniere and it was ready the next day. Both pieces were absolutely perfect and made our Surprise Prom all the better! Thank you!

I ordered a delivery for my mama for Mother's Day. She lives in Big Bear and I wanted to buy from a local shop during Covid. They were super helpful and changed the color of the roses for me. My mom got her flowers right on time and she loves them. She said they also smell great! So many florists go for rose shape over smell and so I very much appreciate their choice. Thanks!

I sent my friend some beautiful roses for Mother's Day along with chocolates and cupcakes and I can't tell you how happy she was! You ladies did an amazing job! I can't wait to come up to BB and hug everyone of you! Thank you! So so very much! She loved everything!

I was being a bad daughter and waited until the last minute to get my mom something for her birthday. Thankfully Ann and the amazing staff at Little Green House let me place an order over the phone with them that I was able to pick up that day. They were very friendly and helpful and the flowers looked so beautiful! My mom and I were both very impressed! If you need flowers for any occasion this is the place to come to.

As the Coronavirus is shutting so much downC my boyfriend and I were brainstorming of activities to do. We popped by Little Green House and I was immediately struck by the quality of the gorgeous plants and got 2 even though that wasn't my plan. The woman at the front indulged me and we picked some flowers to make flower crowns so we wouldn't go totally stir crazy and even made me a little "kit". I loved everything about this shop. I requested wedding flowers from Little Green House, with only a two week notice. They put me in touch with Liz, and because I do not live locally, I was able to communicate with her by phone and email. I sent Liz some Pinterest photos of my ideas, and she said they could make it happen. She even gave me some advice in the areas I was uncertain, and never tried to upsell me.

The day of the wedding, the flowers showed up on time and were exactly what I had asked for. Everyone loved them, and I couldn't stop talking about how impressed I was with this company. I am so grateful for this experience!

I have had some very nice dealings with Little Greenhouse in the past. However this time not so much. The flowers I ordered from a photo looked very little like what was received. I realize the Teleflora photos are one-sided and you can't expect the arrangements to be identical, however, in my opinion the arrangement was not professional or pretty.

I feel like they should have been expertly arranged and these were definitely not that. Also where's the cute ribbon that added so much charm to the arrangement in the photo? I don't think it is wrong to expect better from a florist I've dealt with for years.

Little green house florist has been in big bear for many years. I have used their floral service for all different occasions both local and distant. The service was excellent. The arrangements were gorgeous and delivered on time. GREAT JOB LITTLE GREEN HOUSE

I have used Little Green house for many events for many years. From my wedding, baby showers and kids dances, Birthdays and so on. I have been over the top pleased with the quality, artistic designs and ease of working with this business. I sent a sunshiny arrangement to a Miss Big Bear contestant this past week. and again thank them for their expertise. I also get a reminder call for special events. Thank you for spreading flowers throughout Big Bear!

The staff have been so wonderful helping me design arrangements, corsages and boutonnieres. And my flowers have always been beautiful. I also appreciate how this small business supports our local high school students and student athletes. Thank you Little Greenhouse!

How can you really trust a business like a florist when one if from out of town. You probably do not have prior experience doing business with the establishment. So, do you rely on reviews? I've seen some "not so complimentary" comments, and that is expected in some cases, and maybe or maybe not deserved. I've been a customer since they first opened and my experiences have always been 5 star. Knowing the owner as I do, I asked about some reviews I happened to see, and she was apologetic, saying there were a couple of issues but she always did her best to reconcile the matter as quickly as she was made aware of the problem.

That is all you can ask. She is fully aware of the desires of customers for everything to work out just right, and as she said, rightfully so. My response was "Not everything works out as one anticipates" and that's called life. I will continue doing business there and hope reviewers will take into consideration the many good and the few poor reviews before deciding to do business or not. BTW - Susie was not "buying flowers" at the local Vons when her delivery truck was seen there by one reviewer, she was meeting a customer there to drop off the flowers they had ordered, so get it right or don't post.

It's obvious that the one bad review is totally wrong (and probably does work for Vons). Their review refers to "Big Bear Florist" NOT The Little Green House. I have ordered flowers from The Little Green House for years and have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with their product and service. When I have ordered arrangements from them, the recipients have sent me a picture of the flowers and they are never less than fabulous! Suzie and her staff are the utmost professionals and put their hearts into each and every piece of work that comes out of their wonderful shop. Keep up the beauty that you give to Big Bear and beyond!

These ladies are hands down the BEST florist I've ever worked with. I ordered a small sized romance package for my hotel room, to celebrate mine and my boyfriend's anniversary. The price for my package was $85, and it included; 10 balloons (5 Red, 5 Purple) 3 long-stem roses, in a vase (1 Red, 1 Lavender, 1 White) 1 bag of Red and Lavender rise petals on the bed 5-White mini-candles 1-Small box of candies 1- Bottle of champagne - (I had a $20 charge for the champagne of my choice, that wasn't offered through the shop.) Delivery charge I worked with all the ladies strictly over the phone, and through email, and I couldn't be any happier or satisfied with the caliber of professionalism, and customer service throughout the transaction. Thank you again to the ladies who helped make my anniversary all that more monumental. I appreciate you all, and will definitely be referring you to everyone I know!
