You never know what you are going to get with Troy. He was nice when we initially met when I gave him our depost, seemed excited and engaged. Did not contact me until the week of the wedding. Made everything we asked for seem like a huge inconvenience. Not to mention we did not ask for anything out of the ordinary- simply bridal party introductions.
He made us find our OWN wedding song, turn it into an MP3 and send it to him because he did not have it. Is this not what you pay a DJ for? We had an outdoor wedding with a big tent where most guests were seated for dinner, and a smaller tent for the DJ station and dancing. He did not put a speaker in the big tent, so no one could hear any music during dinner, and our guests could barley hear the speeches.
He was rude to my husband who kindly introduced himself upon arrival, and numerous guests who requested songs brought to my attention that he was rude to them as well. He played songs that I put on my "do not play" list, and overall was just a miserable DJ. We felt as if he did not want to be there and we were causing him inconvenience for just doing the basics. He did not add any joy to our wedding day. I strongly recommend finding someone else.
