This company deserves zero stars. I've never written a google review but these people were the worst I have ever worked with so needed to share. Tent I rented was literally so dirty and disgusting. Chairs also dirty. Tables were so old and ugly and disgusting. Delivered everything at 4 even tho I told them I was only available until 2pm. Picked them up at 7:30pm in the dark on a Sunday night. Called me asking where the house was at 7:30pm (absolutely unprofessional) and then hung up on me mid sentence. and still had the audacity to call me back for another question and Hang up on me again. Everyone is rude. The worst company ever

Super unprofessional. We used this company for chairs for my brother's wedding. The chairs were supposed to be delivered by 11:00 am and by 5:00 pm ( when the event started) there were still no chairs. We were calling frantically trying to figure out what was going on only to be giving the most rude customer service. The woman on the phone kept saying that they were delivered and that we must not be looking for them hard enough or that someone must have stolen them.
Meanwhile what actually happened was they delivered the chairs to the wrong address. They Never even said sorry. What should have been a smooth transaction turned into a stressful situation when it didn't need to be.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The tables are awful, nails sticking out, the chairs left white paint specks on people. Their communication is awful. They do not call before they show up, they refuse to give a time for pick up. they do not care if you are unsatisfied. Take your money else where. They should be embarrassed by how they charge for the product they give.

I was married two weeks ago and held the ceremony and reception outside, using spatola's: tent, tables, chairs, lights, alter/chuppa, decorative barrel, etc. The three men who came for set up were friendly, had great attiudes (even in 90 degree weather/all sun!), and made sure I had everything that I needed and in the locations I needed. I really appreciate their care and concern for making sure I was happy. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We used spatola for my sister's wedding. The planning went well, the girl on the phone took time to discuss the tent, sides, and lights in detail (the lights conversation alone was 15min long). The day before the wedding the tent was put up in the afternoon, cousins were home while it was put up since we were busy. The men putting up the tent didn't seem to know what they were doing.
The tent was loose and looked like it would blow away. The sides were not on correctly and flapped in the wind(we had to stake them in place), and the lights were strung around the outer edge only(the 15min conversation was about how they would be draped across the middle of the tent bistro style, they didn't bring enough to do that). Also some of the lights were broken, luckily we had lanterns with lights so the tent had enough light.
The sides were disgusting and the tent roof had holes in it, if it had rained we would've been screwed. When we called to complain the same girl at the desk was apologetic and said she would talk to the manager. The manager left a message saying we would only be getting a $100 refund. Coming from a family of small business owners, I'm not sure how anyone could run their business using such horrible quality items. We will NOT be using them again.

Horrible experience! Everyone was super nice and helpful when I was booking my tent, tables and chairs and they were making money off of me, but the minute there was an issue, I was no longer valued as a customer. The tables and chairs that were delivered for my event were filthy and disgusting. The tables had food on them and left over pieces of plastic table cloth from a previous party.
The chairs were covered in frosting, sprinkles, sticky stuff, dirt and I couldn't tell you what else. All of them had to be cleaned and sanitized prior to my event. I called and left a voicemail shortly after the stuff was dropped off. No call back. Called the next day, I got the run around and a call back was promised to discuss my frustration.no call back.

The tent they rented us for a wedding reception was unacceptable. -Holes in the roof. (Allowed water to enter) -window sides were filthy. Unable to see thru -sides lacked proper securement to the ground. -lights were hung incorrectly. -The walls of tent had rips that let wind and light thru We called after the event to express our concerns and we were told we should have called before the event started and had them come back to resolve all the issues.
Unfortunately time did not allow the convenience of a do over for spatola services. My advice to others is find another rental/service company or just do it yourself. With spatola, you will be left feeling disappointed and embarrassed by their performance and quality. Its less about what went wrong and more about their unwillingness to take responsibility for their own mistakes.

This place is a joke. We recieved a bounce house with a hole in it and we couldn't use it for my nieces birthday and they refused to refund all of our money. They refunded $100 out of $350, needless to say we are taking them to small claims court. I just cant believe how they can justify not returning all of our money. I hope people take my advice. I will be posting all over social media as well.

I used Spatola rental last month for my 50th birthday celebration. Was very disappointed with the tent, tables and chairs i received. They delivered at 8:45 so we could not see the condition of everything until the next day. The tent was so filthy i could not believe they had the nerve to send it. The chair were also nasty. We had to clean the chair prior to the event.
The brown tables were so chipped and destroyed. I called Joe the new owner regarding the condition of the items i rented. He was very apologetic about everything. The team was nice but it doesn't change the fact that he needs to be mindful what goes out because at the end of the day it's his business.

Were do I begin? We rented 20x20 ft tent this past weekend, it took this company 3 separate trips, 4 phone calls in a span of 5 hrs to deliver the correct order. Let alone the fact they pulled up in a truck with another company's logo on the side. They forgot the tent poles and then tables leaving without saying anything. Dropping equipment on the incorrect side of the house. 1 hour after our party began one of the side poles fell almost hitting a table full of kids.
It was installed to loosely. We have pictures and a party full of guests to confirm. Spoke with a gentleman who said they would be right out to fix, 2 hours into the party they came readjusted the pole correctly and then left without a word. I called the next day left a message on the machine about the experience I had and did not receive a call back.
Today after 2 calls I finally got ahold of a "manager" Erica. After venting my frustration she insulted me by offering a 30% refund after leaving my guests at risk for 2 hours. I asked for a full refund. She then stated she would speak to the owner who then stated he would only give 30% refund. She was rude and condescending, I had her on speaker phone which my family heard what she said and the tone she used with a paying customer. Never ever use this company, please choose another. We should have stuck with who we have used in the past with no issue and wonderful customer service.

BUYER BEWARE: If I could give zero stars then I would. This place is awful. We placed a large order on May 31st for a Funeral Repass on June 2nd. Spatola's Party Rental took the credit card information, as well as confirmed a delivery date and time of June 1 at 4:00 pm, since they are not open on Saturdays. Upon the delivery time, this company never called anyone and never showed up.
My concern is which employee took my credit card information and placed my order because this company claims that my credit card information was never placed in their credit card database, nor is there a record of me placing an order. Despite the fact that the owner himself, (Bob Spatola), initially answered the call and had a female employee call us back within a couple minutes to take the order.

Spatola's was simply the best. They took the time to educate me on the product and genuinely made sure I was happy start to finish. The product was top notch, the service was top notch, and everything was timely and professional. They called me in advance for set-up and take-down, and were on time. For set up, they made sure everything was the way I wanted it, and put me first. It honestly was a great white glove treatment, and such an easy decision to use them, and continue to use them repeatedly since. Thank you very much, to the entire team!

So, the three stars are for the owner himself, Bob Spatola contacting me to inquire on an earlier set up date. Also, for the fast and efficient rental process. The 'kids' however who came to actually set up the tent were SO rude. When I tried to talk about where the tent would be when they arrived I was told 'were just trying to get this tent up'.
In other words stop taking to us. Did Not ask where I wanted it and when I went out to make a position request I was asked 'well what direction is it now?' Like what?! How about 'ok no problem'! Such bad attitude. Will not rent from them again for this specific reason.

We reserved a 30x30 tent for a wedding rehearsal dinner this past weekend in Geneva, NY. It came with a light in top and we also paid extra for twinkle lights to be put up around the top of the tent. The tent was FABULOUS and for once, we rented a tent AND it rained (so gratifying since if you do put up a tent, it never rains and if you don't, it always does!). 100+ guests stayed dry and happy under the tent during these drizzly times. Minus one star because the guys coming to put up the tent were 2 hours late without calling (and certainly delayed my aunt's day, whose job it was to instruct them where to put up the tent - important as we were in a large field near rented cottages (Cobtree Cottages, for interest)), and minus a second star because they didn't set up the tables and chairs as they were supposed to. Good rental, bad setup. They were more prompt on taking the tent down, however.

I rented a bunch of party equipment for a pre-wedding event I had in Henrietta on Memorial weekend. Spatola's was fantastic.they did a great job with the set up, and helped give us suggestions that improved our party. They were prompt and professional, and worked well on that muggy Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend them--straight forward, no B.S., and they deliver on their promises.
