Hands down the BEST bridal boutique ever! Carol, the owner, was beyond helpful. I found the dress I wanted online, she didn't carry it at her shop, however she ordered a sample just for me to try on! I was beyond ecstatic, and couldn't wait to see it in person. I loved the dress, so I ordered it in my size. When it came in and I tried it I was very shocked and disappointed.

Being a larger breasted woman, the top of the dress was way too revealing, and I actually shed real tears. I was so upset that I would look trashy instead of the intended classy. Carol assured me that they could fix the dress to my liking, and they sure did! They built the entire dress up, without destroying the actual dress or the structure. It looked so natural and flattering, I cried again, but tears of joy!

My mother came with me to each and every appointment, and was treated with respect, and they listened to her concerns about the dress as well, and it was well received. We have used Burtons bridal in the past and will continue to use them forever lol! Thank you so much Carol for everything you did for me! I am beyond grateful!

I went to several bridal stores, don't let this smaller shop pass you by. The owner is OUTSTANDING and helps you but also allows you to try your own taste and isn't overbearing. She is so easy to deal with and makes a very stressful situation feel very comfortable. Alterations was such an easy process, and from day 1 the process is flawless. Great dresses, great prices and great staff, HIGHLY recommend.

My Daughter first came here after seeing the wedding dress of her dreams in another boutique! Burton's treated her with such kindness and special ordered her gown and from the first day walking into Burton's Carol was Amazing and you could tell she truly cares about every bride and goes Over & Above! A seamless and wonderful experience at Burton's Bridal! Picking my dream dress was the most difficult task while planning for my wedding. Carol and her staff helped make this difficult task become a wonderful and joyful task. They helped me to remain focused and guided me to the perfect dress. They were attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. From the moment to yes to the dress to the fittings to final pick up, it was an excellent experience.

They were so professional and friendly throughout the process. My bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law were all so happy with their dresses and so pleased with the impeccable alterations. Thank you Burton Bridal for being part of my special day and making me feel like the most beautiful bride in the most beautiful dress!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! There are only 2 people who work at burtons bridals and they both have horrible attitudes and put down the bride and the bridal party. Every girl including the bride in the bridal party had a horrible experience with Carol. All of our dresses were too tight, and ripped after we sat down in them after 6 alterations for myself. Carol is no help whatsoever, her attitude is completely terrible and very judgmental calling all of the girls disproportionate and needed to lose weight to fit into the dress. If you want to get your feelings hurt and feel like you entered the gates of hell then definitely take a trip to Burton's.

Carol and the Burton's Bridal staff have all been amazing during the craziness of a pandemic wedding! There's no other shop I would've rather dealt with during all of this. I also LOVE my gown! Great communication and alterations as well.

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Burton's Bridal! I had an idea in mind, and Carol went with it and found the absolute perfect dress for me! From start to finish they were amazing! I love them, and would highly recommend them to be apart of your special day!

Just picked up my dress from Burtons. My experience was amazing. My wedding was supposed to be last year but got postponed due to covid. The alterations were all done perfectly. They held my dress until 3 days before the wedding. Carole and Saveria were great!

The WORST service I've ever came across in all my life. Carol is such a miserable human being who told all the girls in the bridal party that they were disproportionate and needed to lose weight so they can fit into the dress that SHE messed the measurements up for every girl who now needed to pay for alterations. Both carol and seamstress need to work on their attitudes and seamstress needs to be there more than 3-4 times a week. That's so unacceptable. No idea how this place is still in business! At least try faking a smile or a positive voice!

From beginning to end, I received the best customer service. Carole is so patient, kind & professional but also friendly. The seamstress also did a great job & was very pleasant & patient. I absolutely LOVED my dress & didn't want to take it off! So classy, elegant, comfy & just fit me like a glove. I recommend Burton's Bridal's to every bride!

I personally had a great experience here. Carol and Brittany know what they're doing. This was the 7th bridal shop I visited and based on what I had told them they pulled a bunch of dresses and I chose the first one. Did my bridesmaids dresses here too. Everything came in on time, alterations done perfectly, and you can't beat the prices. Super easy to reach carol and she keeps you in the loop for everything. Overall I had a r great experience.

I've had absolutely horrifying bridesmaid dress experiences in the past, but Burton's Bridals was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had so far. First of all, their customer service is top notch. Super friendly, accommodating, and really listen to you. Our beautiful bride allowed the bridesmaids to pick the style of our dress from a certain designer, and I swear each girl tried on about 5+ dresses.

The staff were super helpful and helped everyone stay organized even when the shop was SUPER busy. Thank you Burton's for making my bridesmaid dress experience super fun and easy! You guys were a breath of fresh air and made everything fun anstress free!

Just wanted to say thank you to the ladies at Burton's! Your team is amazing. I came in for my wedding dress not knowing what I wanted! Walked out with the perfect dress! Carole was amazing she found the perfect dress for me. From start to finish this was a amazing experience. Alterations were handled perfectly and at a very reasonable price.

My dress came in in a timely manor with plenty of time for alteration. I picked a Stella York dress which i wish I could wear again and again. My bridesmaids dresses were Bill Levkoff and were perfect. My girls alterations went very smoothly. I will tell all my friends how wonderful my experience was! I've been to Burtons for my wedding back in 2011 and 2012 and now my sisters wedding for both bridal gowns and bridesmaids gowns. It's a small shop with a lot of selection. Carole is great. She is not warm and fuzzy and is definitely not a kiss ass who pushes a dress on you. She is honest and blunt but I would prefer that over someone who is just trying to make a sale. They have the best prices and the alterations are on point. I highly recommend.

My best friend recently got married and she used Burton's for her wedding gown and the bridesmaids gowns. Our first experience at Burton's, when we went for her to try on gowns for the first time, was pretty pleasant. We didn't find what she was looking for, but Carol was able to order it for her. Somewhere around her first fitting and when my bridesmaid dress arrived, things took a turn downhill.

Rapidly downhill. The store is not very clean at all. The fitting rooms are small. Service that started off okay quickly became arrogant, rude, deliberately difficult, and passive aggressive when Carol and Co. were questioned or challenged, or any complaints or concerns were voiced. In fact, at one point we heard them whispering about us while we were in the fitting room and multiple people reported that they commented on members of the bridal party.

Our bridesmaid dresses were nearly all ordered in sizes much too large for us - I wasn't sure if this was due to them being unfamiliar with the designer and their sizing (which I guess is unlikely, but possible). There were some issues with the bridal gown alterations. The experience was just stressful and we were so annoyed by the rudeness we encountered.

It was as if Burton's was doing us a massive favor, as opposed to us paying for a product and service. Also, it's a cash only business, but in a way that feels shady. I would absolutely avoid Burton's. There are so many other, nicer, bridal gown stores that will provide much better service and a better experience. Go to one of those.

TO ADD TO ALLLLLL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS. PLEASE READ! AVOID this place at all costs! Yelp should really put a negative star or just make a Horrible Business section for all of us to leave these comments. My experience, just like all of the other negative reviews was a complete NIGHTMARE! First, Carol. She cannot be serious with that attitude?!.

Not only does she speak and look COMPLETELY unprofessional (every visit in dirty jeans, worn out sneakers and a T-shirt?) she INSISTS on showing you "Their Version" of a sizing chart to try to sugarcoat the fact that they have NO CLUE what they are talking about. I am a size 0, in some dresses and clothes a 00, but, Carol and the rude young girl without an expression that plops herself down at the desk, and looks disgustingly unkept to be working for a Bridal Company, insisted I was a size 6 based on "Their Measurement's". then proceeded to show me the book about 6 times to try to prove that I was a "Size 6".

After I literally begged them to order a 2, thinking that it may very well be possible that the dresses run small, they ordered a 4. When I went to try on the dress, it looked about 10 sizes too big. And surprise surprise, You need $65 worth of alterations, IN CASH, AFTER you pay the whole dress, IN CASH? I will add in the middle of this that my soon to be sister in law ordered her Gown from them as well. they OVER altered the dress too much to the point she is now 2 days before the wedding sitting at another seamstress trying to fix the disaster they made of her gown, to which she had to go to a craft store and buy fabric to add to it.

But Carol seems to think she left "happy" with the dress. She was only "happy" to get her gown out of that horrid place! Back to my bridesmaid dress.after the first alterations, still too big, they only took in the waist, leaving the bottom the same width, which gave the dress a totally mis shaped odd look. They then ALL including the seamstress proceeded to whisper and roll their eyes IN FRONT OF ME!

They then tell me, okay give us 3 minutes well fix the dress for you. 3 minutes? NO alteration that big should take you 3 minutes if it is done the right way? I insisted on coming back and asked the seamstress not to rush. The young unkept girl at the front desk says, you can come back whenever you'd like, but it will still be done in 3 minutes.

After walking out to catch my cool, I came back a half hour later tried the misshapen, deformed bridesmaid dress on one last time and decided to just take it and leave to try to get it fixed somewhere else, 2 days before my brothers wedding. After of course paying the balance of botchy alterations in cash. I can go on and on and on, but I know hundreds of negative reviews will follow mine. along with my sister in law when she finds time since she's now scrambling to fix her gown, and all 10 bridesmaids. Also, if you are looking for that memorable experience trying on a dress with your maid of honor and mother etc. this is NOT the place. it's about 500ft in total and they OVERBOOK appts so there is no room to sit or stand, and only ONE mirror. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! What a horrible, horrible, unprofessional business.

I'm sorry what's your name? Oh that's right carol. Because you didn't even introduce yourself. Let's start before we even came in we saw one review not to talk to her. And when walking in she was the person we met. We walked in barely and I had to start by saying who I was and why I was there. Rude. Look up and say hello to someone who can potentially give you business!

Everything I said I liked from previous places she seemed to bash and have something to say about it or apparently "just sold them right off the rack" doubt it because half the stuff was damaged. I feel like I don't even have to say more just read the other reviews! Terrible

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from here. On the first visit j had a wonderful experience but everything was downhill from there. Carol has got the be the most rudest and obnoxious person I have ever encountered. She made the whole process stressful and upsetting. After my first fitting I spent the weekend crying because of her nastiness, lack of cooperation and rudeness.

She definitely ordered he wrong size for my dress. Throughout my fittings she told me to get a breast reduction, loose weight and got into a screaming altercation with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. Carol also bad mouthed other businesses where I had purchased multiple undergarments to fit to her standards. She was not helpful at all. My alterations were done at the last minute and wasn't "allowed" to pick up my dress until two days before my wedding.

The alterations were decent, but that is due to the seamstress. My bridesmaids alterations were horrible. She ordered one of my bridesmaids a 14 when she is a size 2. My bridesmaid argued with Carol about it but she was insistent. Obviously when her dress came in she was swimming in it. Carol charged her a lot of money to have the alterations done. Carol "pressed" my dress but it was filled with wrinkles and creases.

I do not recommend anyone going here. Carol must be connected to the business somehow through family because it seems like she treats all customers like this but is still employed there.

Zero stars. The room of dresses is the size of my bedroom. The young girl gave me an attitude about seeing swatches of bridesmaid colors before I had a dress picked out. After I found a color I liked by a designer, I looked through their rack of dresses which had no rhyme or reason so it was difficult to find the brand. Another lady perked up and said "do you guys need help?" I said yes I'm trying to find the waters brand.

And her response was "oh yeah those are hard to find." THANKS FOR THE HELP. They sat there in silence behind a desk the rest of the time which was awkward in that small room. My friend tried on a couple dresses and I was the one to clamp it with one half broken clamp to make it fit. I question if they even work there. Ridiculous.

I give NO STARS! Terrible experience! RUDE RUDE RUDE staff! Very weird how the remaining balance had to be paid in cash! AND. My dress came in damaged! They did nothing about it. Did not compensate me in any way at all. No help and very unprofessional! They didn't even offer to do my alterations for FREE since my dress is damaged. Not to mention the dresses came in late! I do not recommend anyone going here!

Finding a dress was great and I found the perfect dress. I was sized and when the dress came in it did not fit. They let out the dress and it was still too small. I am petite to begin with, how could I gain with the size equivalent of 6 inches in two months. Long story short, the wrong size was ordered. My mother in law had to compare my measurements with the dress company's size chart.

Once this came to light the manager refused to acknowledge she made a mistake. The seamstress realized the wrong size was ordered and did a phenomenal job on alterations and the dress fit to the measurements that were originally taken. The manager had a laissez-faire attitude about the whole situation and tried to make me feel that it was my fault.

The only acknowledgement I received was free alterations of taking the dress out. No appologies. If I had not insisted on making the first fitting a month and a half before the wedding I may not have had a dress. At the end of the day my dress fit and looked amazing, but the inside of the dress looks like a chop shop when you view the inside alterations. For the amount of money you spend, you deserve to be treated right and not made to feel inadequate and stupid.

If I could give negative stars I would. Being a recent bride I've experience the whole bridesmaid dress process. I had to come here to purchase a bridesmaid dress and every interaction I had with the staff was a nightmare. From making appts to the dress fitting to the payments. Nothing but rude, nasty attitudes. Carol was just straight up nasty and essentially called me a liar when her story changed. Cash only policy which is crazy based upon their high prices. Would never recconmend!

After searching up and down for a place that sold a somewhat fairly priced bridesmaid dress without all of the snooty sales people, I came across Burton's Bridal and decided to go for it. The people there seemed to be real and down to earth. I don't need to be dazzled with "elegance and class", as long as I am getting a quality product and good service. Well, needless to say, at the end of the day I was disappointed.

My MOH and I were excited to find a beautiful bridesmaid dress that would flatter all of the different ladies in my bridal party and the price was right. That was the easy part. The dresses took about 4-5 months to come in, which is standard, and I am okay with that. However, I come to find out two weeks before my wedding that one of my bridesmaids, who ordered her dress in a size 0 (and I was there when she placed the order), received a size 8.

They had to alter the dress down 4 sizes, not of course after commenting on how "skinny" she is, in a rude way. My bridesmaid made the best decision not to tell me this until her dress fit perfectly, and she had it in her possession (any bride knows how hectic everything is during that final month). I brushed off this issue, but I was not happy, as it is your primary job as a dress sales representative, to take an accurate order, and ensure that what the customer PAID for is what they are getting.

Clearly they failed. Apparently, the alterations department used all of their resources on this one dress, because when it came time to alter two of the other girls' dresses, they were so tight that the material was bunched up when, at the initial fitting, the dresses fit fine. They both had to go elsewhere to get their dresses fixed, last minute, which is a major inconvenience when you are paying someone to do it right the first time.

The other girls did not get alterations with this company, so I cannot speak for the rest, but half of my bridal party had an issue with their dresses, and again, I think ordering a dress that is FOUR sizes too big is inexcusable. At the end of the day, if you want to get your girls bridesmaid dresses at a reasonable price, this would be the place to go. However, take caution with all of the other potential disasters that could occur afterwards. I'm not even convinced that there is a place that will do a decent job when it comes to bridesmaid dresses, because I hear nothing but horror stories everywhere. Did these mishaps ruin my wedding?

Not even close, but I am in the age group where you are either in or are attending a wedding every other week, and when all of those those brides ask me where I got my bridesmaid dresses, I will not send them running to this place. That's a great deal of sales lost.

Originally I felt like the staff was only rude to me and giving me a hard time for no reason. Then when I spoke with other bridesmaids I realized that every single person, including the parents of the bride and groom had similar experiences. They were rude, unaccommodating, make people wait an hour for there scheduled appointment, they told some of the bridal party they take credit cards and checks and the others they only take cash.

Several of the dresses were poorly tailored, which made the dresses look awkward. One girls dress's hem was ripping all night of the wedding and felt really embarrassed. I would absolutely not recommend Burtons Bridals to anyone who wants a good experience.

I wish I could give Burton's Bridal zero stars. My bridesmaid dress was overpriced and I was met with hostility and sarcasm when I tried to negotiate a lower price that was halfway between the sky high price I paid and the $100 cheaper price that another bridesmaid paid for the exact same dress somewhere else. I was never called to let me know my dress came in either. Be prepared to pay in cash for all costs after the initial down payment.

I am convinced that the other reviewer was "encouraged" to write a review or is somehow biased, because I can tell you it does not seem even the least bit accurate. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Burton's, which initially was fine. However, when the dresses came in, the owner was so incredibly unpleasant and rude to work with and communicate with.

She has a sketchy cash-only policy in order to take the dress home and not to mention the place itself is a disaster. I'm more than fine with a simple shop but this had dust and grime everywhere. You couldn't pay me to step foot in that place again. I like to do business with people who value me as a customer and this woman was as pleasant as a hemorrhoid. I've been in multiple other weddings, and based on my experiences, I suggest Bridal Reflections and The Bridal Suite of Huntington - much cleaner shops with employees who treat customers with the utmost respect.

Looks may deceive you because there are so many bridal places out there nowadays that are super fancy inside and Burton's is not. But the staff treats you so nicely! Nicer than ANY other place I've been to before! And their price point is usually always cheaper than the other places - so take a trip over there - you won't regret it!
