Do not use this company. They charge premium prices, but when you need them to be somewhere they don't deliver. Uber is the way to go. I booked an SUV for a midnight pickup at JFK knowing there was a snowstorm in the forecast. I figured they would be more liable than Uber. I rang the driver as instructed when I was coming through baggage claim.
He said he's there and will meet me in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I called again and he didn't answer. Once more and no answer. I called the dispatch and he said they had a tire issue with the car and they'd have it resolved in 2 minutes. The dispatch finally rang me 25 minutes after my first call to tell me he was sending another car in 30-40 minutes. I called and Uber and was on my way in 6 minutes. Same car. Same price. But the Uber actually showed up.
