Excellent customer service. Very good selection of beautiful dresses, bridal and mother of the bride/groom. Ali originally helped me find my dress, she was very honest and helpful. Michelle was there for my first fitting, she's a doll! Professional, kind and accommodating. Lena is the crowned jewel of tailoring, she knew exactly what needed to be done. The atmosphere is welcoming, decor oh so feminine! Go and get your princess on!

What an awesome experience! My wife walked in and fell in love with a mother of the groom dress. The owner, Chuck, and Janalyn took great care of her. So careful and attention to detail was fabulous! Made my wife very happy and she looked gorgeous! Highly recommend Princess Bridals to everyone!

This was the first bridal boutique I went to. The second dress I tried on was the dress I bought. The service here was immecable! The seamstress Katarina fitted my dress to a tea; she also customized it with sparkles and sleeves. They also didn't give me a hard time when I asked for my shoulders to be covered; another place I went to did and scoffed when I asked for this. Princess Bridals did not! So accomodating, sweet, and everything was done on time. Took my dress home today and I'm in love! Thank you!

For anyone who hasn't started or is still looking for their perfect wedding dress! My best friend recommended me to start my process at Princess Bridals in farmingdale. Her mom Lynn works there along with other phenomenal women one in particular Janalyn and the owner Charles was just as amazing as them! i showed them a few pictures i had in mind and they went right to work!

I was nervous starting this process bc i am not a size 2 so i was worried nothing would fit and then feel like crap ruining the experience.but they have a curvey couture section that knocked it out of the park! I went in open minded willing to try whatever they brought out even if it wasn't the style i showed them Lynn and Janalyn were soo patient and kind i never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

The first dress i tried on i fell in love with and after about 20 other ones that first one was it! I encourage everyone to go there it was truly an unforgettable experience! ((Ask for Lynn or Janalyn you won't regret their help))

After going to three locations I became very disappointed because I did not find the dress of my dreams. Therefore, my sister decided to take it upon herself and did her magic on Google for locations. She stumbled across Princess Bridals and suggested we call to make an appointment. They happen to have a cancellation that day so we rushed there and upon entering we immediately felt at home and were greeted by three lovely ladies and the rest was magical I said YES to the dress. Lovely staff and boss. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Princess Bridals was the first store I went to start my search for my wedding dress. Making an appointment was super easy, I was able to make it the same week and also at a convenient time after work. Upon my arrival and filling out a sheet with what I may want with my budget, Allie, picked out a few dresses for me. I was able to walk around as well and pick other dresses I wanted to try.

I felt no pressure what so ever to make a decision on the spot. It made me feel less stressed and didn't make me feel rushed since I had someone focusing only on me and what I wanted. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with. But I had to see what else was out there so I visited 2 other stores. After those visits at the other stores, I still couldn't get that first dress from Princess out of my head. Finally, I went back and tried on the very first dress that I fell in love with and said yes to dress. It was a great experience and I'm happy to say I finally have my dress. It made this decision very easy and enjoyable. Thank you again!

I ended up at Princess Bridals as they were hosting a trunk show of one of my favorite bridal designers. It was quite a drive but 100% worth it. From the moment we walked in we were treated with care and sincerity. Kayla took her time with me and each dress I tried on was more stunning than the next. I was in between two dresses when Kayla said "I think I have one more for you to try on." Immediately when I saw it my heart skipped a beat.

I tried it on and the tears started flowing - I found my dream dress and had my Say Yes moment at Princess Bridals! Charles was extremely helpful during the try on process as well and worked with me on a custom matching mantilla veil. After saying Yes we had champagne and toasted to my dream dress and veil! This was the experience I was hoping for after an unsuccessful visit to a different store earlier in the month.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Princess Bridals, the staff, the stunning gowns, and the store itself - such a beautiful and intimate experience. I can't wait for my dress and veil to come in!

This was my second bridal shop that I went to and have to say I was so impressed with Princess Bridals! Both Allie & Charles not only gave me a one-on-one personal touch, but had such terrific suggestions on the gowns I tried on. Most importantly, they had sample gowns in my size, all of which fit beautifully, but the 3rd one was THE one! And I bought it! So happy to say that I said YES to the dress! -Elissa Dougherty

Great experience! Allie was so helpful. Sweet, intuitive with recommendations, attentive to my needs but not pushy. I found 2 gorgeous dresses, it's usually hard for me to find 1. No pressure while trying on, or to make a decision for purchase. Even better, my daughter figured that she would try on a wedding dress or two "for fun" then schedule an appointment for January to start looking but SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Charles was so great, celebrating with us. Thank you for the pictures and Champagne! what a special experience. I would recommend Princess Bridal to anyone who wants a high quality beautiful dress.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience with their owner and customer service. I almost bought my dress here and am so glad I didn't! Like all bridal salons, they charge a $50 no show fee, understandably. However, I went to my appointment, which they confirmed, and still charged me TWO $50 no show fees. In speaking to other brides, this has become a common fraudulent practice.

One bride told me she only got the refunds because they charged her BEFORE her appointment ever happened and she demanded the refund on the spot. Now, over a month since I brought it to their attention, they still have only credited me one fee and I've involved my credit card company in the dispute.

I found the dress of my dreams at Princess Bridals. It was exactly what I was looking for. My sister-in-law found a beautiful dress there, so I knew they would have a great selection. Charles was so helpful from start to finish, especially with helping me pick out the perfect veil to complete the look and give me that "Wow" entrance. I said "yes to the dress" after only trying on a few.

I knew almost right away. When I tried it on, I literally started crying and knew that was the one. I am so glad I came to Princess Bridals and would highly recommend it to any bride!

Today, I said "yes to the dress" at Princess Bridal! If you are a bride who still needs their dream dress, this is the perfect place to go! As soon as I walked in, Charles, Ally and Daniel greeted me with open arms. Charles is the owner and after walking into his shop, he immediately made me feel like family. This shop has been in business for over 50 years and it is clear why! Daniel was my bridal consultant and he was amazing!

He asked me what I was looking for and came back with at least ten different options. After visiting about six different dress stores, this was by far my best experience. The dresses here are so unique and different. As soon as I tried on my Eddy K dress, I knew it was the best dress for me! I highly recommend Princess Bridal to all future brides!

Princess Bridal was the second place I went to find a dress. I didn't think I was going to buy one right away but Ally found the perfect one for me. Somehow it fit me (almost) perfectly and Charles made me an amazing offer I couldn't say no to to buy the dress off hanger! I have always driven by this shop and LOVED the window displays and I had come here to get a bridesmaid dress some years back.

They treated me so so well that I knew I had to come here for my own wedding. I am more than happy that I came here! (Oh and I get to keep the champagne glass that I toasted with so always remember this day!)

I had a great experience at princess bridals. I felt loved up during the whole process which is of course nerve-racking. Because I didn't know what kind of dress I wanted I felt supported because I tried on several dresses of different types and was better able to make a decision on what fits me best. Professional, courteous and very helpful!

I cannot recommend Princess Bridals highly enough! It was the first and only place I decided to go shopping at. I decided to get married in only 12 weeks so I knew the dress search could be quite difficult. I was doubly nervous to shop because of being a larger chested woman but was pleasantly surprised. Charles and Allie were beyond accommodating, supportive, and sensitive to both my budget and timeline.

I ended up trying on a bunch of sample dresses and was thrilled to find multiple options and finally THE dress. I am so, so excited to see how the dress comes out after alterations! Thank you Princess Bridals!

Princess Bridals gave me the wedding dress experience of my dreams! I called on a whim on Saturday and was there within two hours. Lynn was so thoughtful and let me try on a ton of dresses. They were patient and knew what I wanted. Picked out the absolutely perfect dress. Came back a few months a later with my mom for her Mother of the Bride dress and had the same incredible experience. She got a dress she feels so confident in and they were so patient and kind again! Highly recommend Princess Bridals to anyone looking for anything wedding related!

Princess Bridals was the second place I looked. I had 2 more places lined up, but that came to an end after sitting down with Daniel for all of 4 minutes and described my dream dress. He pulled a bunch of gowns but it was the first one I tried on that I kept going back to (yea I tried it on like 3 times. Daniel was so patient with me!) That being said, the others were very close but he nailed it with that one!

Oh and the veil.it was as though it was made for the dress! I can't wait for my big day and thanks to this lovely establishment, I will be looking beautiful in this gorgeous gown! If this place wasn't on your list, you need to check it out! You'll be glad you did :) Happy Wedding Dress Shopping!

Found my dress here, love it very much. Charles was very helpful, as were the two attendants who helped me. The dress I ended up with is nothing like what I expected I would want, but once I had it on I didn't want to take it off.

Had an awesome experience this past weekend. This was my 3rd time trying on dresses. Lynn was my attendant she listened to what I was looking for and I found my dress! It was actually the 1st dress I tried on. Highly recommend Princess Bridals the first place you should go to when looking for your dress!

I bought my wedding dress here and I am beyond happy! I came alone and I absolutely can not recommend getting your wedding dress alone! It was such an amazing experience and the staff is so friendly. They have a massive variety of dresses, veils, and head pieces. I couldn't recommend more

Amazing experience. Every time I reached out either via phone or email, Rebecca made me feel like the only bride that mattered in that moment. Going to try on dresses was a breeze. Was such a positive uplifting atmosphere and so supported by the staff. Being able to purchase it and be surrounded with my family and great staff was a win! Can't wait till my future husband sees what an amazing job they did helping me find my dream dress!

Great hospitality! The dresses are beautiful and the staff attend to every need. The staff are patient, kind, and my sister said yes to the dress! I will definitely come back when it's my turn.

Thank you to the whole staff for helping my niece Chelsea "say yes to the dress". We found them because they're Long Island's exclusive Justin Alexander salon and so glad we were able to see those gorgeous gowns in such a relaxed and low key setting. When Chelsea couldn't decide between 2 designs and Chuck changed the showroom lighting to simulate night time, she knew right away which one had just the right sparkle!

I got my wedding dress at princess bridals and it is unlike anything I had seen before. Since it is their private label, it is very hard to find a matching veil. However, Cathy, Rebecca, and Chuck went above and beyond to try to find something that would work with my vision and create something custom for what I was looking for. I'm very grateful for the support and care they are putting into me as a customer. My experience there has been excellent!

My wife needed 2 gowns for upcoming wedding for our sons. She searched every dept store, hi end fashion stores and local boutiques and found nothing. Also went to other bridal places, nothing until she went to Princess Bridals. There with the help Rebecca she found 2 magnificent gowns. They were pleasant, professional and extremely helpful in making sure her selection was perfect. She met Chuck who was also amazing and realized my sister got her wedding dress there 33 years ago, and they're still going strong providing quality and elegance.

I had a horrible and very uncomfortable first time experience here. I was invited to come try on dresses by Charles. While the place is very beautiful the people are not. From the time I entered, the staff were whispering loudly about me as if I was not there. The staff were bickering unprofessionally with one another in front of me. Then the lady would silently argue to herself in an area of the store where no one else was around her but surely visible to me.

I never felt so uncomfortable and creeped out. Then to make matters worst the lady kept hitting me on my arm with smelly hand as she laughed at things I didn't find amusing. Totally out of line. Not to mention the insult of her repeatedly telling me "don't worry about the price honey, we will work with you" as if she just assumed I couldn't afford a dress.

Then when I said "no" to the dress she got an attitude and became upset with me. Then the lady followed me to the restroom, knocked on the door as if she thought I was up to something. Totally weird. The funny thing is, I was ready to buy one of the dresses I tried on however due to the way I was treated. I felt they did not deserve me as their customer. Total waste of my time, gas, and day.

This is the same location as Princess Bridals with 56 reviews and many not-so-good ones. Trash store. Manager refuses to speak to customers for any resolution.

I am not a bride-to-be, but being my best friend's Man of Honor I want to ensure that I support her in this journey towards her big day. Upon entering the boutique, we were greeted by Lin and Rosemary. They were warm and friendly. They catered to us and help my friend narrow down her wedding dress from three selection. They listened and understood what she was looking for.

What was even better was meeting Chuck, the owner who came and surprised us to to champagne while the entourage waited on her trying out the different dress. Talk about customer service. I am not sure we would've received it if I didn't mentioned it, nevertheless, we were catered and I was glad and appreciative to see that the owner did his best to make us feel comfortable for one of life's most important moments. Leaving we took a picture and my friend was able to say yes to the dress!

The ladies did a tremendous jobs. They were very congenial and knowledgeable. To celebrate this moment in time we again given champagne to toast the bride-to-be. All future bride to be give Princess Bride a shot. Who knows, you to might say yes to the dress on your first go!

Save yourself the headache. You'd be better off making your own dress than dealing with this place. Instead of explaining the long story, I'll list the facts that come from it. -We were told dresses would be in end of May. may 31st, dresses weren't in but told would be in next week. Ok. a little inconvenient but we understood. -Got a little more frustrated when the employee stated that she never said end of May when she absolutely did tell the bride and myself (maid of honor) -The bride was rushed out of her fitting by the gentlemen who seemed to be the owner. -Next week rolls around and I called to be told dresses STILL weren't in on top of a nasty attitude from the woman AGAIN saying she never said next week and would call when they come in. -In the end. we were left with one week to have all alterations done for all the bridesmaids before we left for the destination wedding. which we made that date very clear before placing the dress order.

I would 100% NOT recommend this place to even my worst enemy. The establishment is completely unorganized and the staff is rude and can't own up to their mistakes. instead try to push them on you. Very unprofessional.

From reading the current reviews I must've been at a different location. Rebecca was the one that helped me find my wedding dress and she was an angel! From the moment I walked in, she was very energetic and helpful. I showed her pictures of what i had in mind and she brought out dresses that were absolutely beautiful. But what i appreciated most was the fact that she listened to my budget and brought me dresses that were stayed in that range.

My wedding dress shopping experience was fantastic because of Rebecca. Although I do admit the altering is pretty pricey, once you have a budget in mind, you will definitely find a beautiful gown to match your style. My mom also got her dress from here. It was beautiful. Although the seamstress had a tough time getting the alterations right, we walked away happy.
