I was nervous about renting a wedding dress and finding one that would fit my short frame and style. Joy at Bridal Secrets quickly put me at ease, telling me to consider her my fairy-godmother of wedding dresses - and she was! They have a beautiful selection of dresses, gorgeous lace, and she and Tina helped custom design my dress. I kind of wish I could wear it more often, but it's not super convenient for riding the subway or work. They're professional, considerate, and the price was right. If you're looking for a dress, definitely give them a call.

I had a wonderful experience getting alterations done on my wedding dress. Joy and her staff are so kind and patient! I was so impressed that they let me bring a dress for alterations even if it wasn't one of their bridal dresses. Being a bride can be stressful at times but it was a very joyful experience getting to work with joy;. Highly recommend bridal secrets for alterations and bridal gown rentals.

I was a Corona bride that was so worried that I would have a hard time finding MY DREAM DRESS, and Bridal Secrets made the experience SO calming! In one appointment I found my perfect dress that made me feel like a queen. Each fitting that I had made me that much more excited to finally get to wear it on my special day. My granddaughter got married a year and a half ago. From the minute she came into Bridal Secrets, Joy made her fell like a princess. She had very specific tastes and Joy actually found the gown of her dreams for her and had it shipped to the store for her to try on. They were also very helpful as far as the headpiece, and all the fittings accommodated her schedule since she lived out of state. When her friend got married a year later, she also had a wonderful experience at Bridal Secrets!

Our experience at Bridal Secrets was like a dream! Joy took one look at my daughter and produced the PERFECT gown. She knew exactly what to show her and then patiently showed her various other styles until my daughter was 100% positive and comfortable with her choice. We were treated like loyalty. Thanks to Bridal Secrets I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Joy was a dream to work with- she was patient, gracious and upbeat. Gown fittings were exciting and anything I wanted with regards to my wedding dress was no problem at all. They didn't stop until my dream dress was actualized! When I had my final fitting I hugged the seamstress and really wanted to invite her to my wedding- what a lovely lady! Thank you thank you for the wonderful experience I had!

This store is THE most incredible! the service is exceptional! i have been going there for years as a nip and tuck customer and was delighted to be a bridal secrets bride!
