My two interactions with this company have been strange. Ordered a pound of Fleur de Sel Paris caramels for $29.99 as a Christmas present. Ticked the box "pick up my order" at their Norwood offices to save on shipping expenses, but it was shipped to me instead. For Valentine's Day I reordered the caramels. Later that day an e-mail was received cancelling my order.

The following day I tried to order a smaller size. and the one pound box of caramels price had skyrocketed to $79.99! The customer service rep on the phone could offer little explanation, just his apologies for the caramels being completely sold out. Strange.

Product cracked once received. No issuance of any refund or attempt to fix the problem.

They have some really nice favors. I ordered two different frames from them for a First Communion and a Baptism, over $100; but one of the frame I wanted was out of stock, even though it went through the whole checkout process (apparently it doesn't seem as if the website is updated accordingly). I was emailed about the item being out of stock and it was replaced by the another item, but since this other item cost less, I actually lost a few dollars.

I didn't care too much because it was a few dollars, but obviously it's going to take a few review points off for them. It's probably great if you're able to shop there in person though, I'm not too happy about online (especially since shipping is really expensive with them too).

I ordered favors for my grandson's First Holy Communion and was very, very pleased with them. The gentleman who took my order was accommodating and courteous with the changes I asked the company to do. I will recommend FavorOnline to family and friends. Annmarie

The most shockingly great part is that I ordered, specified a date only a few days away, and it arrived as requested. As y'all know, this never happens. My order was exactly as shown and each jar (20 of them) carefully wrapped, so that all arrived in perfect condition. Certainly will order again.

Ordered personalized favors. Read online normally takes two weeks to ship for personalized items. I got the shipping notification a week after and received after 3 more days. Fast and Great quality. Would definitely order again.

I ordered some baby shower favors. 2 days after i placed the order, it was shipped and I received it 3 days after(how quick)! everything was intact and the guests loved the favors. I will definitely be using favoronline again and again!

Job well done! I never write a review, but I've received my daughter's Baptism favors today & I had to. The favors are amazing! The rosary beads w/personalized ribbons, in the organza bag are just beautiful! Each wrapped favor is a true piece of art with the nice ribbons, almonds and flower bouquet! I know everyone is going to love & appreciate them. Your company did such a great job & what a quick turn around! I'm sooo pleased! You will be recommended to others & I'll be ordering future favors from your company!
