Ordered a wristlet and boutonniere for my daughters prom, they turned out amazing! Absolutely gorgeous mini white roses. Also, ordered baby's breath & mini carnations for her hair. They held up very nice. Thank you soooo much & for the great customer service. Prom was in May but I definitely wanted to leave a review. Support local businesses.

They made me the most beautiful arrangement for my friend. We live on the West Coast and my friend lives on the East Coast and I asked for an arrangement with a clear square vase that was modern, passionate and loving. I also asked for purple roses. They nailed it and gave me exactly what I asked for! Plus I asked them to text me a copy of the flowers before they sent it in case I wanted to make any changes and they did. They even sent me pictures from all angles so I could see exactly what my friend was getting. I'm very happy with my experience!

Flowers by Laney saved the day for my wedding. I waited pretty close to my wedding date to decide that I didn't want to make my own bouquets and boutonnieres with artificial flowers. I emailed them pictures of things I liked, and everything they created was absolutely beautiful. They are very creative and gave good suggestions. I worked with Suzy and she was very responsive and organized. The entire process was seamless, including the delivery to the venue.

I used Flowers by Laney for my wedding and they went above and beyond to make the day beautiful. I have received flowers from them before and knew they do incredible work, but I was blown away by their attention to detail and making every part of the room beautiful. Our guests are still telling me days later how beautiful the flowers were, and even over a week later the arrangements are still stunning. They were responsive, affordable, and great to work with.

My Husband ordered a dozen of Red Roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2021. I received the delivery of flowers (Not Red Roses) a day early. When my husband seen the flowers he asked me where did you get those flowers from, thinking someone else gave me flowers since those were not the ones he ordered SMH. I showed him the card and he reached out to the site where he placed his order, to advise they are a day early and not the correct set.

Not to mention the quality of the flowers were poor looks like someone had then for a few days not fresh at all. After speaking with someone, we received a call to tell us there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they were fine. Thats unacceptable, not only are these flowers not good quality but they are not what was ordered. Customer service was horrible, you don't call the customer you provided the incorrect order to and tell them its fine. Its a shame because I see some good reviews from this place we just did not have a good experience. Hope you do!

I order a lot of flowers through work, and Flowers by Laney really went above and beyond to make sure my order was amazing. I placed an order online for one of their bouquets and mentioned that it was for a new baby. They reached out to ask if they could add a special touch by using a cute lamb container instead of the usual clear vase -- how considerate!

It sounded so cute so I requested a photo if they weren't too busy, and they followed up so efficiently with photos of the beautiful arrangement they created! The pictures say everything. The arrangement was so perfect and their customer service certainly exceeded my expectations. I hope we are able to work with them again soon! Thank you so much to your team!

I ordered flowers for a sick friend. There was a mix-up with the delivery date which I'm sure was my fault. A representative from Laney's called and we got it all straightened out. She was very sweet and professional. The flowers were beautiful. Kudos to Laney's!

I searched for hours for a decent flowery delivery place and this one seemed at least fine. What I got was a completely different color scheme and included different flowers than the photo without consulting me. I selected "no substitutions" on the order, so this upset me. What I ended up getting was not bad quality, but make sure you call to ask them what flowers they have available before placing an order. Here's what I ordered Vs. What I got:

I live in Montgomery County Maryland and wanted to send some flowers from a group of girls for a friend who's grandfather passed away a few days ago. With everything going on because of Covid19, I was worried florists and deliveries would not happen. I ordered them last night at 11pm and by 1:30 today? She already received the flowers. Not sure how everything went on the recipient's end but I'm giving this place a 5 star rating because they were quick in delivery, beautiful flowers, and they made her happy in a time like this. We had a great experience with Flowers By Laney. While they didn't have the exact flowers we ordered on hand, they did call to ask if their substitute would be acceptable before just sending them first. We were also able to order balloons and even a birthday cake for my mother-in-law (which she said was delicious)! My mother-in-law sent me a picture of everything and they had done a really nice job.

Worst experience I've had with a florist. Unprofessional behavior, untrained staff and did not have my order prepared on time. Told me to leave while they corrected their mistakes.just awful. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Overpriced as well.

The flowers I received were far less than what was ordered but the bigger disappointment was the way I was treated when I called to express my dissatisfaction. I was polite and respectful while voicing my concerns and the owner raised her voice to me, was defensive and rude. A terrible customer service experience with only a partial refund. I've since read several similar reviews which can only lead me to believe that this is commonplace with this business. I will share my bad experience with my friends in the community to try to spare them from similar disappointments.

Terrible customer service. I have never written a review before but the lack of response has compelled me to. A group of co-workers and I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a fellow co-worker. I called ahead to ask how close to the website image they could make the arrangement. I was told there would be ONE substitution. I was ok with this. Upon receiving the flowers my co-worker who was grieving the loss of her mother was very thankful and sent a picture.

The bouquet looked quite sad compared with what was promised. There was more than one substation and the substitutions were cheap at that. I wrote two emails with no response. I felt I couldn't peruse the issue due to the fact that monies were pooled and I certainly could not ask the bereaved co-worker to return the bouquet. If you can help it find another florist.
