I had ordered flowers 4 days prior to pickup date. When I went to pick up arrangement it wasn't ready, in fact she hadn't even started on it. Told me she had been busy and I could pick it up the next day. I got a refund instead. I like to support local businesses but the next time I need flowers, I'll go to Westminster.

Have used this florist for since they opened and have never been disappointed! My flowers last beyond my expectation. Any discrepancy has been quickly resolved( only one mess up and not their fault but resolved). I keep their number on speed dial as they are my go to florist. Even if I send flowers to a remote location.

Last week I ordered flowers for a funeral and was very pleased. I ordered the Treasured and Beloved Bouquet (just standard) and it was absolutely beautiful! I truly had expected a lower quality, lesser size arrangement, as often happens on orders I have placed for a funeral over the years. Their order exceeded my expectations. I love the blue flowers. Personally, I have been to far too many young men's funerals and as a mom of all boys, I like blue flowers. It adds to the room with all the yellow and reds. Very happy with their service.

I ordered this 4 days before my Mother n Laws viewing. The woman yold me that they didnt have orchids which i was fine with.i liked the design but spent an extra $15 to make it bigger, more elaborate. When I arrived at the funeral home I could not find the piece.looking closer I found it, the piece was put into a vase instead of the casket.the size was not at all what we agreed on especially for the upcharge. I called and left 2 messages and no one called me back. Wishing Timeless Creations was still in town. I will go to another town from now on for my future floral needs.

I was looking for an arrangement for my mom for her birthday and found the perfect one on the website. When my mom received the flowers it wasn't in the vase that the website said it would be in. I called the shop directly just to ask why- I didn't ask for a refund or ask for a different arrangement - just an explanation as to why what was delivered was different that what I had ordered - especially when I specifically chose that arrangement for her based off the vase.
I was given to a woman who was very nasty from the moment she got on the phone. I understand that things go out of stock/aren't carried the entire year but when the website doesn't state that, I would expect what is delivered to be what I purchased. In the past, I have gotten a phone call to let me know that a substitution would be made and I don't think that it's too much to ask in this situation.
This saddens me because I have used Petals Flowers and Gifts for gifts for many occasions over the years and I don't feel that this was handled properly. The flowers were beautiful but the way I was treated as a paying customer was far from kind.

Unfortunately I waited till the last minute to have an arrangement sent to a memorial service, but no need to worry! Petals Flowers & Gifts were more than accommodating, even going to extra mile to call and make sure the flowers would be delivered to the appropriate place. The sweet woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful which is something that is hard to find. This is the reason I shop local small businesses. Worth the 5 stars.

Incredibly rude, uncaring service from representative Jalna Brown. This week our employee experienced the death of a close relative and we employed Petals Flowers & Gifts to deliver a sympathy bouquet to the services. We received a call from this company in the late afternoon on the day of the service stating they attempted delivery in the afternoon and were turned away.
The florist wanted to know what we wanted to do with the flowers. We suggested they could send the flowers to our employee's home however expressed our disappointment with our company not having a presence (the sympathy flowers) at the services. We requested a discount or other restitution. While Ms. Brown's tone was discourteous throughout this discussion, she became even more rude and impolite demanding that we understand their situation.
I suggested she remember she is working for a company that provides a service and that she was not providing good customer service. Her reply was "Neither are you!" We have ultimately decided to cancel the order. This is my first time writing an unfavorable review but I thought it important enough to take the time to do so since I rely on consumer review feedback when purchasing products or service. In short, don't use Petal Flowers & Gifts. if you do steer clear of Jalna Brown.

We used Petals and Flowers and Gifts for our wedding flowers and could not have been happier. Angela is wonderful! She is so sweet and personable and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our day! We had a bit of a hiccup when the flowers we originally wanted did not come from the wholesaler in the best condition but Angela was up front and honest and we were able to make everything work out. The arrangements turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Wonderful service. They called to tell me they did not have the basket I ordered online and offered me several alternatives. An hour later the flower I chose was delivered and the driver called to tell me no one was home and that he placed it on the porch in the shade but he would take it back and deliver later if I wanted. I call this superior service!
