All I can say is WOW WOW the flowers were outstanding, absolutely beautiful, guest and staff at my daughters wedding were full of compliments. The combination of flowers and greenery left a fresh sent in the reception/party room. The arrangement over the mantel behind the sweetheart table was above and beyond what I imagined, stunning! Centerpieces on the guest tables were the perfect size, colorful, elegant in a fun way. Julia was fun and a pleasure to work with, understanding my daughters vision down to the smallest detail, adding sea holly to her arrangements. Oh and the construction of the mantel piece was durable and easily disassembled so I the mother of the bride can enjoy once home. So Happy! :

Eventricity was the perfect fit for our fairly large wedding! Julia went above and beyond to help me bring my ideas to life! She took an extensive amount of time out of her days to FaceTime me and go through each and every detail. Eventricity arrived in a timely manner on the day of the wedding and they were efficient! Our ballroom looked absolutely stunning - the romantic feel from the variety of candles and high rise flower arrangements was out of this world. I would absolutely recommend choosing Eventricity for your floral needs!

Eventricity is nothing short of amazing. I've worked with Phyllis and her team on two Bat Mitzvahs, navigating one through a pandemic. Eventricity's creativity makes every event unique. Phyllis' longstanding relationships with vendors insures a smooth event and the best that the vendor has to offer. Phyllis' team works hard so that you don't have to worry but just enjoy and be present in the celebration.

Amazing Customer Service! I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend out of state from a tele florist and revived a call from them late in the day stating they could not deliver the flowers. I was very upset and called Julia and she saved the day! Not only did she deliver them to my friend but they were absolutely beautiful! So thankful to her and her shop! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how beautiful my wedding was. Julia was absolutely amazing with her floral design. The day was romantic and rustic and Julia helped me every step of the way. Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy but Julia put me at ease and every time we met she always asked how I was doing and really took time to listen. The entire day was amazing! I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you Eventricity!

I truly cannot say enough about Phyllis and her team! They were amazing to work with from start to finish. I remember my first time calling to inquire about a florist and I was blown away at how nice and helpful Julia was. Out of all the vendors I had been calling and searching for, once I spoke to Julia I knew I had found the one. I worked with Beth and Phyllis throughout the planning process and they were nothing short of amazing. Phyllis and her team did all the florals for our wedding from my bouquet to decorating our sweetheart table!
They listened to every detail and made sure my vision came to life. I was a COVID bride and they were there for me every step of the way. After our Italy honeymoon got cancelled, we rerouted to Hilton Head. The owner, Phyllis was very familiar with Hilton Head and she even gave my husband and I personal recommendations on where to go and what restaurants to try.
I mean, seriously, what vendor does that!? I can honestly say they were my favorite to work with out of all my vendors. Their work is exquisite and I would highly recommend them! Eventricity, I wish you nothing but the best! Thanks again for making my day so special!

2020 has been a really tough year. Easily the biggest highlight for us was our wedding which we were lucky enough to sneak in just before the onset of the COVID pandemic. And we will be eternally thankful to Phyllis and her entire team at Eventricity for the huge role they played in making our day so special. We had a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony, and we asked Phyllis to build a custom mandap for us.
It is no exaggeration to say that when we saw how she brought our vision to life, our jaws dropped. The mandap (and all the other floral arrangements) was simply stunning. It was *exactly* what we had imagined and the care and attention to detail was truly unbelievable. Phyllis' mandap will live with us in our memories (and photographs!) for the rest of our lives.
In addition to her stellar work, Phyllis was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of weddings, has a wonderful sense of humor, and will go the extra mile to make sure your imagination will be realized. Phyllis, thank you so much for everything you did for us. We will always be grateful. Raina and Ben

Was a best man for a wedding at the bellvue hotel a couple months back and was completely overwhelmed after I offered to help the couple plan the event. Phyllis and all of the members of Eventricity proved immensely helpful to me and everyone in our party trying to organize the wedding. Promises were kept, she always got back to us via email and phone within the hour and set up the venue exactly as we had planned if not better.
The whole wedding ended up being a wonderful experience for me and everyone else in attendence. I was suprised to fine such a bad review after looking Eventricity for another friend who is getting married, definitley is not the kind of customer service I had witnessed, and would not go off of that review. I would highly recommend using her services for any kind of celebratory event or convention.

Having worked with Phyllis and Eventricity in 2008, we looked to her to plan our daughter's bat mitzvah last month. Phyllis is so incredibly amazing, competent and calm, I don't know where to begin. From graphic design, to favors, to negotiating with vendors, to designing the entire room, to working with the caterer and designing the time line of the event, she and all of Eventricity did everything A+ perfectly.
She guided us to have our daughter's dress made, and then had tape to take care of a last minute wardrobe malfunction! Phyllis even had everything packed up at the end of the night and sent us on our way. As the parent, I was able to enjoy the entire event and my memories are so clear as I had time to take them in. Importantly, throughout the months long process of planning (details I would never have thought of on my own), Phyllis was always easy to get in touch with, her entire staff was equally supportive, creative and humorous when I needed a light moment toward the end!
I can truly say the planning was as fun as the event itself thanks to Phyllis et al! My family cannot wait to work with the Eventricity crew on our next event (or put another way, we could not have another event without them!) Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful experience with Eventricity for our wedding flowers. We met with our consultant Mia several months before the wedding and were not sure exactly what we wanted. Based on pictures of my dress, our colors, and my own personal style she created a vision for our bridal party and venue that I never could have done on my own. She was familiar with the venue from prior events and was able to help us plan every item, line by line, generating a detailed proposal with everything we wanted and the associated cost (which not only included flowers, but extensive draping and table cloths as well).
In the months leading up to the wedding we sent emails back and forth to make modifications. They were efficient and prompt to reply and adjusted our proposal accordingly. When I realized the groomsmen's tuxedo lapels were more slender than I originally thought, she was able to adjust the boutonnieres accordingly. When I wanted to add on table numbers and a toss bouquet at the last minute they were extremely accommodating.
The result was beyond what we could have hoped for. On the day of the wedding everything was delivered early. My bouquet matched the color and style of my dress exactly, the boutonnieres fit the lapels on the tuxedos perfectly, and our centerpieces and table numbers were stunning. When we walked into our venue we were absolutely amazed and we are still getting comments on how beautiful everything looked. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation!

Extraordinarily disappointing service during critical wedding day logistics. They actually created more uncertainty and chaos for the main organizers and got defensive when we needed basic answers to help logistics run smoothly. As a professional event planner myself, I was shocked how unhelpful they were and how many critical details fell through the cracks. Don't pay someone to create more stress on your wedding day.

Hello, We met with Phyllis at The Fuge in Warminster to have our wedding catered there. The meeting went well until she suggested we serve hot dogs and hamburgers and fried chicken. We agreed on a normal buffet type reception and she said she would contact us within few days. Week goes by wont return our calls, month goes by broken promises never gets back to us.
So we had to find a new reception facility ASAP when we had our hearts set on The Fuge (at the time they only used Eventricity). I guess 150 people wasn't worth her time, would have been nice if she was the slightest bit honest and had a spine. We went with Joseph's catering in Horsham and couldn't be happier. "Queen bee" and "Top mum" she is certainly not. Thanks anyway

Who knew there was so much to planning a special event?! When my sister and I started to plan our parents' 50th Anniversary Gala, we intended to do it ourselves. Thankfully we ultimately put our trust in Eventricity to the delight of our guests and honorees. Their decor props include everything imaginable: grand candeliers, vases, and beautiful flowers graced our tables.
The staff was incredibly patient with us as we changed our theme at least three separate times. They communicated exceptionally well throughout the process, arranged several planning meetings, and were constantly in touch to make sure no detail was left to chance. Their attention to detail truly made it a spectacular and memorable event.

Initial meeting was successful and promising. Unfortunately in the end, neither of those words will be in our vocabulary when describing our interaction with the company. Imagine receiving wedding photo proofs and seeing in ceremony photo that FOB's bouttoneire looks good while FOG's looks crumpled and brown as they stand side by side. Imagine seeing MOG's wrist corsage have flowers fall off during cermony in aisle next to you and MOB's corsage flowers start falling off after service before leaving first site. MOB's was replaced prior to reception but since MOG's wasn't, neither wore them.
Imagine hearing from your very well paid florist that it certainly couldn't have been their fault. Lighting at reception site was not what was discussed--after the fact they said they made a decision--without our consent. Centerpieces while perhaps to some were beautiful, were not as bride or MOB discussed or wanted. Was I to take notes for them plus pay them?
Any white flowers started turning brown before we left the ceremony. Also hired their now 'day of' company to oversee the day. Due to an issue with the reception site there were many problems. We saw issues at reception site and had to deal with them instead of the 'day of' company stepping in and getting things fixed. I suppose if things go well, they're fantastic.
We were compensated a small monetary percentage afterwards by Eventricity. That was to be the end of it for us--we never requested a dollar amount but left it up to them as they saw fit. BUT imagine the surprise in seeing the owner chose to include a litany of excuses and finger pointing back at us in some cases along with the check. Adding 'we apologize' every other line showed a lack of respect.
It speaks to the condescending attitude shown to clients when things don't go right. We have since informed the reception site and showed photos of the dead flowers so perhaps they will stop recommending them.

My experience for Eventricity was a challenge. First, they sweet-talked my mom into signed up for their "full" package for wedding planning which costs $10,000!. This was supposed to cover the cost of ALL of the planning so I expected to just have to make decisions and as they promised, they'd drive me to vendors and make it easy. Not only did they NEVER drive me to places, but a significant number of vendors - including the wedding venue itself - I found on my own because their taste was questionable.
For much of the planning, it felt like pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails and to get anything done. Mia was the main wedding planner working for us and I think it must have been her first time because she didn't seem to have a clue. To get anything decided, I had to email or call her until she finally responded that she'd do something and then a few weeks later it would finally be done.
There was a year of stress with trying to get all of this done, exactly what I thought the $10,00 "full" package was meant to avoid. It was ME who remembered and helped with the details, not them. The one thing they are good at is helping you envision an elaborately decorated reception which of course they are the vendor for - which left me with a proposal for $17,000 in flowers and decor - this is in ADDITION to the $10K for the planning.
To their credit, the day-of was beautiful - as it should have been, for this amount of money. Their day-of coordinator, Mark, was wonderful - he anticipated every detail and need throughout the rehearsal and the day-of, and he always seemed to be in the right place at the right time - helping to line people up for photos, sending people down the aisle, even bustling my gown.
At our wedding itself, I found out that Eventricity is mostly a flower company but recently merged with Mark's company which is a wedding planning company. So, it is possible that in the future their wedding planning will be better, but that was not my experience. Although the day was great, it was not worth all of the money and the year of stress. Save your stress and your money and find another wedding planner, or make sure Mark is handling your wedding.
