Secrets Limousine Service

I would suggest you find a different limousine service. Secrets used to be fabulous but they were sold to Eagle a couple of years ago. We just used them for three airport trips (PHL) and all three times the interior of the cars were dirty. The first trip was for someone coming to see us at our home and he reported the car was dirty, with coffee spills down the door, dog hair and dog slobber on the window.

We used the service a couple of days later and had the same driver/car (which prompted us to ask our guest about the condition of the car when it picked him up). We actually had to give the driver a lint roller because the dog hair in the backseat was so bad. Same coffee spill and dog slobber, plus the back of the driver's seat was coming off.

Just unacceptable. We were picked up 5 days later by a different driver, and while the car was a bit cleaner, it wasn't up to what we expect from a $120 limousine service. I called the company after the second ride because our flight home was cancelled and I needed to reschedule the pickup to the next day. What I find really annoying is that, even though I reported the two problems, the car that picked us up wasn't much better.

Plus there was no offer of any discount or adjustment for the filthy conditions we endured. I definitely won't be using this service again as they don't seem to care about the conditions of their cars. I normally wouldn't be this harsh in a Yelp review, but the fact they did nothing to address my concerns after the phone call is very frustrating.

We used this service a couple times to go into Philadelphia, NJ Airports and to the Cruise Ship Port in NY. The first time we asked them to take us to NY PORT the driver was not prepared at all. We drove through all FIVE boroughs if NY trying to find access to the PORT and finally arrived with only minutes to spare. We had left Philadelphia like 4 hours prior!

My family also used them to get to and from Newark airport when flying to IRELAND. The driver arrived to pick them up after flying ALL NIGHT and this fool went to the DOMESTIC terminal, waited an hour and then left! IRELAND PICKUP should have been at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL! So my family was LEFT STRANDED at NEWARK airport with NO WAY home to Philadelphia and this limousine service stated IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT and would NOT reimburse the money paid!

This is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCONSCIONABLE! Our family WILL NEVER use SECRETS LIMO again! EVER. If we could give you NEGATIVE stars we would. Shame on you! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE- USE CHICS Limousine- they are fabulous! My next review.

Great experience with Secrets Limousine Svc. The staff that schedule over the phone were very polite and efficient with our family of 8 getting to Newark airport on time very early yesterday morning. Doug our driver was great. The shuttle was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us and our luggage. Will definitely use Secrets again. Thanks very much

I used Secrets Limousine for my boyfriend's 30th surprise birthday party & was extremely satisfied with the service. This was my first time on a party bus and Secrets Limo service exceeded my expectations! Customer service was fantastic, answered all my questions, and made it very easy to plan the trip. Our driver was very professional and accommodating throughout the trip from NJ to B.B. King's in NYC. The bus was clean, comfortable, and extremely nice inside. My boyfriend & all of our guests enjoyed the night. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Secrets!

This will absolutely be my go to service for any airport transportation needs. They assisted my group of 11 with a 14 passenger shuttle for round trip service to PHL from Conshohocken. I have absolutely no complaints! Vehicle was in excellent condition for both trips. Drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our return flight was delayed over an hour, but our driver had excellent communication with us to assure no issues. Prices were very reasonable and communication with those answering the phone was always great. I have no hesitation recommending this company. I called about three other services prior and none were comparable on any level.

The service was great. The driver was prompt and VERY nice. HOWEVER BEWARE OF the Extra unexpected charge on my account after the fact has me very upset. When I booked the limo bus for Prom kids I explained to the person taking reservation that prom was 6 to 11. And where the prom was.so we needed to have pick up at 5 to get them there on time. I was quoted 1269.00.

I called to inquire about the extra charge of 210.69 taken out of my account without notice. she said well you went over your time.the bus dropped you off at 11:50. When I booked I explained what our needs were.and this is what my quote was. She just kept saying you went over time. I said the prom was over at 11.the were picked up and taken right home.

What a scam. She said the kids should have left prom early that my time was up at 11.unreal. She said the driver needs to get paid.really he got a tip from us too. Come on Driver had easy night.picked up kids.had 5 hrs in between that didnt have to do nothing.so really kids were in bus under 2 hrs total.very upset at this extra charge.beware of extra charges Share

Wonderful experience! The booking process was easy and our driver Jim was extremely helpful and very nice for our entire ride from Philadelphia to New York City. Would highly recommend Secrets Limo Service to any group!

Man oh Man where do i start?! Booked a 28 passenger Party bus for my 30th Birthday Bash. It was a BLAST with family & friends. We stayed in the Philadelphia area. Our chauffeur name was Bishoy, he was very nice. We first stopped down South st, then stopped at Sugar house Casino and a quick bar stop. The air conditioning was great, the Bluetooth was great, the televisions installed are only for photos.

The only disappointment was that you can feel every break and every acceleration, If you do not hold on tight you will fall! other than that Secret Limo was amazing everyone loved every minute of it! I cant wait for another night in a party bus again! I will definitely book with this service again!

I hired Secrets Limousine for my wife's 50th birthday and could not have been more pleased. Desri was an excellent chauffeur and made our trip into Philadelphia and back very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Secrets if you are looking to be pampered.

We used Secrets for transport to and from JFK. It was a great choice. Their vans are clean and comfortable, they pick you up on time, communication is just stellar, and our driver Jason was professional and wonderful to work with. They are very reasonable on pricing. We will use Secrets again, and I highly recommend them. It took all the stress out of organizing our flights.

I am DISGUSTED by the owner of this establishment. I booked a bachelorette party and paid in full. The bride to be had a terrible tragedy happen to her and I had to cancel the party. I gave almost a month notice that I needed to cancel. The company paid me 1/2 of my money back told me I had to write an email stating why I needed to cancel and that it would be reviewed by the owner.

They also told me full refunds were determined by him on a case by case basis. They then called me and told me the owner did not approve my refund and that I could have a credit. This left me short $486 for a service I never rendered. I canceled because of a true tragedy and the lack of compassion and understanding is disgusting. I would rather lose the money then take a credit from such a despicable establishment.

I will say that the people who work in the office and answer the phones are some of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Their willingness and desire to help me was admirable. I went to college in Philadelphia and I have MANY friends getting married in the next few years. I have made sure to message every one of them my story and ensure they do not use a business that has no moral standings.

Last night we went out to celebrate my brother in law's surprise 40th birthday. Nick picked us up in the parking lot of a local sushi place then escorted us to center city for a night of entertainment and sight seeing. We were dropped off near home for a sushi dinner. My hubby lost his case for glasses in the limo. We told Nick not to worry and if he finds then to just told them and we'll get another- no big deal.

Would you believe while we were eating, maybe an hour later. Nick appears with the case. He came put off his eat to return this. Truly outstanding service. Great driver, wonderful! We will recommend Secrets to all!

We had two cars from Secrets for my daughter's wedding on May 23rd. We had a Hummer Limo and a Town Car, both were beautiful, but more importantly both drivers were AWESOME! We had John Krol and Chuck and they both were beyond wonderful! They went beyond what anyone could expect from them. I packed my personal car with items I needed for Church, but then ended up not taking my car to Church, John and Chuck made sure that everything I left in my car, got to Church, and even handed out the Mass programs to the guests that were already seated in the Church!

My mom had recently been released from the hospital and started feeling weak in the middle of the day, and John actually made a sandwich for her that he had in his cooler for his own lunch! Listening to my Mom, it was the best sandwich she ever ate! Something that simple, made the day! My husband and I along with the Grooms parents, and the bride and groom, felt that both of these drivers made everyone's day Extra Special! They were both an integral part of our day, from beginning to end! I HIGHLY recommend Secrets, and will never use any other service! Thank you John and Chuck!

I have been having some health problems and have been using Secrets to pick me up in Chester County and drive me to South Jersey once a week for the past few weeks. The staff and every driver have been SO professional and the cars are by far the nicest cars in the business. Secrets is the cleanest, inside and out and the staff are always over helpful.

It was raining one morning on my pick up and the driver met me at my door with an umbrella and even stopped at wawa for me to grab a coffee. I would highly recommend them for any service and plan on using them again and again!

My brother surprised us with a Dodge Charger Limo to take us to New York City from Philadelphia for a Broadway Show. When the limo arrived at the house, the red carpet was rolled out - which we thought was awesome. Our limo driver John K. introduced himself and after we were situated, we were on our way to New York. (We were given a brief tutorial on how the radio and lighting worked inside the limo).

The limo (inside and out) was perfect, clean and stocked with plenty of glasses, cups and napkins. The limo was so spacious and comfortable for our drive. John dropped us off directly in front of the theater and as soon as the show ended, John had texted my brother letting him know he was in the same spot waiting for us. It was a great surprise and want to that Secrets Limo Service as well as our drive, John K. for taking such good care of our family. We look forward to using Secrets Limo and having John K. on our next trip!

We used 4 different vehicles for our wedding this past Friday. We were impressed with how nice and friendly the drivers were. Our limo driver was the best and so excited for us. The company was a pleasure to work with and very helpful along the way. The only thing we would have changed was the route the drivers had taken but it was overall great.

I use SECRETS services often, going from suburbs to city with a few girlfriends, who want to have a cocktail, or 2, or 3, we don't want to have to worry about drinking and driving. We split the cost, which ends up being so great, compared to parking, taxis, from bar to bar, and the safety of having our great drivers, usually Will or Chuck, get us home safely. And guess what, we have so much more fun too!

My wife and her other mid-40's girlfriends decided we all needed to go out for a fun night, and rent a limo to drive us around so everyone could drink. I got assigned the task of finding the limo. Thanks, guys. But I quickly found Secrets, and their awesome limos. The night was an incredible blast: the Chrysler 300 was over the top with the neon, mirrors and sound system, and John made the ride amazing. full service!

After our first stop, he had several suggestions for what to do for our next stops, culminating with driving around to the top of the Art Museum steps, with a great view of Philly and a few other limos in the know. I seriously recommend these guys, and I don't do that lightly! Split the cost a couple ways, and it's very affordable!

Living in South Philly and having your wedding in Media presents some difficulties. First and foremost is transportation. When my fiance and I decided to get a limousine, we really didn't know what to expect. We had never rented one or done anything like this. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice.

She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time.

He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. Better than we could have hoped for in our wildest dreams.
