The entire team at Family Floral was simply amazing. from a sympathetic ear, to a delivery gone wrong because the recipient ended up in the emergency room to Lisa saving the day and delivering a second time to a neighbor. And Cynthia, who designed the flower arrangement, did such a beautiful job, we can't thank her enough! Bouquet went to our neighbor who is in late stage cancer. Thank you all so much again!

Chris and the team at Penny's By Plaza Flowers nailed it with the rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiance last weekend. And the arboretum where the wedding was conducted did not have a cross. No Problem Chris said, we will build you one! Well, the Rehearsal Dinner Flowers were exactly what we wanted for look, color, and fragrance. And the Alter/Cross they built and decorated with flowers was spectacular! Alex was our local team member and he stayed until we were satisfied with flowers for dinner and placement of the cross for the wedding. He was so professional and positive. Loved the experience. I'd strongly recommend them and I will use them for any large event where I need flowers.

Used to use penny's more frequently (6-8 times a year), but they got pretty expensive, so we cut back - maybe 1-3 times a year now. But this last time may keep me away a little longer, or maybe it's time to try someone else. I sent a birthday arrangement recently, and it arrived on time, looking good - with the receipt attached. Kind of a downer fo r the recipient.and I am still hearing about it.

This is a review of FAMILY FLORAL. I live in Connecticut and wanted to send flowers to my dad in a nursing home. I am unfamiliar with the area and chose Family Floral through Google because of the proximity to the nursing home. When I called the woman on the phone was very sweet, kind and accommodating. I know how busy florists are during holidays (I managed a flower shop for several years) Not only did they deliver the same day, the arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I wanted to send.

My family keeps telling how impressive the arrangement is and that it made dad so happy. (They even put cute, colorful plastic eggs in the arrangement) Definitely recommending Family Floral to family amd friends!

I called and asked Family Floral if the could make 4 designs quickly. In 2 hours they make beautiful arrangements. Thank you!

We ordered flowers for a funeral and the service we received while at the shop during ordering to the flowers being delivered to the church was wonderful. I recommend Penny's to everyone who wants quality service and beautiful floral arrangements.

In November I had arranged for a Christmas Floral Center piece to be delivered to my wife on 12/23. When it was almost 3:30PM on 12/23, I called Plaza for the status and they said the driver should be at our home in about an hour. At around 6:15PM I called again and the CSR said they were still out delivering, and that she would contact the driver and get back to me.

I then received a text saying that the flowers were delivered. The CSR did not return my call so I called again. I got the run around and asked to speak to a manager. I left a message but no one returned my call. Around 8:30PM I called again and another CSR answered and said she would look into it and call me back. Guess what? No call back again. I called her before 9:00PM and she said the driver would be still be delivering that night, Then, nothing.

The next day I called and they said they knew the driver was having problems and would send a replacement arrangement. Why couldn't someone do that 12 hours earlier? Oh by the way, the Centerpiece arrangement was nothing like I ordered. Instead of a three candle Center piece it had a cheap tin candle holder. These guys are liars and just stink.

Especially CSR's Grace and Terry. Save yourself the stress and order from another florist. That's what I'll be doing in the future and telling all our neighbors about this.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. We ordered flowers to be sent to a friend whose father was just in the hospital and received a notification that the order was delivered. We never heard anything from the friend about receiving the flowers so we waited a week to follow up given the circumstances in which they were sent. Come to find out that they never got it.

We called 1-800 Flowers and was informed that the order was marked as "not quality" on their end and that it was never shipped. If we hadn't followed up we would have never known that something we paid for was never delivered, and the company was just going to take our money and walk away, no communication at all.

Received a floor plant as a gift from plaza, Called and explained I have 3 labs and I think they will destroy it immediately! They were so kind to let me exchange it for something more dog friendly. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much Will return! Sandy Orth

Super disappointed. Specifically chose a local florist, but typically i call the florist, but ordered on line. I know that it never looks like the on line presentation because of what can be in stock, but I paid for the Deluxe version know I would probably get a lesser version. My daughter sent me a picture of what she got and I was upset. They were down right ugly. Who the heck puts pink roses with fall mum like flowers and a bright pink bow with an Orange vase? This arrangement was $75

Placed a flower delivery order for a special occasion with Penny's by Plaza Flowers. I was charged for the order but Penny's never made the delivery. They also never bothered to contact me to let me know!

These folks were life savers. I had ordered flowers through FTD. com and somehow there was a discrepancy in the delivery address. If it had not been for the courtesy call they made to me to confirm the delivery, the error would had not been caught in time. Not only did they address the error, but they even had the delivery driver retrieve the flowers and deliver them to the correct address. They saved Valentine's day for my girlfriend and I will always be grateful to them. Next time I will order straight from them.

This was my first time ordering flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and I could not be more pleased with the arrangement! The service was top notch and Nicole and Lyssa were very helpful! I know nothing about flowers and they walked me through the whole process and recommended arrangements for me. Pick up was smooth and my arrangement looks absolutely amazing. Thank you Penny's for a great experience and I will be returning to you guys in the future!

This place is a scam. I ordered an extra large flower arrangement for my mother on mother's day. What she received does not look anything like why I ordered. I called 4 time to fix the issue and I wasn't even trying to get a refund. I just wanted to get nice flower for my Mom. They promised to resend each time o talked to them bit she never received the new flowers. On one the calls they even sent an email saying they had re- delivered the order but that was a lie. Scam all over them. Will never use this service again.

I am so elated with the service and the outcome of Penny's. I live in Richmond VA and sent flowers to my cousin for her birthday. I randomly selected the closest florist with same day deliver and Penny came through in the clutch. The arrangement was exceptional! I could not have chosen a better florist to carry out her surprise

I just purchased the Exquisite Beauty Deluxe bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and it is THEE best bouquet I have ever purchased online or in-store. Website pictures matched; everything as advertised. Better quality and more flowers then any big 1-800# company. They definitely just scored themselves a new returning customer. And they deliver! My brother in law and sister ordered a medium bouquet for me as I was in the hospital for over 6 days with complications from pregnancy and surgery. When they picked up the arrangement, Plaza Flowers had upgraded the bouquet. It is BY FAR the most breath taking bouquet I've ever seen: sunflowers, roses, lilies. It's enormous! My brother in law said they were so gracious there and even extended their well wishes to me as he picked up the bouquet. I'll definitely be using Plaza Flowers from here on out.

My wife and I ordered an arrangement of flowers for our daughter for her birthday. They arrived as scheduled and were as perfect as the arrangement we picked out online. After 2 deliveries they still could not get my order right. I ordered Daisies. The first order had brown and half dead daisies. They replaced the order with white and yellows flowers, NOT ONE DAISY in the bunch! I understand they might not have had fresh daisies in stock but why not call me and explain and we could have picked another arrangement.

Also I paid for premium and this is barely a standard bunch of flowers. I will NEVER order through them again and be embarrassed by such a terrible delivery going to a loved one. I honestly got much better and cheaper daisies in Wegmans for a few bucks. it is a disgrace.

I had a last minute need for some flowers for Valentine's Day. I wasn't familiar with the area but found Plaza Flowers and was glad to support a small town flower shop. They not only helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. But also ensured me they would make delivery happen Friday even with the packed schedule. Just got a call from the delivery guy letting me know they arrived. Thank you all. Will definitely use you again.

We are so happy we worked with Plaza Flowers for our wedding! Kellynoreen was very responsive throughout the entire planning process only a call, email, or text away and adapted to any changes quickly. Our. wedding was beach themed and Kellynoreen made sure all of the flowers were exactly what we wanted. I came with a bunch of Pinterest pictures and she was able to incorporate my favorite pieces from each picture.

My bouquet was cascading with gorgeous dyed flowers. Our favorite part was the huge floral frame - guests loved that this element was different than the typical photo booth. When the flowers and boutonnieres arrived at the venue everything was labeled and organized to make our job easier. We also rented mirror mats and candles for our centerpieces which were setup perfectly.

The team was great at making sure I did not need to worry about any single detail they had everything under control. My family has always used Plaza Flowers in the past and will definitely continue using them for big events : Highly recommend for your wedding!

These Folks are AMAZING! I made a mistake about the delivery time for my daughters birthday ( she's 10 today). I called them in a panic! Kelly was AWESOME! She listened to my panic and fixed it all! Beautiful flowers! This is the 4th time I have received flowers from Plaza, and I have been more than pleased each time. The flowers are fresh, artfully arranged and packaged well for delivery. I'm not one to write reviews, but felt the service and quality was well deserved! I remain a customer and highly recommend!

So I'm from Lancaster. and was shopping around to have flowers shipped to Plymouth Mtg and called Royers. they would have had to send a wire request which would have cost me so much dough! So instead of being greedy and losing a faithful customer. the person I spoke to from Queen st location suggested I go through the place they would wire the request to directly!

How amazing! I called this place immediately and was greeted by a sweet and funny person. such a great attitude. I was multi tasking and don't remember her name. but she was able to deliver the same day and deliver simple and easy peasy roses. The price was great and cheaper then going through telaflora or 1800 flowers etc. I found the place I will be doing business with when needing flowers delivered to that area.

I ordered flowers for my best friends mother's funeral service. A very nice standing spray over $100 to be delivered to the church for the service. I looked for the flowers at the service and found a standing spray with no card on them. They delivered them without the Sympathy card. How embarrassing! My friend and her family didn't even know that I sent flowers! Not good! Will never use Plaza Florists again.

My fiance has ordered numerous bouquets from Plaza and they have been breathtaking, imaginative and long lasting! This week (Monday) he sent me a mini decorated holiday tree by Thursday the flowers had wilted.i made a call to Plaza informing them and they not only replaced it but had it delivered within hours! Along with a beautiful note expressing their apologies. I will continue to recommend this florist to anyone who listens and can assure them they have our business forever!
