Courteous and friendly service. As a male, I felt a little uneasy about going to a place like this. But, Alexis was friendly and made me feel very comfortable for my suit fitting and when I picked it up. I highly recommend this place, and ask for Alexis!

Kim and her entire staff were amazing throughout the entire process of finding my dream wedding gown to thoughtfully helping each of of my girls find their perfect bridesmaid dress. Every appointment went flawlessly and the alterations to my gown were spot on the first time. High attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed

My friend chose this place to purchase our bridal party dresses. From the start, we should've just walked away. We chose the dress that the whole party liked, set up appointments for fitting and to order. They called us a couple days prior saying we need to order them if we wanted them, completely oblivious to the appointment. As soon as we got there they were scrambling around and informed us they can't order those dresses anymore.

They shouldve checked into this when they called saying we needed to come in. So then we had to rush around to find a new dress and I say rush because that's how they made us feel. They told me before ordering that I needed to pay extra for an extra length dress because I'm tall, I'm only 5'6, been in 2 weddings and had my own; I never needed extra length. Months later our dresses come in and we go for our fittings.

I get fitted and find out that now i need to pay more to get the extra length cut off the bottom because it's too long! In addition to my issue, they broke 2 out of 3 of the zippers on the dresses and they need to order replacements. These 2 dresses didn't arrive until towards the end of April and the wedding is May 21. Now 2 of the girls need to go for another fitting.

The 3 of us go to pick up our dresses on May 18th, they break one of the zippers again! They blame the manufacturer again and say they'll put a new zipper on. If it was a problem why didn't they do this the first time? They then ask the bridesmaid about coming back May 20th, ONE day before the wedding. They rushed us out of there instead of making us feel welcome.

Here we are 2 days until the wedding and 1 of our girls doesn't have a dress! They hardly apologized, offered no discounts, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Poor customer service.

Whoever did the most recent window display needs a raise. Personally haven't gotten a dress here in years, due to a lack of need, but the umbrella display is stunning, eye catching, and deserves an award.

I had the best experience at Exclusively You shopping for my wedding gown! Melissa was AMAZING and so attentive to me while I was there. She had me try on the most beautiful gowns and it didn't take long to find The One! I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone who's looking for a bridal gown, formal gown, or bridesmaids dresses. They have it all!

The staff was so helpful! Melissa and Kim were fabulous! I found my dress for my daughters wedding. Huge selection, colors, sizes! Go see them! I was searching for months! Found the dress in 1 hour! Came in overnight as well!

I came in looking for a prom dress as a senior( is my first dance ever), I was absolutely blown away at the major selection they had of prom dresses. They had every color you can imagine and dresses in the same color with sparkles, without sparkles, with lace, or poofy dress, or a tight fitted dress. The variety they had was amazing and when I am of age I will be buying my wedding dress there. The staff was amazing, I can proudly say I have no complaints and this is the perfect dress shop.

I went to Exclusively You to find my wedding dress and we had a GREAT experience! I cannot say enough good things about the whole process. Alexis was AMAZING. she was thoughtful, energetic, and me me feel so comfortable. She was everything I could have hoped for today, especially during a time that is already anxiety providing. Thank you to the staff and I highly recommend for any other brides-to-be!

Great customer service! Bridal consultants were very accommodating and helped us find the perfect dress. Communication was clear and frequent. We always knew what the status of our order was. Kim is a top notch business owner.

Great staff, good location but this store really needs to upgrade to the 21st century. I got 2 tux rentals there within 3 months and had issues. First time I was a groomsman and I called to verify I paid and they said I didn't. But then later found the paperwork solving everything. For my own wedding, they had told me one groomsman didn't pay when in fact he paid the whole amount and kept his receipts.

The other was told he still owed money but he was Also paid in full. This review isn't bashing the staff or anyone because they do treat you great. But when you go in and see stacks of paper and a list with lines drawn through names and a non existent computer, it's a bit odd. Hope the owner sees this, help out for staff and get a computer for receipts and such!

My daughter was asked to be one of six bridesmaids in her cousin's wedding. We were asked to stop by this bridal store ASAP to order the gown the bride decided upon - We drove two hours to our appt.in November. ( my daughter was home for a college break) I paid in full - and we were told the gown would be arriving by the beginning of March at the latest.

I was concerned the gown was ordered too large, but was told it would be fine and we would have it in plenty of time for the June wedding date. ( Kim was our sales associate) The dress never arrived in March or April. After numerous calls and verbal battles with the manager who made a million excuses and was so rude, our dress arrived in May - - of course it was way to big - they offered to do the alterations at a discount. We took the dress out of the store and went to our own seamstress. PLEASE think twice before you purchase from them - they are rude and did not care about this customer!

I have purchased my wedding dress from this place and I must say the young lady that assisted me with everything was absolutely wonderful! The reason I am only rating this place two stars is because each and every fitting I had with my dress was rushed. I was extremely unhappy and disappointed in my alterations to the point I was sobbing. I had spoken to the owner about my concerns and why I was unhappy with everything.

She pretty much just said I was just being emotional and overwhelmed with my wedding approaching soon, like every bride. No! That was not the case. After I discussed everything with her and assured her that was not the reason why I was upset, she offered me to come in again and try my dress on. I did just that. At that point I was just disgusted with it.

The top didn't fit right, the sleeves were to tight, one of the buttons was practically falling off in the back, and I had about 4 inches in the bust area that still needed taken in. She never took into consideration I was unhappy with the way it fitted me and I needed more alterations done. She rushed me threw the entire appointment once again as every appointment I have ever had there.

When she discussed with me that she would have the remainder of the alterations done I then had to wait 3 days before my wedding to try it back on and for it to be completed because the seamstress was on VACATION! I do not recommend this place to anyone just based off of my experience. I felt used for my money and once she got it she didn't care about anything else.

My friend got married, and she was getting dress from Exclusively You shop. They have big selection of brides dresses, bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, evening gowns, shoes, accessories. Absolutely beautiful items and they constantly updating and upgrading! Beautiful place and very knowledgeable stuff!

This will definitely be our first stop for formal wear from now on. Great service from start to finish!

Love this shop. the women working are so sweet, i walked in and had many dresses to try and i am a size 12. i ended up leaving with a beautiful gown and i couldnt be happier! they had many dresses on sale for only $99. reasonable, helpful, and overall great!

Had a lovely appointment with Alexis today. She was able to quickly pull beautiful dresses that were right in line with the styles I had in mind. There was also ample space in the shop so I didn't feel like I was competing for space with other parties and it was comfortable for my mother and sister to wait while I was in between dresses. When it came time to make a decision she wasn't pushy at all and proactively suggested that I sleep on it and wrote down the dress information so it was easy for me to come back to when I was ready to make a decision. Very helpful, so friendly, highly recommend!

I went to Exclusively You this past weekend to look for a wedding dress. I had purchased my prom gown from Exclusively You a number of years ago, and when I saw that they carried one of the wedding dress designers that I liked, I knew I had to go there. This was the first place I went to try on gowns, and they were incredibly helpful and nice about the entire process.

They pulled all of the dresses from the designer I liked that they had, and because it was my first time dress shopping, they also pulled a bunch more so that I could make sure I liked the trumpet fit vs. a sheath or ball gown. It was very helpful to be able to try on many different dresses and not feel rushed through the process. They all wanted to help and find the perfect dress for me. Although I ended up buying my dress at a different store, I would highly recommend Exclusively You!

They did a great job helping me find a dress, but the rest of my experience with this bridal shop was stressful. I chose not to use Davids Bridal since I have had horrible experiences with them as a bridesmaid. I figured by using a small bridal shop that I could minimize the stress surrounding the wedding attire. I bought my dress, shoes, viel, bridesmaids dresses were purchased through the shop as well as a mothers dress.

We also rented the tuxedos from EY. My specific complaints include: In my opinion the alterations were very sloppy. Despite my dress being heavy, my dress had only one bustle & it ended up breaking during the reception. The hem was obviously uneven and it took them twice to correct it. In my opinion they had no clue when it came to properly sizing a shoe with a 3 + heel.

It ended up being at least one size too large. Additionally, they ordered a bridesmaid dress that was two sizes too small for one of my bridesmaids. In the end I had them review all of the charges and discovered I was overcharged. I feel that planning a wedding is stressful enough. In my opinion a bridal shop should understand this and since they specialize in weddings, be experienced and provide adequate service.

I feel the service at this shop was very much less than adequate and ended up being a major stressor. In the end I did receive the money I was overcharged and they agreed to pay for the alterations for the bridesmaid dress that was two sizes too small. Not sure if the bridesmaid was reimbursed.
