Bride's Bouquet

I was extremely disappointed in the fact they sold my granddaughter a dress that had a whole in it near the beading and never told her. I went back with her to exchange the dress and they refused to take it back without a restocking fee. The clerk was extremely rude and kept walking away from me when I tried to talk to her. I'd never by anything there again.

Very poor and rude service and super disappointing. I went with my boyfriends sister to find a prom dress. She made an appointment and even emailed prior about plus sized dresses and was told there was 4 so she figured she'd try them. She got showed the dresses and told two of them wouldn't fit her prior to even trying them. Very degrading. She then was ignored when a girl of a smaller size came in. Wasn't checked on or asked if we needed help.

Didn't get any help trying the dresses on or getting them zipped. She also wasn't told any information about the dresses she tried. When we left we didn't even get a goodbye, good luck, or thank you for coming in. If the ladies there wouldn't look good in the dresses then they shouldn't be looking down on the young girls who struggle more who want the whole fun prom experience and finding a dress is a big part of that. This shop will NEVER be getting any service from us again. Very sad.

I found my dream wedding gown at Brides Bouquet. Keisha and Cindy were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were so professional, classy, kind, responsive and helpful. My mom found her mother-of-the-bride dress here as well. Such beautiful selections! The staff are so accommodating and ensure everything is perfect for your special day. Each visit was fun and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at Bride's bouquet. I went with a budget and dress style in mind. Found my wedding dress in no time while I was there (the 2nd dress I tried on). I love Maggie Sottero dress line and so I chose one of her dresses. Jessi was awesome, patient and professional. She, along with my family helped me in finding the perfect wedding dress and veil. Would definitely recommend Bride's Bouquet!

Really great experience getting bridesmaid dresses here, they were able to handle a sizing issue quickly and well. Only complaint is they are difficult to get a hold of during the holidays despite listed hours.

Out of all the places across the state, many I may add, that my daughter and I shopped for wedding dresses, this was by far THE BEST. The owner, Cindy and her entire team made the many visits to her shop a wonderful joyful experience, that every bride should have. My daughter was treated like a princess every time. The team gives the bride undivided attention, and is willing to work with designers who work with the bride for her dream dress on her wedding day.

This shop dressed my daughter in every gown she wished to try, gave her all the time needed, and when my daughter decided to design a gown that she wanted they were on it immediately and the designer, Casablanca was just as wonderful. My daughter had specks of her dream dress until she was happy to order, the suspense of waiting was tough as we did not see final gown in person until designed and arrived.

Upon arrival, we cried with tears of joy, the dream dress was everything and more in person and fit to a tee excpet for a few tucks, Cindy allowed for room if needed. They are the BEST and my daughter and I highly recommend them. The best and thank you for allowing my daughter to assist in designing her dream dress for "their royal wedding". Nothing but perfect. They ignored my mother and I as she was trying on Mother of the Bride dresses. Not helpful or willing to answer questions. I did not have an appointment, but it was a Thursday at 3:30 pm. you had 3 associates working and 2 other customers. This is not the first bad experience I have had here, but hoped things had changed in the 10 years since I was last there. nope.

I have worked with Bride's bouquets for years, I got my prom dresses from them, and had no doubt in my mind I wanted to use them for my wedding dress. I purchased a dress for my wedding in October. When my dad got sick and we decided to move our wedding date up, I didn't want to wear my original dress and needed something ASAP. I called them on a Friday, they got me in the next day, had a dress already picked out for me they thought would work, and had it altered by that Thursday for me to pick up and wear for my wedding that next day. Keisha and Cindy were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, and I could never thank them enough for accommodating me when I needed a dress quick and at such an emotional time. They are the best!

I found the dress of my dreams here with Cindy's help! My bridesmaids all looked stunning as did my Mama, each with help from Cindy and her staff so they could find just what they were looking for! Couldn't have chosen a better group of ladies to share such a memorable time with, just an amazing staff!
