I was so pleased with the service I received and with the kittle I ordered. I know it's supposed to be mainly for men, but as a High Holy Days Cantor, I needed a nice kittle, and was so pleased to be treated so respectfully on the phone. Since it was designed for men, I did have to have the sleeves resized by my tailor but was totally fine about that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

We ordered bentchers from your company for our wedding. The letters simply did not "come out fully" (as some of the edges to the letters were missing) The words were almost impossible to read against the backdrop in due to the color of the font too. I feel as though you should know your merchandise better so you can better advise. In addition your costumer service is also poor.
The gentleman who answered the phone did not care to help me and was simply rude. I was offered 20% off the bill. Twenty dollars is not going to fix the fact that the bentchers for my wedding were ruined and are illegible.
