Over two years ago I had an appointment to find a mother of the bride dress. During my appointment I was made to feel so comfortable by the salesperson. I was encouraged to retry on dresses and I never felt rushed even though it was a Saturday and the store was crowded with other appointments. I selected and ordered a dress and was surprised how reasonably priced it was for this type of dress.

While my dress was being made, covid hit, and the wedding was postponed and rescheduled multiple times. Sales Unlimited held onto my dress for two years and contacted me last month to schedule my first fitting as we approached the new and final wedding date. To be honest, I didn't expect much when it came to the fitting because there was a very reasonable flat alteration fee.

To my surprise, the dress was fitted to me as if it was a wedding dress. The seamstress was wonderful and talented and everyone including the owner was so pleasant to me at each fitting. I was never kept waiting and they always had my dress ready for me to put on when I arrived. I do not live nearby but I was so glad I traveled to this store for my special dress.

Before I proceed towards my rant I would HIGHLY recommend you check out New York City Glitz down by Roy Roger's. The young man who attended us there was SO NICE & really put all the effort towards helping my mom find a dress for a Sweet 16 coming up in May. So many cute dresses here & even my 7 year old noticed the difference in customer service. top notch! Anyway, have you ever watched Pretty Woman? Did you see that one scene where Julia Robert's walks into the store to find herself some cute clothes when the sales lady(s) look at her funny because she's not their 'ideal' customer. and even worse when Julia then proceeds to ask the sales lady how much a certain dress costs and the sales lady very snobby says 'it's very expensive'. and that they didn't carry anything for her and that she should just leave so she did.

So Julia left all sad and belittled. Had a similar moment with my mom today at this store. My mom, daughter, & I walked into this store today because my mom needs to find a wine colored dress for a Sweet 15. My mom proceeded to head towards the back of the store with my 7 year old daughter to look around to see what she could find. The lady at the front desk was already helping some customers out so my mom didn't really bother in asking for help.

I stayed at the front of the shop. The lady proceeds to ask multiple times what my mom needed help with & I stepped in to tell her she's just looking for a dress. She rudely asked 'for what?' & in my head I obviously thought well for a special occasion duh. but I said politely for a Sweet 15. Mind you she's stills helping the other people out. long story short after she asked she ignored us completely.

Didn't get anyone else to help us out or anything. I then walk towards the back where my mom was with my daughter & told her mom let's go because I feel like we're not welcomed here. My mom replied 'right?' So we proceeded to head towards the front of the store & I was just commenting to my mom loudly 'Let's go, there's nothing nice enough for you in here anyway.' and left. BUT I would 1000% recommend not going here. Staff was just rude & unwelcoming!

Michelle is such a doll to work with. She truly is there to help you look the most beautiful at whatever event you are attending. She is very sweet, very kind and very honest! Not pushy at all! Karen is very very sweet as well! Thank you for helping my best friend find her wedding dress and my future mother in law find a dress for my wedding.

My mother and I went here recently for her "mother of the bride" dress. The store had a very wide variety of dresses for everything. The young woman, Alex who helped us was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I don't know what I would have done without this amazing place. I walked on a Tuesday evening with no appointment after 5pm and explained how I needed a dress for my son's wedding which was the upcoming Saturday. Michelle was awesome! She was so patient with me, compassionate and helpful. I walked in frantic and walked out feeling so much better with the perfect dress.

I went back on Wednesday to have the dress length marked to be hemmed and pick up the most beautiful dress on Friday at noon. So many people complimented the dress including my son and his bride. I felt beautiful and it is all thanks to the wonderful people at this most amazing place. I could not ever thank them enough for everything they did for me. 5 stars is not nearly enough.

Karen and her staff were absolutely amazing. From picking out the perfect wedding dress for my daughter to the countless hours of alterations to make it fit like a glove. I've been a customer for 20 years and I'd give a 5 star review every time.

I just found the perfect wedding dress here. Mary Jo was so patient with me, and really helped me find what I wanted. I must have tried on 25 different dresses between the 3 times I was there. My mom also tried on a bunch of dresses and she found her dress for my wedding too. I'm getting all 3 bridesmaid dresses here, they are a very nice quality.

We tried a bunch of bridesmaid dresses at another store and nothing matched the quality of the ones that are here. Karen is also so sweet and really worked with us. We have a pregnant bridesmaid and she was able to figure out here measurements for after she has the baby. This store has a really good range of prices for dresses. Out bridesmaid dresses ended being pretty cheap. Overall I'm really happy with all the dresses and I would definitely recommend this store.

We have used sales unlimited before, but when it came to my wedding these women were truly like my fairy Godmothers. They met every request when it came to my bridesmaids dresses and exceeded my expectations. After working with them for months, I had the idea I wanted a second wedding dress. Karen immediately gave me her undivided attention and all the ladies in the store began helping me find my dream dress in the final hour.

The way these women made me feel so special every time I walked through the door is why I would 100% recommend Sales Unlimited. I definitely was not just another bride. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.

Karen and her top-notch team have been our go-to source for evening gowns and special occasion dresses since I was a kid. She's the absolute best!
