Mr Alan's Original Florist

Came in asking for 2 bouquets. They have no flowers on display. Literally just asked me how much o want to spend. I decided to go with the flow and said, just something nice and colorful, let's say 50 bucks each but I'm flexible. Spent 25 minutes waiting for one bouquet! And it was basically squished daisies laid out in a way that would go on a tomb stone. I politely asked to make it more like a round bouquet and woman looked at me bewildered, and said she doesn't know what I want. Clearly! So I walked out. Time well spent

They did a nice arrangement. I believe that 45$ for a few sunflowers and a couple Gerber daisies was a bit overpriced. It was only 7 flowers. There was a florist in back cursing up a storm like a trucker and the woman at the register seemed annoyed. They do not show you flowers you just tell them what you are looking for. The artists have the flowers. Would of been nice to see so I didn't end up with a small arrangement that looked wilted.

I live up north and my girlfriend down in South Jersey lost her mom and I went on the website to order a fruit basket and in return my girlfriend today received a flower arrangement which I am so unhappy with due to the fact it was for a sympathy loss. I would've selected another arrangement or a peace lily if I was sending a bouquet of flowers in replace of the fruit basket I was never notified and for the cost of $83 I do not believe this floral arrangement was worth it.

I tried to call the florist it says on the website they're open until 7 PM and I started at 5:25 pm and they've never pick up the phone and they don't even have a voice message for you to leave one I had to email the florist and waiting for their update I want to complete refund or a better arrangement sent to this family

I have used this florist many times over the past 25 years and they were always polite, professional, and delivered beautiful arrangements that last.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE. Rudest staff, worst customer service, HORRIBLE flowers. They tried to tell me the wilted looking flowers that literally looked like someone sat on them were pretty and that other florists would agree. UNACCEPTABLE. Do they not have any standards? Worse customer service ever, the owner in the background yelling, I'll go get the flowers no refund, this place is horrible.

Poor, orderd flowers for nursing home relative, received arrangement with 3 roses, amidst sundry other cheap flowers, no water in dark plastic vase, no note too add water, and birthday balloons which was totally inappropriate. Poor service, unprofessional, expensive. FLOWERS DIED THE NEXT MORNING.

My boyfriend has picked up flowers for me from here several times in 2020 and they were all beautiful and lasted at least a week, sometimes almost 2. Today I went there for a birthday bouquet for my aunt. They asked for colors and price since I did not have anything specific in mind and came back not even 10 min later with a stunning fall arrangement. I was also able to grab a card since there is a nice selection. I'm not sure why they have a lower rating because I've only had really great experiences!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and I'm just appalled by what I received and what I had to go through to get this. This is my $110 bouquet.

Mr Alan Florist provided birthday flowers for my mother-in-law on 1/24/17. I would not call it an "arrangement", since no effort appears to have been made to make them look pretty - seems like they just grabbed the flowers and shoved them into the vase, forgetting the lilies. Very disappointed! They will go on my "don't ever use again" list. : Attached are pictures of his flowers vs Teleflora's.
