All Grand Events

Wow where do I begin with AGE! We hired Emily and her team for design/floral/rentals/literally anything you can think of Emily can get. And we hired Lynette for day of coordination (which begins 6 weeks out from your wedding date--a freakin life saver!). Both services with AGE were spectacular. Emily just knows what looks good, plain and simple. I had a color scheme and some design elements in mind for what I wanted our wedding to look like.

But honestly, I let Emily take a lot of my vision and combine it with her vision because I trusted her and our wedding turned out beautiful! She is amazing! As my coordinator, Lynette did everything I never wanted to do when planning a wedding (any and all wedding logistics of the day, the timeline, coordinating vendors, sending emails back and forth, helping with design, making welcome signs, etc. the list goes on and on). Lynette couldn't physically be there on my wedding day but had another team member, Alissa, step in in her place. Alissa was also amazing!

She was filled in on everything and executed my wedding perfectly as if Lynette was there herself. I am so happy I used AGE and I would recommend them 1,000 times over. The girls are perfection! Thank you so much!

BOOK THEM NOW! I cannot stress enough how incredibly happy we were using All Grand Events. from start to finish, working with Emily was the best experience. I only wish I'd booked them sooner so I could have Lynette as my coordinator. They are fun, engaging, and I feel like I've gained friends through working with them! AGE was communicative throughout the entire planning process- they worked within my budget, listened to my crazy ideas, and cheered me on through the 12 months I was planning my wedding.

Emily, Lynette, and the rest of the AGE team were wonderful to work with. Emily was so proactive from our first meeting in figuring out what I was envisioning, even when I was not the best at explaining it. They were quick to respond to emails and phone calls whenever I had any questions or concerns. They were also so flexible in my not one, but TWO wedding date postponements, with the actual wedding day being 2 years after what was originally planned. Lynette was a rock star in handling wedding coordination duties - not a detail was missed with having her figure out logistics and timelines leading up to the event, and any problems the day of were quickly solved by her and her team. Emily's floral design was breathtaking - I am still drooling over photos of what her and her team created. AGE helped make my wedding day a (stress-free) fairytale and I will always be grateful for that. You will not regret hiring this wonderful and talented team for your event and floral needs!

AGE really went above and beyond for my wedding. Emily and Lynette met with me a few times to get a good idea of what I wanted. They worked with me to make all of my floral dreams come true. The best investment we made for our daughter's wedding! Lynette is an amazing wedding planner! She worked with us and helped us keep on top of important needed items. But, she shined even more the day of the wedding. She is an absolutely incredible wedding planner! Her skills and experience seamlessly kept the wedding moving with no interruptions.

She magically changed "sets' and broke down chairs and moved them without our guests noticing. She calmed nerves, cared, had compassion, and led the troops with a loving and assertive coolness. My husband's words, immediately after the reception ended, were "Lynette, I doubted getting a wedding planner early on but you've far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!" We highly recommend Lynette and All Grand Events for your wedding.

Emily is so amazing! I loved working with her, she really brought my dreams to reality. Everything was perfect about our wedding day! Highly recommend AGE to all brides, even if you know exactly what you want and think you can handle it all yourself, it was a breath of fresh air showing up and having everything done and then cleaned up at the end of the night! AGE is the absolute best to work with. Emily and her whole team are incredible and do beautiful work. They decorated my wedding and I didn't need to worry about much at all. We were married two weeks ago in East Lansing and worked with Emily at AGE for our flowers and reception decor. We were blown away by her customer service, attention to detail and respect for our budget throughout the whole process. From the first phone call to the reception clean up, AGE was truly wonderful. The bouquets were some of the prettiest I have even seen - and Emily stuck in some extra flowers from her own garden because they were blooming and because she's so sweet! We were planning from out of state, and not once did I worry about our decor. I couldn't recommend AGE more highly!

"All Grand Events" is an absolute nightmare! I was very impressed during the consultation; however, the outcome was a disaster! Their prices are high, but I assumed I would "get what I paid for". NOT the case! PLEASE do not take a chance on this vendor. I deeply regret hiring them :

I hired Emily Dawson Event Design to help plan and execute my wedding on July 14, 2012. BEST decision I made (besides deciding to marry my best friend). :) Emily is creative, accessible, and helpful, making sure to stick to my vision for a "Backyard Wedding Celebration" rather than a typical reception. Several guests said that everything looked amazing, and two guests made sure to specifically say that my whole wedding should be posted onto Pintrest.
