Party Place Rental

Very friendly, & professional staff, they are absolutely great!

They gave us a dirty tent with holes in it and dirty chairs as well. After we called to have it replaced a guy came and told us it's completely fine and to stop complaining. We told him to fix it please because we wanted it to look nice and he got all angry at us took it all down and said I'm leaving and didn't even try and solve the problem. He was just rude and left us tentless a day before the party. Horrible service

The Bad: The wedding package was a nightmare. Everything except some linens arrived dirty with no sign of upkeep by the company. It looked like the tent, chairs and tables were taken down from the previous party and never cleaned. The white tent and sidewalls had caked on dirt everywhere. The tables were full of numerous different kinds of tape. The tent had numerous holes that were taped up with dirt surrounding the tape.

There was tape and ribbon on many areas of the tent. The chafing dishes have wooden handles that are worn and unattractive. The dance floor was an eyesore with huge gashes and it kept falling apart. It clearly needed to be re-finished and assembled better. The lighting looked hideous. The light clips seem to be for gutters and didn't say up on the tent.

Several of the bulbs were burnt out and the wiring was dirty as well. The pole drapes had what looked to be rust stains on the fabric. Time was taken away from decorating in order to get the tent and sidewalls cleaned and from an attempt to have the disgusting dance floor covered. The wedding photos will need much Photoshop work to hide the nasty rental item flaws.

And yes, as mentioned in another review, the tables were too small for ten people. The Good: The linens (except for the pole drapes) were perfect, clean and worked out very well. Customer service was good each time we called. They know how to handle complains, possibly because they may get them a lot. However, they need to understand that nothing they do other than actually fix the problems would help making the wedding reception any better. With only hours to spare and no replacement items available, the wedding reception went on with the horrific rental items from Party Place Rental.

This place is PHENOMENAL! I am a chef for the Detroit Tigers and I am continually IMPRESSED with the customer service and quality of their rental items, and I see A LOT of vendors. So for me to be continually impressed, that should say something. Also, I organize all sizes of parties, from small graduations to elaborate weddings, and Party Place Rental has ALWAYS made my experiences incredible.

I can't recommend them enough! Keep up the excellent work. You have a customer for life. I won't even waste my time checking out other businesses. You always deliver on your commitment of excellence! Outstanding work :) P.S. Go Tigers :)

I'll definitely be using party place rental again in the future. My entire experience was positive. Answered all my questions up front with many helpful suggestions.prices were very reasonable.their staff was very polite and efficient with the setup. All in all, this is the kind of company I like to work with.

Party Place and thier staff went above and beyond for me. They were very professional on the phone and during set up/break down. I have used them for YEARS and will continue to do so. THANK YOU for all your hard work and going out of your way to make my events beautiful.

Party Place Rental needs to throw their chairs away and get new ones. They were dirty, old, and broken down. I could hear whispers about how bad the women's backs were hurting them. After everyone left several of us checked out the chairs. I have never had where you slide backwards in a chair. The seat sloped toward the back of the chair. You felt as though you were sitting on the floor because the chairs were so low. Set aside extra time to clean all the chairs before setting up for your guests. I felt to bad for our guests!

Very professional and her staff were also very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Party Place rental is great for corporate events. I have used them for many years and they are always dependable and accommodating. I recommend them for any events, indoor or outdoor. You won't be disappointed.

We used them for my daughters outdoor wedding, tent ( large ),d ance floor, tables, chairs, table cloths, and lighting. They set everything up very nicely and on time, and removed everything the following day, the job they did was wonderful, and helped make it the best outdoor wedding I have ever attended, would definitely use them again if the occasion ever arises
