This place is horrible. They do not do good business they have deranged people working for them. We had a firework tent up. we asked for service on their tent that was faulty - they said they had to charge us to come out there. they refused to come out and then they had an employee show up to the tent and start screaming and assaulting one of our partners and then they came and picked up their tent. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

The owner and office manager were both extremely nice and accommodating to all of my requests. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything for my party was perfect and managed to give me more ideas that I never would have been able to come up with on my own. We called to rent tables and chairs and were told that if we came to pick them up ourselves it would be $120 but to deliver to our home, which is 20 minutes from the company, it would be a $120 delivery fee. The gentleman we spoke with was incredibly rude. I would not at all recommend this company.
