I was a walk-in today at Nancy's Bridal after being very dissatisfied at another bridal shop in the area. All of the ladies in there were fantastic. I walked in, was approached and helped right away! They asked my likes and dislikes of wedding gowns. With a few recommendations from Nancy and a few opinions from myself, my mom and my future Mother-in-law, we found the 2nd dress I put on to be the one! They were super helpful in the fitting rooms and did not try to persuade me in any way or put me under any pressure!

My best friend got married in May, we walked in FOUR WEEKS before her wedding, not sure we were going to like anything because her heart was set on a dress at another shop. But this place makes you feel so comfortable. And she was way happier with her dress from this store. We also got all our bridesmaid dresses from here and the tailor worked her magic to make sure we fit in them since there was no time to order correct sizes.
They gave wedding advice, worked around our hectic bridesmaid schedule for dress fittings, and made the whole process alot easier to figure out then some other shops in the area. I can't wait to come try on wedding dresses here this fall for my wedding next year.

This place does not rate 1star! My friend bought a dress there n they ruined it with their wrong alternations. The dress could not be fixed! They did not offer any money back. Just wanted to argue. I would never refer this place to anyone. Terrible customer service n very rude! Ruined this girl's prom night

Please do not go here! Terrible experience. The women are rude and gossip about you in their back room. The seamstresses do not know what they are doing. I went to have my dress altered here, and they did not measure me properly once, rather pulled and pinned. They couldn't do something as simple as putting in cups properly. The dress was still too big up top, and they told me "don't bend over and don't slouch", three days before my wedding instead of fixing their mistakes. they charged an insane amount only for me to have to go somewhere to fix their errors. wouldn't give them one star if that was an option.

After a bad experience at a previous bridal store I called to make an appointment to Nancy's and they told me to come right in. Right when I walked in Pat was very attentive and began asking questions and finding dresses she thought I'd like. The FIRST dress I tried on (ever) became my dream dress. I was so happy with not only the dress but all the ladies in the store were so friendly. Great atmosphere, great prices & Pat is amazing!

I found out about this store on The Knot and made an appointment to try on Wedding Dresses. I was greeted by a woman named Pat who was very helpful from the time I walked in til the time I walked out, literally. She helped me understand a little more about searching for a Wedding Dress and how I will know once I find my dream wedding dress. They truly have some gorgeous dresses and while I didn't get mine from here, it is definitely worth visiting. Plus Pat was so sweet and gave excellent customer service.

Read the reviews. All true. Would never recommend this place. My biggest regret is stumbling upon this place and wasting money for a dress this screwed up when altering it. Hmmm. Odd. It was fine until I questioned why the alterations were so expensive. Thankfully I had a back up dress. Horrible horrible place

I have 7 bridesmaids, and we had a few appointments scheduled on Saturday. We decided to just stop in at Nancy's bridal and it was the best decision! The staff had no issue with us being a walk in and a large group. They made the experience a ton of fun! I'm so glad we just happened to stop in. We found a bridesmaid dress that all of my girls loved, and the staff was so helpful with accommodating what we were looking for as well as our budget. Definitely recommend!

I bought my wedding dress from Nancy's bridal, and all 6 of my bridesmaids got their dresses here too. We had a GREAT experience, and my dress was absolutely beautiful. I ended up cancelling my wedding, but 5 of my bridesmaids and I understood their return policy (one bridesmaid left an unhappy review and is having a hard time understanding that the contract she signed means she still has to pay for the dress she ordered) But the rest of us know we are not able to get the money back for our dress deposit of course, and that we will have to pay the remaining balance of the dresses.
It is clearly stated in the contract we all signed that dress orders are final. That is a standard bridal dress shop policy because if we don't pay for our dresses, Nancy's bridal is losing hundreds of dollars and stuck with random dresses they might not be able to sell! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend to others!

I was in there Saturday. Looking for a Mother of the bride dress. There were two ladies working. No one gave me their name. The woman in the wine blouse was busy. The other women act like she didn't want to help me or anybody else. Not friendly at all. Very unprofessional. I told her what size I was looking for and she kind of like rolled her eyes and they're right her which they only had probably three and she didn't even want to help me grab those.
She said go online if you're looking for something under the name of dresses we sell. Well what name of dresses do you sell. It was like pulling teeth just to get an answer. I won't be back.

(I'm writing this under my fiance's account) I had an amazing experience at Nancy's Bridal. I am so impressed by the friendly staff and unique and beautiful selection of dresses they have, and at reasonable prices. I initially had an appointment in the morning and found my perfect dress almost right away with the help of the wonderful staff. It was important for me to have my family there before I made the final decision, and they accommodated me to come back later in the day (without an appointment and at a time I requested) with 5 additional people. I would recommend anyone looking for a dress to come here. You will be glad that you did!

Wow! I wish I would have seen the reviews before coming here! Don't go here for alterations. They messed up my maid of honors dress and they fixed it the best they could but ultimately it was shorter then it should have been. No refund or anything. Plus they are very expensive for alterations here! Customer service is very lacking here sad to say!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Nancy's Bridal a few days ago. We originally stopped in to look at their clearance dresses and perhaps come away with a few new ideas. We did not have an appointment and the consultant, Lori, was busy helping another woman try dresses on, but in between changes, she willingly assisted my daughter.
Once she had an idea what my daughter was looking for and her price range, she brought out several dresses to try on and one was just perfect! She purchased it on the spot. Lori was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stopping at Nancy's Bridal first.

Imagine your worst wedding nightmares coming true. Well, that about sums up my experience at Nancy's Bridal. My wedding dress was ordered in the incorrect size. It was not only super short, but it was a few sizes too small. I could not wear the lovely 2.5 heels I purchased. Even flats wouldn't work because they ordered the incorrect size.
Their way of taking care of the situation was very unprofessional, and blamed me or the designer/vendor. They were very unaccommodating. So I had no choice but to walk down the aisle in a too short wedding dress. What a nightmare! They were very rude and not helpful. Even though this place is less expensive, they don't take care of you, they are rude, unprofessional, and don't focus on you during your appointments. Their goal is to sell and that's it. Don't buy your wedding dress or do business with this place.

I decided to go smaller family owned wedding dress store, it is only the 3rd store I have been to. I wanted to try something new and maybe find a good deal. I got there and it was dead, no one at the front desk. There were two people having a conversation in the back. I am pretty sure they heard me come in but continued to have the convo anyways. They were talking shit about some lady and talking about plastic surgery.
Then after 5 minutes or so they finally ended (it seriously felt like forever, especially if I am willing to spend up to 3K on a dress and she was obviously not helping a customer), a lady left and the other waited for the lady to fully leave to even ask me if she can help me. I showed her the picture of the dress I like and she just straight up said that they have nothing like that.
After I kinda started to look at a few dresses she tried to show me a few. Even after I expressed interest on a few dresses she picked out, she never offered to let me try them on and then just kind of walked away. So then I just took it upon myself to browse for a while. It was super awkward, and I was too uncomfortable to just walk out (which I should have done).
She like kept going to the back. She then came back out try to ask me if I have looked for dresses before and wanted me to tell her where I've been and what not. It was kinda rude of her to pry. I also felt like she kinda of judged me by the way that I was dressed. She kept pushing that the store had more affordable dresses and was not the right fit for me.
No duh, that was why I wanted to check it out! Who would want to spend their max budget if they can find a good deal on the same thing that they love. It is very unfortunate that she was so negative because she could have had a potential sale. After a while of enduring the cold shoulder, I just wanted to leave and just said there's nothing was similar to what I am looking for and just to make it less awkward asked if she knew of any places that would have what I'm looking for.
She started naming places, I asked her of the Wedding Shoppe, that a friend of mine recommended. She kinda had a iffy expression on her face then rambled off about people giving bad reviews and that it is not always credible. She also said that if someone had a terrible experience they would review it right away and the ones that have good experiences, their good reviews would be erased.
It was really strange and didn't make much sense. She didn't seem to care and just had a negative attitude the entire time. I was hoping for a nice friendly, down to earth family owned store but what I got was a waste of my time. I did not try anything on. I went to Demetrios earlier today and had a surprisingly wonderful experience. I like them the most so far and would recommend them to future brides.

My son went to this store to rent a vest and bow tie for a prom. They rented it to him. at a cost of $59.00 plus tax! I was outraged at the cost when he came home. a vest and bow tie to wear for 3 hours at a cost of $59? I immediately tried calling the store but they had closed for the evening. I did some research that night and found the same vest and bow tie to PURCHASE (from California), with rush delivery at a cost of $40.
I called the next morning to cancel the order. SO RUDE! The employee who answered kept stating it was a final sale, wherein I pointed out to her that it states nowhere on the paperwork that it is a final sale and no refunds would be allowed. She then changed her story and stated the owner said he could get a refund but there would be a $15.00 cancellation fee.
Once again I pointed out that this was not stated anywhere on their paperwork (cancellation fee). She said they had a sign in the store, and because they had already faxed over the order (2 hours earlier), there would be a fee to cancel it. I said a telephone call to the tuxedo shop should cancel it. She then stated that the fee is because he used his Visa, wherein I stated it was a debit card so there would not be a fee.
The owner kept yelling in the background, "it's only $15, what's her problem. hang up on her". When I went in to the store to pick up the refund and, again, questioned the $15 fee the owner said she dropped it down to $10 but if I questioned her again I would get NOTHING back, and then walked in to the back room leaving me at the counter - unbelievable.
She stated that the $10 was a fitting fee. I agreed to allow them to keep the $10, mainly because they threatened not to give him anything back and told me I would have to take them to court. If she had mentioned the $10 was a nonrefundable fitting fee at the beginning (which, again, isn't stated anywhere on the paperwork or in the store) this hassle could have all been alleviated (although I highly doubt that was why she was keeping the money.) Apparently all these fees can miraculously increase/decline on a whim, and they can threaten their customers. If this is how they deal with customer service, I will NEVER shop here, nor would I recommend this store to anyone.

Not a good experience. I was so excited to have my bridal party in town. Someone at my work suggested we go here. I made an appointment at 1pm and when we showed up we were hardly aknowledged. I told the lady what we were looking for and she pointed us to the oppossite. All 3 of my bridesmaids had to share a room and an ty questions I had were not anwered.
I have never felt so unimportant. I wish I knew the mierable sales ladies name but she did not even introduce herself. All she did is complain that she was stuck at work while the rest of her coworkers were on vacation. On a positive note we found the dress. I refused to give this rude, unclean store my business. We went to another salon and placed our order with them! It is really sad because I do not get to have fun girl days like this often! Two thumbs down:

Oh Nancy's bridal.this is a very funny experience. (Sometimes you have to laugh, or you might cry!) This shop has a nice selection of budget gowns. The consultant, Bona, was very distracted and flitted between me, another customer, and who-knows-what at her desk. She was very upbeat and enthusiastic -- but it definitely drifted over into straight up pushy as my appointment went on.
She is a consultant who will not likely tell you if something does not look good, which is disappointing -- I trust someone who says, "nope, this isn't your best fit." Overall, decent selection. Put on your thick skin to come here though.
