They have such amazing service and gorgeous flowers! My mom lives in the area, and I've sent her flowers from here before. I was late ordering Mother's Day flowers this year, and I know this year is especially difficult for my mom as my brother recently passed away. Brunswick Town Florist went out of the way to ensure my late order would be delivered to a grieving mom before Mother's Day. Their kindness brought literal tears to my eyes. My mom loved the beautiful flowers, and they will always be my go-to florist. Thank you!

SOOOOO impressed with this florist! We live in CO but have relatives in Southport. Online ordering was a total breeze and so convenient, but it only got better after. You never know if what you order online is what it will look like (or how full it will be), but we bought the standard smaller size and they not only sent me a photo of the exact arrangement within hours showing the personalized card too but they also delivered it within a couple hours of my order! WOW! That is incredible service and the arrangement was exactly what we wanted - full, bright, cheery, and modern. We'll only order from here from now on!

Ordered an arrangement for a friend recovering from surgery & she absolutely LOVED it! The website was easy to use, they had many different & unique designs to choose from; and even sent me an email with a photo of the actual arrangement before it was delivered. A great experience, would definitely recommend & will be using them again for any future floral needs!

My friend's mom unexpectedly passed away. I am from the West Coast and I placed my order online and asked my friend to call Brunswick Town Florist to arrange the best pick up time or delivery. My friend called and spoke to Francine and received the highest level of customer service with a caring heart from her. Francine worked out the best flower arrangement due to my friend's unforeseen circumstances of not being able to keep the flowers alive until the memorial on Sunday due to her broken air conditioner, and went the extra mile to make sure Jen was completely satisfied.

I also spoke to Francine over the phone and was very impressed with her professionalism, kindness and helpfulness! Before placing my order, I was considering to call the nationwide flower companies but I really wanted a local florist to handle this special request. I highly recommend Brunswick Town Florist! It is wonderful to be able to deal with a "small town" business. They gave great personal attention to the order and when I called to confirm some details they were helpful and friendly! They sent a picture of the actual arrangement they sent on our behalf so I could see what my recipient got! That is the first time I have had a florist do it -but I have to say I really appreciated it!

First time using Brunswick Town Florist. I was impressed from start to finish. Regularly emailed as to the status of the order and delivery. Was even sent a photo in an email of the actual arrangement that was taken to my friend. I really appreciated that! When you order flowers, unless the recipient sends a photo, you're only left to hope they turned out nice. Having that photo sent to me before the delivery and seeing what my friend would receive meant the world. It was delivered as requested and she loved the arrangement. Amazing experience!

I wanted something a little different, and the Peachy Keen arrangement was perfect. She sent me a photo of the flowers she got and it matched the photo from the website.
