Fiore Design House and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my wedding day was a success! They perfectly executed my vision and were so helpful every step of the way. I can not thank them enough for making my wedding so beautiful! I would highly recommend Fiore for all of your flower needs!

INCREDIBLE! I had several phone conversations with Fiore because I kept adding to my original plans. The staff was SO friendly and responsive. I sent over pictures of what I wanted and they created my flowers and room design with candles PERFECT! I was nervous because the flowers can be pricey and I didn't know if they would turn out how I wanted them with my vision and WOW, I was BLOWN AWAY! Elegant, perfect and beautiful. I am SO HAPPY! I will use you again in the future for other events. STUNNING FLOWERS and FRIENDLY responsive Staff!

I received a Valentine's Day arrangement from my husband from Fiore Design House and it was absolutely gorgeous!. The flowers were one a kind, especially the Houdini roses. My arrangement lasted two weeks with water changes. I am actually still enjoying the greenery and Anthurium. The designer did an awesome job selecting the perfect flower combinations. I definitely recommend Fiore Design House for all floral needs.

My daughter, who it cannot be understated, is a HUGE flower and plant lover was very disappointed by Fiore's lack of quality and communication with us. The arrangements and greenery were not what we expected and/or asked for, flowers were wilted upon arrival, the corsages fell apart in five minutes, the boutonnieres were drooping, and the clean up team tried to take back dried elements we paid for at the end of the night.

When I addressed my disappointment and concerns after the wedding with Fiore's owner and manager, we did receive a refund for the wrist corsages and boutonnieres ($250). When I voiced my other concerns regarding the attempt to take the dried floral elements, the overall look, the flower choices, the quality of the arrangements, and the lack of greenery I received versus what was in my proposal/contract, I was given excuse after excuse.

I was told, "the cost of certain flowers had gone up", "it was a Sunday wedding" (which they have known it was a Sunday wedding the entire time), "they had never received feedback like this", "they had to make decisions based on what was available", and so on. If what we envisioned was not accurate compared to the proposal we received, or there was an upcharge that needed to me made or modification to the contract to ensure the florals would be what we expected, NO ONE from Fiore let us know until it was too late and even then, it was just one more excuse as to why they did not deliver on what they had listed in the contract.

I would have been willing to modify the price or the contract if it was necessary to ensure my daughter's wedding flowers were what she dreamed of without question because I know that was one of the most important parts of her dream wedding. If you view the gallery photos Fiore has online and on social media, one might assume you would get the quality and quantity of what they post and share but we did not.

We communicated the overall look of my daughter's wedding florals openly and accurately with Fiore through Pinterest boards, photos, and an in-person meeting (which looked very similar what we saw of their work online). When my daughter and I reviewed the proposal, signed the contract, and paid in a timely manner there were specific line items stating what we agreed upon and expected based on what we shared with them.

To say we were disappointed in what we received is an understatement. Buyers and brides beware! Even if it is clearly written in your contract, you may not get what you pay for and even then, they may decide they want to take it back with them at the end of the night. I have posted a longer review online elsewhere but the character limit was too long. I have attached a picture of what I paid $20-$40 per table in greenery. Two sprigs of greenery does not equal even close to what I paid.

I can't say enough positive things about Fiore. I feel like we had to have been the most frustrating clients (we had probably 20 visits with this team, design changes, palate changes - whatever you do, be more decisive than me), but Tessa was the most gracious, helpful, and sweet person to work with for our November wedding. We were absolutely blown away by their ability to capture our (blurry) vision, to the point where I now want to preserve my bridal bouquet (something I had no interest in prior to seeing just how beautiful it was).

We actually had a vendor at our wedding (a popular venue in Wilmington) mention that it may have been the most beautiful they had seen it look, and I have no doubt in my mind that that compliment is largely due to the beautiful work of this team. Don't walk - run to hire them, and trust that they will exceed any expectations you may have!

Cannot thank fiore enough for the decorative touches they made for our wedding, as well as the perfectly matching flower crowns and toss bouquet. I had a custom wooden bouquet that they were able to match all the decorative floral to, and even stray flowers to use to decorate the cakes. They were easy to work with and extremely reasonably priced. Loved working with them and would highly recommend.

Look no further, you have found the floral designers of your dreams! The team at Fiore design house blew me away with joy for our wedding day. My floral was better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. Every detail of the flowers were absolutely stunning. The flowers they selected were fresh, seasonal, and styled with such love and detail. The entire team was professional, kind, and each cared deeply about every design. A team of passionate and kind hearted flower power people!

The care, service, and artistry at Fiore is incredible. I told a designer there what I liked and didn't like, and I received the most special and spectacular bouquet for my wedding that was thoughtful, creative, and exactly what I wanted. The textures, variety of flowers, and bold colors absolutely blew me away. My bridal bouquet was better than anything I had saved on Pinterest for inspiration. I even called two days before my wedding because I forgot about corsages, and they were able to accommodate me. I could not recommend this place enough.

There are no words that could express how happy I was with my wedding flowers. They blew my mind, and my guests mind with how beautiful it all was. Fiore was so easy to work with. They were responsive and put my mind at ease while planning a wedding from states away. I just gave them some inspiration pictures and they created exactly what I wanted and more. You will not be disappointed in Fiore.

I chose this shop as an out-of-towner based on reviews, and I thought the customer service was great but I was highly disappointed with the bouquet. I was ordering for a very special person's 60th birthday and I wanted a "showy" factor. She said it would be 50% higher than I had budgeted but I wanted the wow so I said yes. I specifically asked for sunflowers and autumnal mums and Irish bells.

Instead it was mostly roses, short, and pretty, lots of greenery, but unimpressive. No sunflowers or mums, but the Irish bells were there. It should have been twice the height. For $100 with delivery I expected a lot more. I was really disappointed. I was impressed by receiving a phone call because I was dissatisfied. Once I read this posted response however, I want to correct you in that the person on the phone did not tell me that they wouldn't be able to accommodate my requests.

That was never mentioned. I explained a taller arrangement would have been more showy and impressive and that I will be even more specific about the height of future arrangements I order.
