Very good, prompt, and friendly service. The actual rental items (6 for tables. White plastic folding chairs) we're all functional and serviceable, if a bit old. The tables were heavy well used and looked ancient, but with table cloths, no one will notice.

The staff are a bunch of great people they load all your chairs and tables without complaining they all were super nice guy's and the cost is very reasonable also. You drive right thru.very good company

I hired Party Suppliers to assist with some of the reception rentals, including tent, lights, tables, chairs, and linens. Throughout the entire planning process, Amanda and the entire team were extremely customer oriented and professional. They were always quick to respond to my plethora of inquiries and in a thorough manner. Amanda even reached out to me on set up day to ensure everything went smoothly and as I wished. They have a great selection of linens, place settings for all occasions, and decorating accessories for your event. They also rent event tents and chairs. Wide selection and courteous knowledgeable staff.

I had to change my rentals quite a bit with COVID and they were very understanding and quick to make the changes to our rental invoice, which I appreciated a ton. I love that their showroom is setup to show different options, but so that you can also feel and touch their rentals so you pick what you want. I'm a visual person, so this helped build my vision tremendously! The staff is so kind and there are a ton of great options when it comes to chargers, napkins, linens, you name it- they have it! Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service! Amanda takes care of us for our event every year- this year I messed up and shorted myself a table cloth on our order and the owner delivered it to our event himself to make sure I had it on time. I will always use them for our party needs! Thank you!

This place is extremely flexible and easy to work with. Their pricing is reasonable as well. If you have money to spend, I highly recommend you actually go to the store and look at the photos of events they've done in the past. Your imagination really is the limit with this company. I was able to plan a wedding while on the plane minute half a world away and this company never caused an issue.

I was able to change my number multiple times and didn't have to present payment until the day before. I was able to pick up my delivery but they also have delivery and set up available. Cannot recommend them enough for any type of event or reception idea

Honestly one of the worst customer service teams I've ever come in contact with. We called ahead said we didn't need an appointment. But when we walked in the lady was on the phone. Didn't acknowledge us at all. 20 minutes go by. A male employee walks in sits at his desk and starts eating his lunch and ignored us also. So after waiting 25 min we walked out. STILL IGNORED.

Had everything we needed but elastic banded plastic table cloths but found them online. Disappointed the 70 white chairs were dirty but they did refund the cost of the chairs to us and sadly waited all day for pick up after the event.
