I thought i was dealing with a professional, pleasant company who was to compose and deliver a fresh flower arrangement to an aunt in a nursing home in Black Earth. I asked Stephanie would photograph the arrangement and email or text it to me so that I could share it with the other family who was involved in the purchase. Since our aunt does not live close by and would be unable to send us a photo herself, I was pleased to hear that they would do so. However, the flowers were delivered with no photo taken and until I called late in the day, today--the day after the deliver was made--I was NOT contacted with any information from Stephanie until I called and then received a very unprofessional response.

I asked to speak to the manager--she said she was the manager. I should have asked to speak to the owner who apparently is Natalie. I was not offered to speak to her. I was and am very disappointed with their poor service and would never suggest this floral delivery shop to anyone.

Every arrangement we have ever gotten has been ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! From our wedding, to Mother's Day arrangements, to birthdays, to Valentine's Day and just because days in between. Your service to community, price point, delivery, and generosity is at the utmost level. Thank you, thank you, thank you Natalie and crew for bringing such beauty into our lives. A forever customer

When I say I'm BEYOND IMPRESSED. my grandma passed and my moms friends bought her a beautiful Angel from these folks. My aunt loved it so my mom ordered one for her thinking this was a local place. After we placed order for delivery we saw it was very far away. I called and left a message letting them know we made that mistake. We got a call back very soon and they went above and beyond to ship it all the way to us without even asking for more $$.

I know there was a difference to cover but they were so sweet and shipped that very day. If you have a friend who's lost a loved one I urge you please consider this beautiful company ran by the kindest people on earth. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for how you treated my mother. I'll NEVER FIRGET IT!

Great service! Great Selection! Ultra fast delivery! I don't care for the cigarette smoke smell in the shop, but I'm all for the freedom to do what you want to do with your business. The people are great and they have really nice flowers at a fair price.

Natalie was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding. Flowers was one of the parts of our wedding I was most excited to plan and Natalie was able to listen to my ideas and come up with exactly what I was hoping for. I have purchased three bouquets to be delivered from B-Style. I don't often leave reviews, but the flowers I have sent to people I know in the area (I live out of state) have been absolutely fantastic. They have brought so much joy and love to the people I have sent them to. This is an amazing gem of a floral shop, particularly in a rural area where oftentimes flowers that get sent are wilted and cheap.

The bouquets I have sent have lasted for more than two weeks, still looking wonderful! B-Style has never failed to impress. I fully recommend choosing them- you won't regret it!

B-Style did the flowers for our WI Dells wedding and we couldn't have been happier. First, they fit us into their busy schedule in August 2016. Second, when we met with them, they listened to my ideas, and added GREAT ideas that I hadn't thought about. The results were beyond my expectations and we got many, many compliments on the flowers. My husband and I got married in Arena, WI at Sugarland Barn and wanted to get flowers from somewhere local and cost effective. We were referred to B-Style Floral and couldn't have been more happy with the results. I worked with Natalie and had a fabulous experience. I do not know much about flowers and quite frankly I didn't really have a preference.

I told her colors and that I wanted them to look rustic. I gave her the creative freedom to do what she thought would look best for a July wedding. I was a little nervous but after seeing the flowers, center pieces and the beautiful alter pieces I was astonished and very pleased with the results. She also delivered which was a HUGE bonus! B-styles did an awesome job delivering flowers last minute for me to a sick friend whom lives in the middle of nowhere in Verona, WI. The flowers were bright and bold, just what she needed. The best service I have ever received from a local florist.

Used this florist 2 times. The owner is so friendly and sweet! She always arranges beautiful flowers! I had her deliver to my sister's office, but my sis was out of the office at a mtg.the owner offered to go back to the office and deliver them to her home, which was 30minutes away! Went the extra mile and I really appreciated it! Total class act business!

B'style floral did an awesome job on the tropical flowers for my wedding. All of the arrangements and bouquets were absolutely amazing. Just when I thought my budget for flowers was doomed i found Natalie who came up with a gorgeous elegant centerpiece for the tables as well as focal points, bouquets, boutineers, corsages, etc. all well below budget. They were very professional, organized, creative, reassuring but most of all they communicated very well. I highly recommend b'style floral!
