I would have maybe liked a colorful ribbon around the glass vase neckline area but I needed budget style. The price included a personalized card and. Beware! Ordered a nice deluxe floral bouquet thru their website. Instead of calling or emailing me, they went ahead and substituted what they considered was of equal value, which was 6 small roses with greens. Hardly close and not even close in price! No response from them after repeated attempts to contact them - including an email address on their website that is no good. Flowers were being delivered to a residence in Fitchburg and I wanted to patronize a local business - bad choice!

I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company. Contrary to what they boast, they have NO customer service and don't care about their customers. STAY AWAY from this business! Go to FELLY'S -! That's where I'll go back to next time!

Walked in and the florist talked to me about her different potted plants. I opted for a cut flower arrangement, and with just a few broad suggestions she went back and had an amazing arrangement in less than 15 minutes. My wife loved it! I did my transaction online. Everything was quick and simple. Prices were a little higher but priced competively with the surrounding businesses that had online sales. I called the day of delivery to check on the eta of the delivery and they were really helpful. Plus the gf was happy with the bouquet & chocolates. So cant go wrong with that.

I am so in love with Buffo Flowers, every bouquet my fiance has ever gotten me has been from Buffo. It is a local family owned business, every time you go in or call it is the same people working and they know how to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and are always so kind and helpful when you have questions. I always get excited when I see the Buffo card attached. My fiance was even able to order them when working overseas and they always turned out perfect! This was my second time ordering. Like Stephen M, I'm ordering from a distance so I have to rely on the florist to do something nice. Linda answered my call and knew my order history before I gave her my name, so they are obviously tying my phone number to their order records. So they are fully into the 21st century, technologically. (I wish my fav Chinese takeout place would make that leap.) Mom reports that the pink poinsettia was huge and breathtaking. I haven't set foot in this store, but I think they're the best floral find in Madison. On three separate occasions in the last year (none relating to Hallmark-holidays or funerals) I've requested floral deliveries with specific components and had them delivered. Coordinating this from five thousand miles away while deployed is a bit of a pain in the ass, as I usually like to see everything first-hand. Buffo was extremely helpful, gave me exactly what I wanted, and, after seeing my girl's pictures after she received them, I was extremely pleased. It'll be nice to go here in person once I'm back, as I'll continue to use their flowers religiously.
