I have always had a great experience when I've rented from this company. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable.

My husband and I rented the log splitter for the weekend. It worked perfectly! Roy was also very helpful while we also placed a large order for our baby shower.

We used Rent-All Plaza for our wedding and our place settings turned out perfect. The communication was great and coordination for pick up and drop off was so easy. Everything came carefully wrapped and looked absolutely gorgeous all set up. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Highly recommend them for party rentals! We rented heaters and high top tables. The heaters were way less expensive than competitors and worked so well! Our party was on a cloudy day with a high of 55 and folks were talking about how well they worked! We had them delivered and the 2 men did a great job. Very nice and efficient! I will use them for all future needs!

I rented a table and chairs for my daughters birthday party. Everything was easy peasy! Upon pick up they loaded my truck and did the same thing when I dropped it off. Roy was super helpful and they didn't mind when I called to add some additional chairs at the last minute. The prices are also very fair and they have everything! Definitely recommend!

I've been working with the folks at Rent-All plaza for many years and have consistently received outstanding service. They are hard working and friendly while making sure your equipment is loaded properly before you pull out of the parking lot. Rentals have included anything from stump grinders, wood chippers, to most recently their biggest tent, fans, chairs and tables to host a large gathering. They have consistently impressed me and was especially appreciative of the delivery, set up, tear down and removal of the large-scale party supplies.

THERE PRICING IS VERY COST AFFORDABLE. LATRICE WHO WORKS THE FRONT OFFICE HELPED ME WITH REFERRALS FOR MY WEDDING CATERS(THE SAVORY PLATE) WHICH BY THE WAY WAS AWESOME. Superior customer service and they rent EVERYTHING. From yard tools to concrete mixers to cotton candy machines to tables and chairs to champagne fountains. You get the idea. Prices are reasonable, delivery is available. My one stop for all my rental needs for 10 years now. 10/10 would recccomend.

I work at a school and we have used Rent-All Plaza a number of times in the past several years for chair/table rental, using both drop off and set up services. From placing the order to the pick up they have always been prompt, courteous and professional. Great job!

I highly recommend Rent-All Plaza for any event, large or small. The linens, tables and chairs turned out beautifully. I actually went in to meet with Rent All prior to the event to discuss my wants and needs, and to get accurate price point. They took time and went over all options available to me, and I was not disappointed with the produce nor service.

Customer service while inside paying for my order was just about the only Good service I received form my entire experience. I hate writing reviews but when I am clearly put in a position where things where totally unacceptable I have no choice but to do so. My loading and drop off service was just that, unacceptable. Was not greeted like a customer should be greeted sadly from a "particular employee".I had to speak in order to get a response at all. there were 2 customers BEHIND me that got helped before me and after waiting patiently and signalling the "particular" employee, I was spoken to as if I was just there and not the one he spoke to inside. (?) And was given a apology of the long wait when again, my turn in service was set aside so that he decided to help customers that arrived after me.

When dropping off, again :particular employee" did not greet but just opened my trunk and proceeded to take items out and was then told INDIRECTLY to go inside to "check out". I clearly had every reason to complain and directly express my concern but I am pretty clear on how things would have played out with the type of person I sensed based on how I was treated as a customer. so I decided to keep my cool and NEVER come back to do business with.

I really hope this review finds well in working on treating ALL Customers the SAME way and know that you cannot judge a book by its cover. Character and Respect will ALWAYS bring Business to its best potential.

Awesome service. Was in need of last minute chairs on a Friday for a Saturday event. Reached out to several places looking to rent just a dozen or so chairs. Being my order wasn't much most places brushed me off or some even said to low of minimum. I was looking to pickup and bring back myself so just needed chairs. I checked with Latrice over at Rent all Plaza and they closed at 530 and she still went out of the way to reach out to me and had the chairs I needed.

I got there Saturday morning and the atmosphere was great. Joking around and taking care of me like I was there every day. Great group of folks. Even young man on dock was helpful and my fault for not catching his name but he loaded chairs and was so helpful and happy despite heavy rain out. Definitely have my future business. Even discounts for military.

What a great bunch of people these folks are to work with. They deliver all the chairs and tables on Friday for the wedding on Saturday then when we realized Saturday morning that it might rain on the wedding we called for a large tent and it was delivered and set up by 12:00 noon for the 7:00 PM wedding. They were on time, polite and the price was fair. We will definitely be using them again.

I rented the little Vermeer mini skid steer to help me landscape my front yard. It was a life saver! These people are super friendly and helpful. They even delivered and picked up the machine. I would definitely use them again.
