Prestige Valet Service

Horrible company that pays its staff well below legal wages, and steals what little money they do make with "fines" for dress code or appearance violations. Should probably be investigated by the Department of Labor.

On the evening of Saturday the 23rd of April, 2022 at 8:00 PM, I pulled in to the Wisteria restaurant parking lot in Inman Park that these clowns were running. While waiting for someone to get my car I saw two valets running like chickens with their heads cut off. Ok, I get it they were busy, but then I saw something that made me turn around and find street parking. First, with no room to get out, one of the two valets tried to pull a SUV out and in the process hit and scratched two other vehicles front bumpers. Then, if that wasn't bad enough the other one tried moving the car in front of me to make more room.

He pulled out so fast that had I not laid into the horn he would have hit my car. Shocked I went over to inspect the damage the first valet had done to two other vehicles when he pulled out and said to the second one that it looked like they had just damaged three vehicles. The guy said, yeah the other guy just did that. I got in my car, turned around and left. The only way I would let these guys touch my car is if it was a clunker that I didn't care about or a tank.

Just had excellent honest service by one of your valets. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and your valet found it and turned it into the restaurant without taking a dime. You will be blessed for many years to come. Thank you!

We have hired Prestige Valet for several large scale destination events and they have always exceeded our expectations. Stellar service and friendly staff.

We hired prestige valet to do baggage check over the weekend. They had to Handle over 2000 people and did them all in about an hour hour and a half at the most. Very impressed will definitely use them again

Well I tried to resolve this with the owner but no resolution in sight. We had used this service at Rays on the River and 4 people in my party alone had their car damage. It was to the point the young man that hit one of his co workers he could drive that well. After many attempts to get this issue resolved with Alex I am afraid we are going to have to take other measures.

It unfortunate because we hoped they would do the right thing but it's ok we will take matters into our hands at this point. I am sure we will get the results need to make us whole.

They did a great job even in bad weather. They are very courteous and professional. I have used them on many occasions at my home for different events and they have always delivered excellent service!

Went to brunch on Sunday at Rays on the River and had one of the best valet experiences to date. Valets had umbrellas open and ready for my family and I when we pulled up. They were extremely courteous and set the perfect tone to a wonderful family meal.

We had a private party for 500 people and we needed of valley right away Alex was able to provide us with 20 valets on short notice they were dress properly they did their job very fast and efficiently wonderful customer service and very fair pricing

I came across Prestige Valet while dining out and I had a flat tire. The valet changed my tire for me and refused to take my $20 tip when he was finished. He just wanted to do nice things for their customers. A+++ in my mind!

Very nice people, they took my car at the Diner and I was drunk and I couldn't get home and they called a Taxi for me and I got my car the next day when I sobered up. They didn't let me driver drunk
