WOW! My experience at Bel Fiore Bridal was nothing short of magical. It started before I even arrived. I was greeted with the friendly voice of my stylist Jeff on the phone as I called to state that I was running a couple of minutes behind. He let me know that it was fine and that we would have plenty of time. My mom and friend were catered to as well!

The next couple of hours were filled with laughter, advice, comfort, and an attention to detail that led me to find my DREAM dress- that Jeff brought out as a last optional choice. Sidney laced my corset with expertise and also helped me cancel my other bridal appointments. My wedding is a year away and this was my third bridal appointment. I'm so relieved to be done! I would start your search here so you can save time and be done with your own wedding dress journey.

I had the absolute best experience at Bel Fiore! From the moment I walked in (with my mother & sister, who is my maid of honor) Amy and the rest of the girls in the boutique made us feel right at home. Amy was very informative in showing me their beautiful selection of gowns, and explaining the process to me as I started to try on wedding gowns for the first time!

I live in NJ, and I happened to be down here for the week visiting my family (who live about an hour away from the shop - well worth the drive!) We made the appointment on a whim earlier this week, with the intention of just trying things on to get ideas. And guess what? After about two hours I walked out having purchased my dream dress! Ironically- it was the very first one I had tried on! Amy was very informative and so helpful helping me get in and out of the gowns.

She was able to answer every question I had and truly just made the experience so delightful. I felt no pressure at all to make a purchase, but oh how I'm so glad that I did today! I would definitely recommend Bel Fiore to anyone looking for their dream wedding gown! Thank you Amy & Bel Fiore!

I cannot say more positive things about my experience at Bel Fiore! My consultant was Amy and she was the absolute best. They were my first appointment ever to try on dresses. I found a dress I knew I loved but went to my second appointment anyway. I had such a horrible experience at my second appointment, my mom called Amy and she made time for us to come back and put on the dress I knew I loved.

I ended up saying yes to that dress and I can't thank Amy enough for all her help and everything she did for us that day! she truly made my mom so special, during an emotional and big decision. I would highly recommend Bel Fiore over and over and over again!

Bel Fiore created an amazing experience for me while shopping for my wedding dress! The girls were all so friendly and encouraging the entire time and made it so fun for me, my mom, and my two maid of honors! Amy was amazing and made me feel so comfortable in the process of trying on dresses and everyone was so excited when I finally said yes to the dress! I had an amazing experience at Bel Fiore Bridal. I was so excited to start planning my wedding that I ended up getting my dress during the earlier stages of wedding planning and when COVID-19 was still in its heyday (May 2020). My consultant was Loren, and she did an amazing job offering different options and styles according to my budget. I also received my dress earlier than expected (4 weeks vs. the estimated 8 weeks).

I was so impressed with Bel Fiore's customer service that I ended up returning to purchase flower girl dresses with them last December. I believe Zach was the one who helped us out on that occasion; he was very patient and gave great recommendations for the girls. My flower girls and I looked our very best thanks to Bel Fiore Bridal!

If you only go to one store to find your wedding dress, make it Bel Fiore Bridal! I will recommend this store to every future bride I know, because they truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the perfect dress. All of the employees in the store were positive, encouraging, and kind and made my family and I feel so special. The way the store was organized made it easy to navigate and pick out the dresses you liked and wanted to try on.

They have a really wide selection of styles and silhouettes, all in an affordable price range. My consultant Caroline was nothing short of AMAZING. She asked a lot of questions so she could truly understand my vision for not only the dress but also my wedding day, and was genuinely interested in helping me bring that vision to life. She listened to all of my thoughts and feelings and was so helpful in narrowing down what worked best for me.

As stressful as this process can be, Caroline washed all of that away and made the appointment fun, comforting, and exciting. The customer service at this store is unparalleled, and is the cherry on top of a fantastic experience. Me and my family and friends had a great experience. I found my dress within 40 minutes being that this was my first dress shopping. Shira listened to my needs and guided us in finding the dress that I absolutely love. Highly recommended. One of the other good thing is that their prices are very affordable. If you are looking for a wedding dress and accessories look no further. Bel Fiore and Renee gave me the absolute best wedding dress shopping experience! I fell in love with a designer and one dress in particular, and booked with Bel Fiore because they were one of the few boutiques in Atlanta that carried it. Everyone was super friendly and attentive when my shopping party and I arrived (even though we were about 15 minutes late!). Renee was awesome. Started the appointment hammering all the basic details and first-time-shopper questions so that we were all on the same page.

We agreed to try on my dream dress last so I wouldn't compare everything after it to it, and I'm so glad! It was such a fun experience and I could tell that she was really picking up on individual dress details that I liked and didn't. Renee even threw me a curveball, selecting a dress I never would have picked for myself - and I almost walked out with it!

She talked me through both dresses, and helped me feel confident in my decision to go with the one I'd been eyeballing from the beginning. Overall an amazing experience and I can't thank her enough! And bonus points: I got 10% off for buying my dress the same day as the appointment. Win-win!

My experience at Bel Fiore was AMAZING. They were so understanding when I had to re-schedule my original appointment due to COVID. When I did finally get to come in, they had a personalized dressing and sitting area for me and my party (my mom and grandmother). They had a few notes already prepared about my vision, wedding details, etc. They went over some additional details to fully understand my dream and showed us their amazingly organized selection of dresses.

They worked amazingly with my budget. Most importantly, they made me and my family feel like royalty. They were knowledgeable, upbeat, and so honest and sincere. Our stylist, Autumn was super cheery and down to earth. However, we got attention and love from literally everybody in the store! I found my dream dress and I can't wait for it to come in, in June! Go to Bel Fiore if you're looking for super caring, enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable and skillful help in finding your dream wedding dress!

Was with my best friend here today for her first ever bridal appointment. The employees were friendly and appeared knowledgeable. The pricing in the boutique was amazing. My friend said her budget was to stay below $5k and the response was that nothing there would be that much. We were offered water (Kirkland's Purified). No one was wearing a mask.

The shop is rather small and the "rooms" are just sections in the middle of the room. It's not very private at all. At one point I needed to walk to the front door but had to walk through another party's appointment space to do so because k had no other way to get around to the door. They do have a nice selection of dresses and they give you flowers with bent ends to use as you walk around and to hang on the dresses you want pulled.

It appeared you are allowed to bring champagne as another party had it but we didn't know that. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because of the lack of privacy.

I was so happy to find my dress at my first appointment at Bel Fiore! The set up of the store is great for giving you a true bridal experience. But the real magic comes in with their staff. All of the employees I encountered where so sweet and always go above and beyond for the bride! My consultant, Cynnamon, was amazing and very intuitive to how I really felt about a dress I was in.

She even took a dress off a mannequin for me to try on (which ended up being THE dress!). They also had a great selection for accessories, and I got my veil, earrings and hairpiece there!

Beautiful boutique and I felt safe shopping with my bridal party; I was even able to bring all 6 of my girls with me. I was so excited about going here, to the point I bragged to my mother and fiance that I would stay "Yes to the Dress" on the same day! A phone consultation a few days prior with Anna made me feel special, and I thought everything was going to be amazing.

She even asked me to text her pictures of the dresses I wanted and took down my budget in mind ($900-$1,400) with a strapless trumpet/mermaid in mind. She told me their selection was large and I would definitely find my dress! I was soooooo excited! She was wrong, and I hate that. I went in with the crew and after being given our flowers for choices we were beyond (way beyond) discouraged on the lack of communication and selection in the store, with my style and budget. Anna failed to tell me the photo choices I sent her were no longer available (she told me when I was there), and that the designer was a different person at the time years ago.

Why have them on your site then? All but 4 dresses we managed to find for try-on were either a few hundred over budget, or had straps. I don't typically take time to write bad reviews, unless I want to warn about something drastic. I felt like there was zero communication and a wasted Saturday afternoon, along with a wasted consultation call.

I still feel so upset even the next day- why would you mislead a bride, when we are already super super stressed as is? I warn other brides about stressing budget and style to their consultant- also ask if photos of dresses are current. The experience was so sad, but not worth less then 3 stars- as they did accommodate my amazing bride squad.

Just spent some time there today to pick out a dress for my daughter to wear and Nikki and Renee were just amazing. Gave some great recommendations, answered questions, and were absolutely all that we could ask for. Great store!

I had a great experience with Bel Fiore and my consultant, Alicia. She was very helpful in finding the styles I was asking for and even brought me dresses that I had liked on their website. I found my dream dress and couldn't be happier. I will admit that I am an indecisive person. I went back and forth deciding on which color to order my dress in.

I ordered the dress in the color I had tried on in the shop and left. I got into my head that night about possibly ordering the wrong color. After calling the shop multiple times and explaining my dilemma, they decided to hold ordering the dress for me until I was able to make an informed decision on which color I wanted. It is obvious that the staff at Bel Fiore care about their brides and want them to be happy with the dress they order. I will recommend this shop to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The attention Andrea gave us was perfect, she was so helpful. She pulled extra things that were perfect, she helped me into every dress, and most of all made me feel BEAUTIFUL. This place thoroughly impressed me with the options, especially since I'm getting married in less than two months and they still had 10 dresses for me to try on to take home today! I love this place. Seriously, look no further. Everything is so beautiful.

I went to Bel Fiore years ago in their old location. I remember it being a great experience. Today I went in excited to try on dresses. We arrived for a 11:30 appointment to a lobby full of people. We finally went back about 10 minutes later. You are crammed into little seating areas with a very small fitting room to change. I explained to my consultant what I was looking for and even showed pictures of styles they had in store. She didn't bring any dresses that fit what I was looking for. The lighting was horrible. All around a bad experience.

I purchased my wedding dress from this salon, after visiting quite a few. The service was exceptional. They cater to you and truly try to personalize your shopping experience. All the sales associates were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

For my first bridal experience, I chose to visit a more mainstream bridal store with the idea in my head that they would have more options for me to choose from, pricing would be better than a boutique style bridal store. Boy was I WRONG! I found that David's Bridal didnt have anything close to what I'd saved on my pinterest board, the consultant was uninterested and seemed that she couldnt care less about myself or my experience.

After that, I found myself discouraged and frankly quite worried because I read online that dresses take 5-9 MONTHS to come in, plus alteration time and my wedding was 9 months away. I called 15+ boutiques on a Saturday attempting to get an appointment the following day. Of course, all were booked. However, Bel Fiore was the ONLY boutique that offered to call me should there be a cancellation.

Low & behold, Sunday morning comes around and my phone rang at 11AM with an opening for 1:30PM. Upon arrival, I was greeting promptly and told that my consultant would be with me in a just a moment. I chose to go to this appointment solo, my bridal party wasnt able to make the last minute appointment and frankly all of the eyes and opinions of everyone else was intimidating during my previous experience. Autumn, my bridal consultant, greeted me shortly after with a warm smile and immediately I had a feeling that today was the day.

She offered me a refreshment and walked me through the boutique and explained how the layout worked. She handed me about 5-6 flowers to hang on the dresses that I wanted to try on and she would follow behind me to pull the dresses. The prices of the dresses ranged from $699 (off the rack) to around $3K for the customer order dresses (from what I saw).

I tried on my first dress and was AMAZED. The price was perfect, the beading was detailed, and it fit PERFECTLY. I had a feelings this was it, but wanted to try a few others to make sure. Autumn offered her honest, but graceful opinions throughout which was appreciated as I did not have my bridal party to give their input. After a few dresses, I put the first one back on, Autumn brought a veil and a beautiful tiara, and of course, the tears started flowing.

I took the dress home that same day, under budget and over the moon in smiles. Thank you Bel Fiore and especially AUTUMN for an AMAZING experience. I wouldnt have wished for anything more.

Sadly I'm updating my star rating to 3 stars rather than 5. Everything about my first review stands true but after visiting Bel Fiore for the third time now, I'm realizing that Daniel was the reason behind the original 5 star review. Daniel is no longer with the company and that said, I didn't receive the same 5 star service that I received when I bought my dress.

Upon buying my dress, I was told that alterations would run approximately $500. When I went in for my fitting, not only were they running about 30-45 minutes behind but I get to the end of my fitting and the alteration specialist tells me that it'll be $1,329. I was completely floored by that amount. I simply said, "Wow, I wasn't expecting the alterations to be that expensive" and the alterations specialist said, "well what about $1,250?" I wasn't there to haggle with the alteration specialist.

I have an aunt who does alterations for a living - it's hard work which is why I typically wouldn't complain.but.$1,329?!?! Needless to say, I paid the $25 pinning fee and left the store with my dress. One of my bridesmaids referred me to a different store that charged me $625. They're not only doing all the alterations that Bel Fiore was going to do but they're also adding boning for more structure and a few additional adjustments.

I leave this review to remind brides that you DO NOT have to get alterations done at the store. There are plenty of highly qualified alteration specialists that will do a great job at a reasonable price. I have an amazing referral if you need one! I've also added a photo of my dress so that you can see there wasn't a TON that needed to be adjusted. I needed the top taken in, bottom hemmed, and bustle.

So fast forward to about a year after I bought my dress. This business only cares about you until you buy a dress from them. Once you actually buy the dress they could care less about you and your concerns. Oh and FYI for anyone planning to or to buy a dress from here; alterations are outrageous. Keep that in mind when searching for a dress here. The seamstress quoted me almost $1000 to ALTER my dress.

I paid about $1,600 for my dress, so the $1000 to alter my dress was totally outrageous. I voiced that it was way too pricey and that I would be checking some other seamstresses. The seamstress seemed frustrated and said that it was so expensive because there was "so much work that needed to be done, " Which is funny because I took the dress to another seamstress who only mentioned two things that needed to be done to the dress and was quoting $100.

The seamstress at Bel Fiore offered to discount $100 but it was still outrageously expensive. My mother also voiced some of her concerns, just to have the sales rep get an attitude and be sarcastic with her. (Short blonde haired lady, possibly a manger?) I ended up leaving Bel Fiore and came back to pick up my veil with my mother and the same blonde haired woman who was there the previous day was there again.

She did not greet nor acknowledge my mother and I, which is beyond unprofessional, especially when we spent over $2000 in this store. It's all very unfortunate because I have bragged to everyone about this place after purchasing my dress and having an absolute amazing appointment with Daniel, just to turn around and have to tell friends and family how disappointed we are with how things have went since I purchased my dress.

We came on a weekday morning, so the salon was quiet with one or two other parties throughout our appointment -- highly recommend so that you don't feel rushed! I'm a bridesmaid and my bride was very open to trying new styles -- our consultant Julia did a great job of bringing out a variety of styles that were within budget! We did an initial store walkthrough, the bride tried on the ones we'd picked, and then Julia went around and chose more of the styles that we gravitated towards.

We then did another walkthrough! We were worried about staying over time but were allowed to stay longer (which they didn't have to allow I'm sure!) One of our favorite dresses was a style that the bride never thought she'd want to see herself in! The salon is laid out in a nice way that allows for several parties to have their own space, and the staff seem to love their jobs and have dresses they love to recommend that don't seem like sales pitches (e.g. not the most expensive ones).

I was visiting from out of town so unfortunately won't be able to go back with my bride but I'm looking forward to seeing her with a dress and champagne in hand :) even if it's at 10 in the morning

What a gem. Staff here is really kind (my consultant Julia was amazing)! Great array of styles with options under 2k. Julia listened to my interests; she brought me great options and also got me to try on styles I never would have imagined that I loved. My crew got to pick out styles right away, and there was a cute sitting area just for us. The try on areas are separated enough that they still feel private. Julia stood outside the dressing area while I changed and clipped me in after (nice not to be naked around 10 strangers!).

They weren't pushy here at all and let us stay way beyond our appointment because it was a week day and quieter. I haven't bought a dress yet but I'm so confident with Bel Fiore and my bff Julia that I know I'll likely come back here and get something lovely. This experience felt special and what you want a bridal appointment to feel like. Thank you!

Absolutely loved working with everyone at Bel Fiore! Daniel was my consultant and he knocked it out of the park in finding my perfect dress. Everyone was honest when I was trying on dresses (I asked them to be!) and but also very supportive. Margarita is an expert seamstress. My dress looks amazing and I can't wait to wear it! Highly, highly recommend Bel Fiore!

Finding my dress at Bel Fiore was not only easy but an incredible memory! The staff was so kind and accommodating, allowing my group to personalize the appointment by bringing in mimosas, cookies, and more. The staff, especially my consultant, got in on the fun.even sporting a Team Bride crown with us. They had fun with us while keeping us on task for finding the perfect dress! Yes, the prices are just slightly higher here than some other competitors with the same dresses. However, you get what you pay for.here that includes a welcoming, fun staff that is just as excited about your big day as you. I'd recommend to any bride and only wish I could relive the morning over again. Thanks Bel Fiore!

Okay--now that my experience is complete here. I feel like I can share my experiences. I came here twice to try on wedding dresses, once with my future SIL and once with my mom. Rhonda was my associate and I thought she did a great job. I picked out dresses I wanted to try and she also found a few based on my interests. I found my top dresses on my first visit and when my mom came in town I showed her my favorites (along with trying on new dresses since they were having an Essence of Australia event that weekend).

Their dresses are organized by shape/style and most were reasonably priced IMO. I read other reviews about this store carried the same dress for more than other stores. I found that with MY dress and I went with the lower $ store. However--if you really like the store & associates--tell them and I'm almost certain they can give you a discount.

I found that they will work with you on things. Fortunately, I found THE dress for me; but unfortunately, it was not here. I already fell in love with THE one and this was the last store I visited--so they never had a chance. However, this is where this place shined again for me. They provided great service, so when it came time to look for accessories I called this place up--looking for a rose gold belt!

They are one of the few stores that actually had one. When I felt I had looked around and was ready to order--they could not guarantee the belt would arrive in time for my wedding. The sales associate called her boss and and was able to sell me the sample. She went above and beyond to help make my dress perfect with the sash. I had my heart set on this one and she made it happen.

Definitely stop by this store if you are searching for a dress or accessories! And I'm attaching pictures of the belt in case you want to order it and they don't have a new sample yet! Thanks Bel Fiore for helping make my day!
