We offer EXPRESS curbside pickup (outside of baggage claim on the outer curb) or traditional (meet inside the airport at baggage claim with a personalized sign) service for clients who may need additional assistance with meeting their chauffeur. We will show up 10 minutes prior to your pickup time to ensure you arrive to your destination on time and comfortably ready to travel.

Very Bad experience the chauffeur was taking us to the wrong places, we were supposed to go to Church, pictures, than to the venue, instead he was taking us to the park to take pictures we told him we needed to go to church first and he was telling us we were wrong and wasn't listening, than we he was taking us to the venue after taking to his boss twice, and after that we were already late for church and he put the adress of the church mixed up after going to the park, and venue.

What a wonderful night with Platinum Plus Limos! Our driver, Sam, was great. arrived a few minutes early, courteous and helpful, getting us to our destinations in style. Michael, the owner, was a pleasure to do business with. He was efficient and responded to my inquiries promptly. I highly recommend Platinum Plus Limos to anyone looking for a great night out in super style and the worries of driving left behind!

Buyer BEWARE! Heaven forbid you have something come up like a family member (who happened to be the main reason for the occasion/celebration: 40th Birthday) fall ill or sick the day of the event and you need to cancel/reschedule. The owner was not accommodating nor understanding what so ever when calling to discuss the situation/options, as he only showed concern for money and the fine print of the contract!.
All in all, no services were rendered, and I ended up having to pay in full. No option to reschedule for a potential future date was offered unless someone were to call and request service for the same date and time I had already paid for (which of course did not occur, nor was I expecting to have this happen). This in my opinion, is and was a terrible way to treat a client who already paid and was dealing with an unexpected family medical situation that came up unexpectedly.
I understand a contract is a contract, and he may have been able to rent the same limo out to another patron had we cancelled sooner, but some things such as this are unpredictable. To offer no relief or show any sign of compassion given the circumstances, makes paying close to $700 for NOTHING a hard pill to swallow. All in all, beware of this company's lack of compassion, understanding, flexibility, and overall desire to stick it to you with their contract when considering your limo service as I sadly learned the hard way! Needless to say, I will certainly not be considering this company ever again for any future events/transportation needs, nor will I be recommending this company to any friends or relatives! Absolutely SHAMEFUL!

A Platinum Plus Limo shuttled a crew of six of us to Northern VA for an all day wine tasting. The level of service was unbeatable starting with the communication from Mr. Greene on the day I requested an estimate! The Mercedes Sprinter arrived to pick us up exactly on time and was super clean. The driver was such a NICE guy. Will absolutely be using this company for our future excursions.

Ordered a limo as a Father's Day surprise. Michael (owner) is really nice and hospitable. We had a good time. I'm not sure if our driver was new or if he was just nonchalant about things. The limo was also kinda worn but the men were happy, so it ended up being an enjoyable moment and memory for them.

From beginning to end, our experience was top notch. Michael was detail driven and really made the entire process a breeze. Tim was the chauffeur for the night and he really helped our 18 yr old birthday boy and his friends have a wonderful, socially distanced night. We will absolutely use them again.

I had a great experience with A Platinum Plus Limousines! Throughout the whole process leading up to my 40th birthday celebration, the company was very responsive and accommodating with my change of plans. Mr Larry was on time and extremely polite. He helped her carry things to and from the car, and was even waiting for us with our coats outside of the winery . This will be the only limousine service I will ever use and recommend!

We used A Platinum Plus for a night out for our daughter's birthday and they were very impressed with the vehicle and service they received. Driver showed up on time, was very professional, personable and coordinated parking/pickup for the ride home with no glitches. Big thanks to Mike for reviewing the different car options. We had a great experience from start to finish. We rented a sprinter van for my wife's birthday. Communication from the owner Michael was great. The van was beautiful and clean. The driver Troy was timely and friendly. Would 100% recommend Platinum Plus to anyone and I would absolutely use them again.

We couldn't have been happier with the quality of service we received from this company on our wedding day. Larry, our driver, was a true gentleman in how he handled our event and my bride both before the ceremony and leading into the reception. He went above and beyond what any driver would do. It snowed on our wedding day so he cleaned off my. aunt-in-law's car not once, but twice, in addition to sweeping my sister's porch for our bridesmaids.
He also held an umbrella for all the bridesmaids when they were going in and out of the limo. He even put out a red carpet in front of our reception hall for us when we were exiting the limo. He helped in making our day perfect and we couldn't recommend this company more to friends and family.

Had a fabulous night out with 13 ladies in DC. Our driver, Troy, was prompt and courteous and even put up with all the pictures we asked him to take of our group! Mike was easy to work with, made several. suggestions, and checked in during our evening to make sure we were pleased with the service. A Platinum Plus will definitely be used by our group in the future. We all raves about the limo and would highly recommend the fir any event you may have!
