Venus Bridal Collection

They made my daughter's wedding so special for me! I had a very specific dress that I wanted to wear to my daughter's wedding. I reached out to several bridal shops in PA, MD, WV and VA. Venus Bridal Collection was the only shop to say that they would try their best to find the dress for me, and they found it! Of course, it needed express shipped in a size that needed altered. Elan (consultant) and Dunia (seamstress) took care of all of this for me.

I didn't have to worry about a thing! I felt as though they really cared about this moment for me. Thank you, Elan, Dunia, Ahmad and the entire Venus Bridal team! (I should add that my daughter had already purchased her wedding gown before I met the Venus Bridal team. Otherwise, we would have chosen it from here!)

I can't say enough about my experience at Venus bridal! I just left and yes I found my dress. Sevda is fabulous! She was so helpful and very professional. I had the best experience with Venus Bridal! I was looking for a simple, classic dress, and Elan helped me think outside the box by buying a bridesmaid dress and adding some custom designs to make it my dream dress! Everyone at the shop was so attentive and professional- and they did an awesome job tailoring my dress. I was ecstatic to have a dress that was one of a kind! Definitely look at Venus for your special day! Even if you don't see what you want, they will work with you to design it, so don't overlook this shop!

I would recommend Venus Bridal to any bride. From the moment I first walked into their store I receive personal one-on-one attention. They listened to what I was looking for and treated my family like their family. I absolutely loved my dress and it was even under my limited budget. I also ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there, which I wasn't planning, but my girls loved the dress and I received so many compliments about how nice they were.

They also continued to alter my dress until it was perfect and helped me top off my look with gorgeous pair of earings. I'm not always the most decisive person and their staff gave me confidence in my decisions. I really was treated like family and just can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Venus Bridal.

Worst bridal shop ever! Messed up my sister's dress. Mixed up the tuxedos. Acted like they didn't care. Argumentative rather than help us. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I am not going to lie, I was a little hesitant at first about using Venus Bridal because I had read mixed reviews, but you really have to experience it for yourself. I had such a wonderful experience my entire time working with this awesome boutique and they helped me find the perfect dress for me. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted, which honestly didn't take too many before I found the one that took my breath away.

The young girl who helped me that day was extremely sweet and made the experience such a pleasure. I believe the owner is also the seamstress and she was such a doll. I was very pleased that she listened to every detail that I wanted and made my dress absolutely perfect! I will say the alterations seemed a little pricey at first, but I was very thankful that I was only charged once and that she kept making alterations until my dress was what I considered to be perfect.

I highly recommend to all new brides to give this place a shot. They have such a unique and beautiful selection to choose from and everyone there was such a pleasure to work with.

The sales staff was helpful and knowledgable. They organize their dresses by price which was very helpful. The selection wasn't huge but they are willing to order you anything you want. I did not find my dress here but I would recommend looking, you may get lucky!

My experience was absolutely terrible. Alterations were ruined; there was no attempt to try to make things better. Instead, I was blamed for picking a dress that was wrong for my shape, and my sister was blamed for talking me out of wearing the dress when it was clearly not something I could walk down the aisle in. I still had to pay full price for the dress, and they refused to meet me half way so that I had some options since this was less than a month before the wedding. The worst part about it was that at every fitting leading up to the last one, I was promised it would be "perfect."

I fell in love with a sample dress at this shop but they would not work with me to fit it in my budget. The lady was rude and told me to get a second job to afford it. I found the dress I loved somewhere else and they worked with me on my budget! Don't go there unless you have a lot of money.

I went here after having bad experiences at both David's Bridal and Alfred Angleo and was very pleasantly surprised. Linda helped me and she was awesome! Took the time to help me find dresses that fit my style and budget, even siggesting I try a briodesmaids dress since they are on the less expensive side. I found exactly what I wanted and will be going back in a couple weeks to order it!
